He pointed right across the street and said go see Vic. With still a bit of a wound, I walked over and introduced myself and explained what I was looking for. I gave him some background information about the experience with the other company, and expressed my expectations and other important terms. Victor conveyed an understanding of my difficulties and assured me that I would be taken care of. After the narratives were finished we talked price. While certainly not the cheapest quote I received I felt confident enough to give him a try. I am glad I did. When we pulled up to pick up the car, I exclaimed to my wife, "look someone else has a car like ours getting done." Then, after a few seconds, I realized that it was my car that was looking all shiny and new! The job Victor did resurrecting my car was nothing short of amazing. After the walk around and payment, Victor made some suggestions about getting the rims refurbished, driver's seat leather repair and front bumper repainted. After some discussion, we elected to do all of these things, with the satisfaction guaranteed by Victor. An appointment was set for three weeks down the road. When I finally took it in it was a little dusty from my garage, and by the time I got it back with the services rendered above, Victor had it once again, uber cleaned. Brendan had forgotten to recheck the spots after he finished our 3rd car but would come by later that week to take a look. I don't know how to do that. I stated that it wasn't a difficult task, and I would assist him, but he was not interested. I witnessed nothing of professionalism whatsoever and I was completely beyond disappointed with this company. That being said... I advise exploring other car detailing companies. One star is actually one too many.
