    Chicken parmigiana sandwich

Great food and service! We stopped in yesterday for lunch and I had the chicken Cobb salad and was not disappointed. The atmosphere is a casual bar setting. My husband had the chicken parmigiana sandwich and it was delicious too!

Fun, local pub feel with live music. Delicious wings & burgers. Fun drink assortment. Friendly staff. Enjoyed our evening

We actually ate here months ago. It was quite busy. The menu should probably be shortened. It always makes me wonder about a place that sells shell seafood dishes along with american food while being a bar. We didn't have any issues with our server. In fact she was attentive and great. We were able to find seating. It appears to be a place for the regular locals to hang out. Lots of people congregating discussing work etc. Standard beer bottle, draft menu. Wife chose a wrap, I chose wings. I feel like its always impossible to screw those two things up. Both tasted fine. Price wise was great. Which is probably why this place was so busy. It wasn't exactly right off the highway.

I've been here twice now and I'd say it's an A-OK 3.5 star kind of place. Think hole-in-the-wall tavern located in Independence Ohio. Nothing fancy, nothing terrible, you'll have a decent lunch with your coworkers. Won't be many people inside, but the waitress is nice. Recently I tried the Greek Wrap and upgraded my side to the Pea Risotto $12.95. If you check into Yelp you'll get 10% off. Food was satisfying. Risotto might have a lot of salt in it though because I swelled up after eating it. Give 'em a try! (Avoid the wings though, I did not like them on my first visit).

I had been to the tavern once before and enjoyed it, so we decided to return for dinner as we were in the area for axe throwing class. We sat outside, and while there is some road noise due to the proximity to the street, it was very pleasant. Our server let us know when taking our drink order that they were busier than expected and she would do her best. She then proceeded to be more attentive than 99.99% of servers I have had in my life. She was quick on refills, and checked on us several times. If I owned a restaurant, I would have tried to hire her on the spot. Our meals were delicious. We had wings and gator bites to start, and then a club sandwich and a burger for our main course. All was delicious. This is a great place that would be easy to drive past without giving it a thought, but that would be a mistake!

Stopped for lunch in the middle of the week and went with my typical water to drink and Buffalo chicken wrap lunch meal when I eat out of the office. I wasn't sure if they forgot about me or if the kitchen was backed up, but it took roughly 45 minutes for my meal to come out after my order was placed. I was one of maybe 5 people in the restaurant. The water and food had a weird taste to it which I can't even explain. I was in a hurry and hungry and disregarded saying something to the waitress. This was my first time here. My experience here must have been an off day and I will hopefully get around to giving this another chance someday.

Loaded tots hit the spot, and half off during happy hour!

I watched this awful looking dive bar transition from an eye sore in the neighborhood, to thriving bar, restaurant and small local band venue over the past 20 years. John & his wife have succeeded in turning the local eye sore into a restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating serving up some amazing food. Their burgers are out of this world! The chicken wings can hold their own over many of the people that claim to fame their own. The gyro's and other Greek dishes give a real taste of the other side of the world! I'm not a drinker, but they do have a full bar both inside and outside. They offer catering and delivery for your events! The outside venue has local bands play on certain nights and has a covered, heated patio with a cast-iron stove/fireplace. The place is always clean and the service is beyond reproach! The potato salad and cole slaw were both good. Better choice. The corn beef actually looked smaller than usual. It was good but I thought it had been larger in the past. Maybe not anymore.
