Came in from California, had amazing time. The waitress was incredible ZITA was incredible, the host, manager, everyone. They handled a very difficult customer with grace near us and they didn't miss a beat keeping up their bubbly and friendly energy. We really enjoyed and will be back every time we come. First off, let me say I highly recommend sitting in Montana's section!! She was great, and wait until you read how she took care of us! That said, I will NEVER spend another dollar at any Yours Truly! Ever. Waiting for our food, I typically look around and see what others are eating, and what food is getting delivered to nearby tables. When the manager delivered a couple plates to a nearby table, I just so happen to be watching. The patron was pretty animated about the plate of something Buffalo looking now sitting in front of him as NOT his. The plate of food. On the table. Directly in front of him. His hands on it pushing it away. Not his. The manager was clearly confused and picked the plate up...and I watched him take it back to the line and put it under the heat lamp!! NOT Good!! Sure enough, they were my Buffalo Chicken Bites! I watched our soon to be amazing server grab them and our Notso fries and bring them to us. I explained what I watched the manger do and asked they be remade. She was shocked and without hesitation agreed they needed remade. I'm watched her carry them back and talk with the manager. He took the plate from her and passed them under the heat lamp back into the kitchen. He did not toss the food that had now been on 2 tables!! He passed it back to the kitchen....to be re-plated!! Sure enough, a few mins later he walks the dish out to me and says "here are the chicken bites you asked us to remake". No apology. One look and it was obvious the clean plate, with fresh sauce only on the top of the chicken had just been re-plates and NOT remade. He even assured me they were fresh. Annoyed, I thanked him and said whatever. One bite confirmed the room temperature bites were not freshly made. Montana comes to check on us and again I explain what happened. Now she's embarrassed, irritated, and says she will take care of it. When she went to take the plate of chicken away again, I asked she leave it. I assured her we wouldn't eat it, but me keeping it was the only way I could be sure we'd get a fresh plate. She brought a fresh piping hot plate of Buffalo chicken a short bit later. Of course by then we were almost done with our meals. The punk manager didn't even have the professionalism to come back to the table. He hid like a busted school boy! You know, busted for breaking food safety laws! Never again!! Beware if you go - especially the Mayfield Village location! read more

Very cute, very busy breakfast/brunch place close to my job. I ordered the Cobb salad & it was really large. The waitress cane over pretty quick & was nice. The manager was delivering food out & was super friendly. There was a guy constantly keeping up with bussing tables & keeping things moving along. The only reason I gave a 4 was because I didn't love the salad...it was pretty mediocre. I'm on a kind of salad kick & am looking for better. Yours Truly is decorated casually and nice, just a comfortable welcoming environment. Menu is diverse with plenty of choices, burgers, salads, sandwiches and breakfast items. I choose the Fish Sandwich and Mom had the Little Burger made as a Patty Melt. The Fish Sandwich was a nice sized cod fillet nicely fried with lettuce tomato and tarter sauce on a quality bun. Sided with fresh made coleslaw it was a good meal. The Little Burger was actually a nice sized juicy burger topped with grilled onions and cheese on grilled rye bread. Sided with the cottage fries Mom really enjoyed the burger. Yours Truly delivers solid well prepared food, nothing fancy or upscale, but always good and dependable. We waited for a year for the renovation and it was worth it. What wasn't worth it was my vegetable omelette with wheat and sunflower toast. If you want to spend too much money for a couple spoons full of chip-chopped green peppers, one button mushroom sliced thin and a quarter slice of velveeta type cheese wrapped in a couple of nicely fluffy eggs, and two wafer thin slices of wheat toast with maybe 3 sunflowers scattered throughout then you will be pretty happy. This is my 3rd review of this chain of what I find to be TERRIBLE restaurants. Wow. Ok. Went with 3 other friends on a Sunday around 5. Service was terrible. Took 17 minutes, yes 17 minutes to get 2 Pepsis and 2 waters. It was supposed to be 3 Pepsis but the server didn't care. Orders were taken 17 minutes later from the way overpriced menu. 35 minutes later the overpriced and tiny food came out. Almost $13 for a Patty Melt. No fries mind you. My friend and I split their terrible "Waffle Fries" for almost $6. They sucked too. ANNNND forgot to bring them out. Along with my friends Pepsi after he asked 3 times now. This place sucks terrible. ALL these Yours Truly restaurants SUCK. Don't go to any of them unless you want crap service for crap food and want to pay a lot to feel screwed and still be hungry. read more

We have visited three times since their remodel. All three times were a delight.. Same attentive and friendly staff with a cooler more adult vibe. The bar area is ultra modern and looks well stocked. We had breakfast so did not have bar drinks. Generous portions, lots of breakfast options and tasty cooking. Still great for families but you would feel right stopping after work at the bar with co-workers too. Also great for a week night date. Nice ambience with no pressure and reasonable prices! We came here for breakfast and were seated right away. Most of the menu seemed to be lunch or dinner options. I ordered a latte but the espresso machine was down so I got drip coffee instead. I ordered the AM wrap which was essentially a breakfast burrito. They charge a dollar extra for sausage so I went without that. The service was friendly and fast. The food was good. About 6 months ago a business partner recommended this restaurant for a breakfast meeting and the next time we were in town we decided we had to do breakfast here again, and we had the excuse of meeting for business. Orange juice is freshly squeezed and one can taste the fresh ingredients in every bite of whatever you order. I ordered the Eggs Bruscheta and the Monster Hash, which in itself may sound like a semi-healthy option but the cheese on top of the hash brown makes it full of guilt as it is full of flavor. The Eggs Bruscheta are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, specially if you want to have some spinach in the morning. Regular coffee from here is fine, but nothing to wake you up if you are used to drink espressos. This is a classic stop with my family! We all have moved out of Ohio but anytime we come back- Yours Truly is always on our list of stops! The food and service are always consistent! We always come for breakfast and love every minute of it! The ciabatta bread is my favorite part and always so delicious! My husband dreams about the Killit Skillet and says it's one of his top breakfast meals! And the Italian Sausage! If I could bring home a pack of that... it would be amazing! I am a big fan of Yours Truly, but today I had a totally unnecessary interaction with a woman who I'm assuming was the manager or kitchen boss. When I order scrambled eggs with cheese for an additional charge, I expect that the cheese will actually be COOKED INTO THE EGGS. When I mentioned to my waitress that there was no cheese in my eggs, rather melted on top of my hash and melted to my plate, she offered to adjust the tab. She was very friendly and gracious, however a few moments later the kitchen boss lady came out and rudely told me and my companion that there was indeed cheese in both of our meals because she watched them do it. The Mayfield Heights location has really gone downhill. Even after the renovations to the building the food quality sucks. My Natso fries were overcooked and burnt to the point I just gave up trying to eat them. Which I guess is okay since the older woman who was the hostess came to the register with a mouthful of food and when she talked pieces were coming out so my appetite was already diminished. Don't bother spending $17 for their Cobb salad either. Go across the street to Heinen's go to their salad bar, get better greens, more protein choices, and more veggies for half the price. You get mostly the core of the lettuce at Yours Truly. It really is too bad because I have been coming to the Yours Truly franchise since they opened up and specifically to the Mayfield location for the last 8 years, and Mayfield is the only one who's food quality is the worst. read more

Mayfield Heights OH location January 12, 2022 First and foremost, your price increases are ridiculous. It seems as if everything on the menu went up by 10-20%. My tin cup milkshake came overflowing and took 3 napkins to wipe down the glass and the tin cup, which I cleaned and the waitress casually said, oh, sorry about the mess. Sent the cup back for more chocolate and it was already melty and thinned out, maybe because of too much milk. The "Not So fries" recipe has changed; the fries are more like deep fried potato twists, way over fried, and not made with original cottage fries. My patty melt was actually decent, but for $12 it should be. My daughters 6 piece chicken tenders were a joke. $10+ appetizer made out of small, flat kids menu type tenders. My husbands club came with no side. My husband is always generous so a bill of $ 59. and + tax and tip = spent $72 When we asked for to go boxes, they came, but needed a carrying bag that we had to ask for. It was a good chunk of change and an hour or so of our lives we will never get back. We are probably never coming back, sad because we've been occasional customers for 25.+ years. read more

I'm constantly encouraged to take my time when paying for the check. You can choose to sit at table, booth, or even the counter. The restaurant will also play sports games on their two TVs. The menu selections are mostly standard for an American Diner experience. My favorite dishes to order are the "Rock n Roll" and "Kill It Skillet". The price to portion ratio for these dishes are amazing. Either of them definitely fills me up 100%. Sometimes, I can't even finish the "Kill It Skillet". Food is just ok. We have been regular customers over the past 8 years, we have witnessed a steady decline in service and food quality. We have ignored various things in the past because it was close and easy. With the new increase in meal prices it just isn't worth it anymore.
