I went today because I saw another business was there selling cinnamon rolls. The ambience inside is perfect, my only wish is that prices were on the menu. I'm sure I'll try their food eventually too (Spring 2025). I've been back plenty over the last year of living in Yuma. There's monthly specialty drinks, fun cocktails, delicious toasts, and the family is so kind and remembers many customers' names. I wish prices were like 50c less. I only get smalls because my total is always minimum $7-$8, but I get it, it's 2026 (March 2026).

I placed the order ahead on the app like a smart guy, everything should've been perfect. I got the couple of breakfast sandwiches - delicious, hot, outstanding. But when I pulled out of the drive-thru and checked the bag? The donuts I ordered specifically for my Mother were MISSING! Gone! Not there! So I drove right back around - no problem - and told the attendant through the speaker what happened. She comes back with, "You drove off without it." Wrong! Totally incorrect! The unkempt guy who handed me the original bag obviously didn't double-check a thing - complete failure - and when he finally gave me the donuts in a separate bag, it was the most half-hearted apology you've ever heard. No energy, no real sorry, nothing! This shows a total lack of communication inside that place - from the kitchen to the window, it's a mess. Very disappointing, especially when you're doing something nice for your Mom. I'll think twice - maybe three times - before ordering from this location again. They need to get organized, train their people better, and stop losing customers over simple mistakes. Fix it, Dunkin' - or people like me will go elsewhere!

The staff is what keeps me coming back. All the young ladies there are soooo friendly and helpful and are HARD WORKERS! They are always cleaning, stocking shelves AND they have to work the register. Multitasking at its finest. The mini marts prices are a bit higher, but it's a small business so occasionally I don't mind paying a bit extra for convenience. They have everything you'd find at bigger gas station- chips, candy, instant ramen and drinks, but they also have some specialty imported snacks and alcoholic beverages that you wouldn't be able to find anywhere else. They also have an outdoor filtered water station (50 cents) which is a plus! During snowbird season this place is a godsend. Especially when you're in a rush and want to avoid crowds and people. Overall, I highly recommend checking out Foothills Mini Mart!
