The facility is clean and the worker in the front is not as friendly but my massage therapist was very nice and pleasant. She understood what I wanted with the pressure. The last experience here was not the best. I called ahead and made appointment for Swedish massage due to already being sore from a previous deep tissue. The massage was done traditional Thai style not Swedish as asked. The massage was good but not what I wanted. Also the massage therapist kept the room light on when I was on my stomach. I'm not sure if she had hiccups or little burps but I kept hearing something. When I opened my eyes , I saw the light on and two socked feet in fila slippers - def threw off the mojo of relaxation. I've had several massages here and most pretty good. I tip above average, but don't like being asked to tip before I give. That has happened before not by masseuse but by an older woman in front of the parlor after I paid. After visiting some other places, I have to bring this down two stars. I treated my husband to what I thought was a relaxing massage. First he got a heavier masseuse which was fine. But she did not hold her weight when she was giving him a massage, and the person in the next room was moaning. They definitely give happy endings. Last night after a long 5 days of work I called this place to ask if they can take a last appointment for one Hour massage, the lady said yes and so off my friend and I went. The massage therapist didn't event come in till 1030 pm we were not told that they will give us only 30 Min massage but charge for the whole hour for two people! We got there 10.02 pm for an hour massage for two people they charged us 160 bucks for 30 min massages for two singles. she still took us and charged us for an hour but gave us a 30 min massage When I asked why are we being charged for the full hour the therapist there literally yelled at me and fought I thought I was in danger so I just paid after 30 min massage Not only did we feel threatened one of the ladies came after us to face off and started yelling about she had to be at work because of me. Btw these ladies and this business say they are open till 11 pm but they really don't want u there. They complained about how they wanted to go home and that we shouldn't come late (like it was in my control we are in Vegas to work) Also we didn't ask them for any favor but we're patronizing the business so I'm just really shocked in how poorly we were handled. I never write bad reviews for anyone but this place is a scam. I will also talk to my credit card company and ask them if we have choices. I normally do not like writing reviews but this must be worth noting. We just got out of an unpleasant experience. The entire 90 minute couples massage we heard techno/hard rock music next door. We brought it up with the massage therapists and they just said "sorry, nothing we can do about it." When I asked the manager if they could discount the massages due to the unpleasant experience and she said she could do nothing about it. I have been a customer and being under the care of Jan since I moved here in 2014, and she has never failed to heal my knots and sore muscles! They used to be $65 like about 5years ago and they since have increased to $85 for an hour of full body massage. I am used to hard pressure massage because my tolerance is high and I love it when they walk on my back and crack my mid spine.. They would stretch me Thai-style the way I wanted it. They are very receptive to client needs, whether it's soft or hard pressure that you want.. Even if it's pricey I will never want to do it anywhere else but here, totally worth it! And they have stamp cards too, where you can have one free massage after 10 stamps. read more

Came here twice during my January 2020 vacation for 2 hours both times and my shoulders/calves/back/feet/muscles thanked me for both visits. I went once at the midpoint of my stay in Las Vegas and then returned on the final day of my Las Vegas trip. I was seen by 2 different ladies on both days (I didn't request anyone in particular). I had visited in the past (as shown in my reviews) and actually had 2 loyalty cards from this place which were stamped (1 card had 1 stamp and the other card had 2 stamps). I asked if I could combine the cards and the lady working mentioned that it wasn't an issue which was great. After combining the visits from both cards onto one card (and throwing the other card out), she added the current visit onto the card. During both visits of this trip, I had the back walking and firm pressure for both visits but that's where the similarities ended. During one of the visits, I had hot stones placed on my back whereas the other visit, I didn't and during one visit, I had what I would categorize as "forced stretching" whereas I didn't get that during the other visit. All this to say that if you want something done or not done, you should specifically ask for it. For me, not getting or getting hot stones or "forced stretching" didn't really bother me. At the end of the 2 hour session both times, I was asked how I was going to pay and I mentioned by credit card which wasn't an issue. Paid and tipped using my credit card and was provided with a bottle of water when I left. read more
