I've been scheming to get back here after the wonderful intro Yelp event and finally found a good opening to take my very picky parents. We came here to celebrate my dad's birthday and ended up impressing my parents' palette! We ordered: BBQ pork skewers, sisig, pancit with tofu, chicken adobo. Everything looked amazing, was plated deliciously and tasted so so good. Portions were very reasonable and menu was clear and very appetizing. We came on a Friday night with a reservation but the speed of ordering and being able to eat was quite slow. Most of the tables were filled up and there was only 1 server so I get it. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our server comped our dessert as a birthday treat due to a miscommunication on the phone with a different worker so we all got to try halo halo! It was...quite strange! The shaved ice would work better if the flakes were snowy and not so chunky. We ended up putting the ice chunks on the side to avoid them, lol. The ube ice cream and random jelly chunks were fun to dig out! Another note is that the pancit upcharge for protein wasn't clear to us when ordering. We thought only the shrimp was $4 extra but that chicken or tofu would be included. Still fine that it's not but I would expect tofu or chicken to only be $2 or included since the cost is so much lower than shrimp. We would still totally come back to try the other dishes and best of all, my parents were very happy with their meal and discovery of this place. We all thought the sisig was the best dish of the night! We're thrilled to have a Filipino place not so far from us!

I can't believe I've lived in Cleveland for 4 years and only just discovered Tita Flora's! I came here for an event and has such delicious food! The restaurant is so clean and spacious. But most importantly, Tita Flora is SO welcoming, sweet, kind, and obviously so passionate about what she does! You can also tell she's a strong pillar of the community. I literally plan to go back this weekend because my boyfriend tried my leftovers that I brought home and he was hooked!

Found this place from a yelp elite event and I genuinely can't stop going. Hole in wall filinpino place with the BEST PANCIT IVE EVER HAD. It's also the only pancit I've ever had but it doesn't matter because I'm obsessed and will always come back with my friends :)

long story short: quiet restaurant with delicious food We went here based on Yelp recommendations & we were not disappointed. The restaurant was completely empty except for us, but the service was phenomenal, as was the food. We started with the lumpia, which were hot & crispy & so flavorful. The pancit was good, if a bit bland; chicken adobe was perfectly sauced & tender. The sisig was amazing- melt-in-the-mouth pork with sweetness & sourness & savory-ness. The garlic rice was a nice addition to everything as well. Overall, the food was wonderful, as was the service. I hope more people discover this place!

There wasn't much else happening in this shopping center on a weekend, but reviews led me to this uncommon place. There aren't a ton of vegetarian-friendly Filipino restaurants, but when I've found them, it's always been an interesting experience. Here, I ended up with a tofu sizzler dish which came out piping hot and delivered a fantastic mix of sweet and savory notes with the occasional chili. I spent extra on getting a size of garlic fried rice, which was as delicious as you'd think. A raspberry tea served to watch things down. Having asked for a vegan dish, I saw no egg and no mayo highlighted on my check. And while the cuisine tends away from this direction, I think anyone who came here for a plant-based offering would feel just as indulged as anybody else. The hours were a bit limited, but I was perfectly happy that I worked this into my schedule.

This may be the best kept secret in Cleveland. Every single dish set on the table blew me away and was served promptly. Please support this place-- you won't regret it!

I cannot say enough good things about Tita Flora's. The owner is absolutely the sweetest lady ever. The food was INCREDIBLE. I'm serious when I say I can't stop thinking about how wonderful our experience was. The noodles, the chicken, the lumpia, the sticky rice!!! 10/10!!!! I can't wait to go back!!

Yum! Tita Flora is so delicious. They serve authentic Filipino food with tons of options, but my go-to is always the pancit noodles and chicken adobo--comfort food at its best. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and even though the place was packed, we didn't have to wait for a table. It's definitely a family-friendly spot--I noticed plenty of tables with kids. The service was super attentive, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. I'd absolutely recommend this place, even if it means driving 40 minutes to get there. Totally worth it!

A peefect spot right outside of Cleveland. The restaurant is honey feeling. The food is the star. Philipinno food is a wonderful combination of cultures. The noodles were delicately cooked and the seasoning was flavorful and not salty. The chicken was roasted well and had the perfect char. There was a spicy pork that had heat but it was not so hot as to blow your taste buds. If you are vegan they have tofu options as well which my vegan friends loved. The watermelon and mango were the perfect ripeness whomever does the shopping pays close attention to there selection. I highly reccomen. The pricing is reasonable as well

I met a friend for breakfast this morning, and everything from start to finish was spot on. I ordered the Sweet Jalapeño Sandwich: an English muffin piled with jam, bacon, an egg cooked over medium, and cheddar, served with home fries. It was the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and just a little kick. My friend stuck with her usual: the Banana & Bourbon Caramel Bread Pudding French Toast, topped with fresh bananas and their homemade bourbon caramel sauce, plus a side of pork belly. It looked incredible and, according to her, tasted just as good as it always does. We arrived just a few minutes after they opened at 8:00 and were seated right away. The service was friendly, attentive, and very prompt without feeling rushed. Scratch has such a great casual, local diner feel, but with a menu that's anything but ordinary. The portions are generous, the flavors are unique, and the quality is consistently excellent. Definitely a go-to spot for breakfast or brunch...you really can't go wrong here.

White walls, glass windows in front, a few things hung on the walls. Not fancy, but pleasant. Very clean. The food is phenomenal. I've been dreaming about their biscuits and gravy since my last visit. Still perfect. The home fry-style potatoes are what a lot of places try to serve but fail at miserably. They are crispy AND fluffy! Yum! My scrambled eggs were not at all greasy or oily. My iced tea was delicious and refreshing. My lovely wife had the chorizo hash, which I tried. Oh, my. So good. And the chipotle crema on top was just perfect. They have excellent diner coffee here as well. My service experience was immaculate the first time and just OK today. He was fine initially, but I feel like he kind of forgot about us after he checked on our food. We were stuck way in the back. Maybe he was on a break, which is fine. I spent time as a waiter in two different restaurants, so I'm sympathetic, but I did not get a drink refill, and I wanted one pretty badly. This is one of my favorite breakfast spots, and it feels like a hidden gem.

I had the hotcakes, 2 meats, eggs, and home fries, and they were kind enough to swap my bacon and sausage for the pot roast. Yes, pot roast for breakfast -- and it did not disappoint! I also loved that the new lemonade was refillable. Little things like that make a big difference. My significant other had the fish sandwich and fries, and he thoroughly enjoyed every bite. But the real star of this visit? Our server, Cory. This man was BUSY -- like, genuinely moving -- and not once did it break his flow. He was attentive, knowledgeable, polite, and still found time to check in on us throughout the meal. That kind of energy and dedication is rare, and it made the entire experience feel special. Cory, you are exactly the kind of person a restaurant needs. Great service is what keeps people coming back, and you've got it in abundance. Keep shining! I'm giving this visit a 10 out of 10 -- because of the food AND because of Cory. We'll definitely be back.

Upon arrival, there was no hostess present, so I walked past to the carryout area. One customer was ahead of me, and a cashier walked away. She never returned, but yelled to the customer that she had 2 more times being prepared. I watched who seemed to be a manager walk up ans proceed to check out customers from the dining area, who I had been waiting for about 10 minutes ahead of. He never greeted me, nor looked my way. After another 5 mins he walked back over and asked was I cashing out, or picking up. I gave my name and he handed me the bag. He never apologized for the wait, or even thanked me for stopping in. I arrived 2:42p, I did not leave until 3:06p. The food was obviously cold when I got it, and my son's French fries in his chicken tender kids meal were, sparse and tough. I've never had an issue like this with Bob Evans before. I will never be back to this location, if at all. There are too many mom and pop places, to choose from.
