Right before Christmas I went to buy a Perfume for a male friend. Francine was there doing skincare that day. She told the young man to take very good care of me and to come back to her. They danced and sang. Everyone stopped to watch them. Then they went up the escalators. I'm not sure but I think they had the parents and children go up stairs. I think Santa reads a book to the kids. The Holiday's is a great time to go to the NYC Flagship store. Been to the shoe department and saw some boots I liked. They did not have my size so I ordered them. The shoes came to my home but they did not look right. Ordered the next size down and had them delivered to the store. They fit perfectly so I got a refund on the first pair. Now I saw these beautiful Sam Edelman shoes and fell in love. They were my size but they were suede. I really had to think about this purchase because it was $220. Well I gave in and picked them up today. I've also ordered the same boots but in leather. I can't wait until they are delivered to the store. I ordered two different sizes to make sure I get the one that fits the best. The last couple of boots I ordered are a high boots with a wide calf. You know how hard it is to find these types of boots? I've always looked but was afraid to purchase because of comfort. All the boots I have purchased are comfortable.

Not all women have the same bra size every time they shop, especially if they've lost weight or gained weight. I came in and went to the middle of the first floor where the cashiers were to pick up my order. It went smoothly, then I went to the changing room. There was no line for the changing room when I went on a Saturday evening. When I was in the changing room, I noticed the rooms had definitely become more high-tech. There is a tablet where they tell you what bra you have in your changing room as well as a way to notify the staff about any questions or sizes/colors/styles you would like to try on. After a good half hour of trying on 5+ different bras and getting the opinion of two of the great employees, I finally settled on an option that appealed to me. The employees here are awesome because they make you feel comfortable with your concerns and insecurities. I went upstairs to pick out the specific color I wanted. They told me if the color/style/size is not available in-store, they can order it online for me (if available) and ship it to me within 2 business days. I found the bra I wanted and they quickly exchanged the product I ordered online with the product I wanted. Very worth the price since they have great sales all year round. I can definitely see myself back when I'm on another shopping trip.

We rented bridal outfits for our anniversary photos and the day before the shoot Kaede contacted us to let us know they wanted us to sign an agreement for 4k in case the outfits got damaged. This tactic a day before something scheduled months in advance was very low. The fact that they tried to price gauge us last minute and in turn ruined our photoshoot (we had to cancel the whole thing and lost an incredible amount of money because of this) in the end the thing that made me the sadest was that our anniversary photos were not possible thanks to these people that instead of offering us alternatives just tried to milk us for more money last minute knowing our situation(they expected that we would agree in desperation). Her "store" is a shared office space in Herald Square (a bit difficult to locate since the signage on the door doesn't indicate Kaede NYC) and I don't think she normally has customers go there. If you are looking for higher quality items that take more time to put on, Kimono House will probably be a better bet. She also offers "how to put on yukata" classes for the yukata newbie as well :)
