I had my daughters graduation party and baby shower there! Both events turned out Great. I wasn't sure when my daughter wanted the mostoccioli and chicken for her venue. But the mostoccioli was made with italian sausage and mozzerella cheese on top, and the baked chicken fell off the bone it was so tender!. When I had the pizza party, they allowed me to bring in other foods. I made my own mostoccioli and a nice cake. I highly recommend them.! read more

A large and varied sports and alcohol complex off of busy 94 and N River Road. Inside is a two floor mix of bar spaces, various party rooms, small dance area, pool table area, dodgeball, halfcourt, axe throwing... Lots of drinking. We were attending a memorial event for someone that recently passed, and the staff was great. Which is why I gave them a 4. There is an odd musty rotty odor, worse in the men's room which looked clean but smelled of old urine and cheap cleaner. Some of the event areas are run down, the worst being a side deck bar where the exit stairs down to ground level are broken and the area is used as a smoking space. Bright, clean looking, busy. I would like to express my sincerest apologies. This place is a dump. First thing I notice is the smell when you first walk in. Like an really mildewy library, but then something died and been festering for weeks. Not to mention the sticky sensation when I lift my feet off from the floor. Bar was OK, they have "SOME" good stuff, but nothing more than simple drinks. I asked if they have tea, because I was a bit under the weather cause that booster shot has started to kick my butt. But no,,, they can't make me a spiked swamp water or a hot toddie. So food,,, I really wanted some soup, BUT I guess the only thing they know how to consume here is bread and cheese. So yea,,, imagine my dismay when none of the basic things a bar/kitchen should be serving. Don't get me started with the bathrooms either. Someone needs to really mop the floor. I went here Monday, March 31st, 2025 at 8pm. The problem person in question was an overweight, dark-haired bowling attendant. First, I'd like to say that I called ahead at noon this day because the website said there were bowling leagues and open bowling was available after 6pm and to call for availability. So I got someone on the phone and they said there would be maybe 4 open lanes and that bowling ends and 9:30pm. I said thank you and that was that. We got to the complex at 7:55pm and went in and this is where the issue begins and ends. The lady that was behind the bowling counter was the most miserable unhappy person I've ever dealt with in 35 years. I started by asking if there were any open lanes. She said "*scoff* I have one lane open from 8-9" I said "ok, we'll take that". "*scoff* Bowling ends at 9" "ok" "*clearly frustrated at having to do her job* how many games" "2" "*scoff*" "bowling ends at 9. That means the lanes shuts off no matter what" "ok" "Do you need shoes?" "No" "$16" I pay and go to walk away. I realize she didn't tell me what lane we were on. I turn back. "What lane are we on?" "*ugk* 18 no 19" "ok" "Bowling ends at 9" Our friends arrive that we invited First thing she yells at them as they approach the counter "There's no open bowling" They say they are with us. She freaks out and says that we have to all pay at once or it doesn't work. So I go back up and pay for the new arrivals and try to sort everything out. I pay for them and walk away. My friends who are still at the counter hear her mumbling under her breath cursing and being incredibly rude. We all rushed through our 1 game and left promptly a little before 9pm, like 8:58pm. Needless to say the bowling league that was on the first 16 lanes were still going strong and nobody was telling them to leave. So we left and I have no intention of ever returning to this location because of this one persons attitude. And my friends all agreed it was insane how openly rude and unhappy this person was. read more

I recently had an awful experience at Total Sports. A softball from their fields completely damaged my windshield while parked in their lot. My car was undrivable since I couldn't see out the windshield. At first, the owner, Bobby, said they would cover the repair, but after waiting all day, he finally called and said his business partner decided to only offer $100. It would have been nice to know they weren't going to pay for the damage, as I could have had it fixed the next morning. The repair is going to cost $350. I feel the business partner showed no concern for the damage or inconvenience. This level of indifference and lack of accountability is beyond frustrating. What a fun night! It's been a year since covid has altered our lives so drastically. I haven't seen many of my friends for a long time, with the exception of a funeral. When we were invited to a 50th birthday party, I was not sure what to expect. Well, we had a magnificent time. I will say though that this was definitely a super spreader event and I'm very glad I have been vaccinated! Holy smokes. They followed zero guidelines. Full capacity. No masks. Zero. Not a single worker had one on. Our party had about 75 people. There were four parties the same size upstairs. The bowling alley portion was full capacity. A few people came and left pretty quickly because it was a bit scary. I was told that they have been fined several times for not following guidelines and they just don't care. Our beer was also skunked. The pizza was so so. But what a night! We felt NORMAL! Dancing and drinking and celebrating! I haven't been here in years! Once covid is over we will come back. I brought a group of boys into Total Sports. Immediately after entering, the staff were rude and made it appear like they they didn't want our business. The facility is dirty, outdated, and activities are overpriced. The staff were constantly harassing my group for no apparent reason. I brought a group of boys in to have a fun time. Instantly after entering this filthy, outdated, and bad aroma building we were also greeted with another surprise. SURPRISE! 50$ for basketball for only and hour! The prices are absurd here for what you get. The basketball facility and arcade are very outdated. The boys were all grouped together and without notice they walked on the basketball court due to the desk lady saying it was ok. The boys all went in the court and enjoyed themselves for a few until this worker came out and threatened to remove them from the building for being "disrespectful", "rude" and "immature". I was with the boys and the boys did no wrong and I was even surprised with how much respect was shown. The boys immediately left the court as asked and were still being harassed. This worker then proceeded to harass them at any chance given throughout the day. We rented a room also and the room was 20 minutes late! It's not much to brag about at first glance but it surprises you once you realize all this facility has to offer. Softball, Bowling, Racquetball and Wallyball. Pool tables and a full bar upstairs in an environment that's relaxing and great for events. They host a great Super Bowl every year. The locker rooms, showers, sauna and hot tub are very clean and well stocked with all the stuff you need to be comfortable and relaxed. The upstairs balcony is amazing during the summer and fall season. I would recommend trying the facility. read more

Total sports is a very unique place where you can go and play many sports such as softball, wallyball, racquetball, bowling, handball, or even host a party if you'd like to. Summers they are usually very crowded due to amount of softball games going on. In the winter hours, things are a little slower. More bowling leagues than you can imagine... but most of the facilities are dedicated to the outside variety. It also has a gym that you can purchase a gym membership, and the prices aren't all that bad. The gym variety isn't much there... but you get what you pay for. The court rental prices are relatively competitive, however sometimes can add up for a good exercise. It has had a bad name before just for a few criminal accident happened around the area near there, but honestly I've never had a bad experience at Total Sports. I love Total Sports I go there 3 or 4 times a week to play racquetball. They are your typical dive gyms that has all the equipment and a great group of people who workout there. They also have a party room and cook for parties the room is free if you get the food from them. They have so many sports activities to offer it's amazing. I wanted to share an issue I had with a local business. I don't tend to say these things in public, but I was fairly outraged by the situation. We chose to have my daughter's 6th birthday at Total Sports. I was given pricing ahead of time for everything; an approximation for bowling (that we would pay at the alley), $30 for a room for an hour to play dodgeball, and $8 a person for a room and food (pizza and salad). Everything seemed great at first; I put down $135 ($105 for the room, and $30 for the dodgeball), and we had the room all set. In fact, we were even able to get into it early, as no one booked the room prior to our party. We bowled for close to an hour and paid for it at the alley. We went into the room, and some went to play dodgeball. Overall, we had 25 people come to her party; I literally counted them after the fact. When I booked the room, I was told that the room holds 45, but we would only be charged based on the amount of people we had. Multiple times during the event, we told multiple workers there we had around 30; even the cook who came in to ask. When the end came, we told the people there that we were ready for final payment. I saw the receipt, and it was over $300 for the remaining. Now to my own fault, I was busy packing up everything, and didn't ask for it to be itemized at the time; thinking I would get a receipt via email that would have the breakdown, and I could check it then. If there was an issue, I could call them, and see what happened. So days passed, and I never received anything in my email. I kept going over the numbers in my head as to what we paid, but it just didn't make sense. At that point, I figured I'd better call and see if I can get some sort of itemized receipt sent to me. The worker who answered the phone ended up admitting that they had transcribed my email incorrectly, so I didn't get anything following the event. She agreed that it sounded like we overpaid, but would have the manager call me back when he was in. I waited and waited; as it went into evening, I decided to call and ask for said Manager. A guy eventually got on the phone (later self-identified as the owner Eddie), and was very arrogant and pompous towards me, bordering in fact on rude. He said he'd look for my receipt and text it to me. This he did at 11:05 P.M. The receipt stated that we were charged for 45 people. I told him that wasn't correct; we had told people there multiple times that there were 30 people total. He later texted back that his workers insisted that we had 45 people there (a lie or a dishonest group of workers?); we had nowhere near that number. After a little more argument, to his credit, he did agree to refund 8 of the 15 people we were overcharged; and I agreed at that point, because it was essentially word against word. I'm very disappointed by the actions of the employees (possibly) and owner there, and dismayed at the way it's run. The whole thing felt like trying to rip us off of money, and I can't get around that feeling. It seems like some type of scam. All I can say is: don't tell people that they'll only pay for the group they have, and then not believe them when they tell you the number. I know some of you have had great experiences at Total Sports; some of you may still even go there regularly. But none of that changes the experiences we had; and I would warn anyone when it comes to booking a party there. read more

Its just a typical bar (the upstairs). It has a little dance floor, pool tables, a place to hold parties (for kids and adults). It is filled with softball players and bowlers. I found it extremely inappropriate to be spending my money at an establishment that endorses any political party let alone allowing political fliers and merchandise to be sold out front, especially in these current times. This place totally needs to get new management. I bought a Groupon for my kids to go bowling, called several times for open bowling times since, they do not take reservations. So, Saturday open bowling was until 4p.m. so, we take the kids to go bowling (we got there at 2p.m.) upon our arrival, the girl at the desk says "sorry bowling is closed" wow! I thought that, I just talked to her 1 hour before and, she said to get there before 4? So, the nice people we are, asked of there was anything we could do instead so, we went for wallyball BIG MISTAKE!!! First of all, I paid more for the Groupon to go bowling so, I ask can we have an extra picture of pop for the price difference her snide remark was: ( No, pop pitchers are 6 dollars and, your difference does not cover it, I can give you extra time but that's it) she gave us a whopping extra 15 minutes. Ok, then we were there with our 4 kid's which is hard enough to keep an eye on but, there were around 10 other kids who were completely all alone since, their parents were getting smashed in the bar upstairs!!! Mind you, these kid's were all 10 and under! And beating the crap out of each other! The pizza was HORRIBLE and we ALL got sick after eating it! We decided to leave before our time was up and, while leaving we informed the girl at the desk that there were a bunch of kid's terrorizing others and the place.
