This place really isn't that great. My mom and I came in today around 6:30-6:40. We felt rushed while ordering. We were still deciding what to get and the girl kept asking what can I get for you, despite telling her we were still looking. Keep in mind we were the only ones in the store. After we got our food and drinks, we also asked for a plastic bag multiple times and she responded with bye, thank you. As for food, we only got six pieces of fish balls instead of 8 as advertised on the menu. The popcorn chicken was practically crumbs. They give so little and the pieces are so small, which I've never seen in any other boba shop. Drinks were also really bland, almost like they were watered down. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place. Poor service, poor food, and poor drinks. read more

This place is THE BEST!! The place itself is inviting and is kept very clean. The staff are so nice and make me feel welcomed every time I stop by, which is always a nice plus. There are various board games available for customers to play and they have an awesome selection of boba drinks as well as a good selection of food although I haven't actually tried the food yet. My favorite boba drinks are the Brown Sugar Milk Tea and the Rose Milk Tea and I highly recommend both...you won't be disappointed! Yoxi has quickly become my favorite boba place and I plan to keep going back for more! read more

So thankful this boba shop is open for delivery during covid19 because all the ones I like in Azusa are closed, sadly. Both the fresh taro milk and jasmine green milk tea were delicious and perfect in sweetness even when I didn't ask for any adjustments. The boba was soft and chewy which I like. The 4 stars is because we did not care for the popcorn chicken. It was small in portion, expensive, and not that good compared to other popcorn chicken we have had. Flavors not there and no basils. REAL FRUIT TEA!! Atmosphere: I believe this place opened recently! There's plenty of space to sit and hang with friends and I could totally see people coming here to study. Looks clean and is decorated well. Staff: The guy working was super nice and friendly. He took time to tell us what the specials were and what he thought was good! Food: I got the ORANGE TEA and there was real orange slices so you could definitely taste that it was authentic. I also got 30% sweetness and it was perfect for me to taste the tea and the fruit. Their boba is freshmade and super chewy. I really enjoyed it and I definitely want to come back to try their AVOCADO TOAST! Offer a smaller size option and put basic ingredient descriptions on the menu. I'd also add that menu to Yelp. This place is my favorite Boba drink place! Love the consistency of boba and I tried different drinks, they are all flavorful. Their drink containers are so sturdy and I don't have to worry about spilling! I heard the owner went to Taiwan for 3 years too learn about the drinks. It's a bit quiet so not very inviting to stay and have a chat with friends, perhaps if they get more customers, they might be a great place to hang out. Great tasting tea and the texture/taste of the boba was on point! I got a mango green tea with double boba- half sweet, less ice. This place is okay. They have a cool neon sign and cute little decorated boba face cups along the counter. The worker was nice and attentive. I just wasn't impressed by the drinks. The fruit tea did have fruit in it but the fruit didn't feel as fresh as other places. The strawberry green tea was okay but for using syrups to flavor I'd think the price would be a little bit better. I paid $10.50 for these two drinks (without boba). If you're in need of a quick boba fix nearby, then yeah check them out. Not sure if I'd come back though. read more

I like that they are able to utilise one size and it is affordable because I don't feel that I am being cheated out of paying a specific amount for the quality of the beverage.
