Seeing our friends only a couple of times a year called for this kind of birthday celebration. The highlight of the meal is the sukiyaki option. Before they even pour the broth, the server grills the initial cuts of Japanese A5 Wagyu right in front of you to flavor the pot. It is a fantastic presentation, and the meat melts in your mouth! The brisket was my Hubby's favorite! It truly does melt in your mouth! For the all-you-can-eat rounds, the A5 chuck ribeye and brisket are incredible, offering a perfect level of richness. Beyond the hot pot, the Diamond tier gives you access to premium sushi and specialty items. The A5 nigiri with foie gras and the uni toro bowl were exceptional and tasted incredibly fresh! Those were my personal favorite! They also have a great self-serve bar stocked with high-quality sauces, hot pot sides, prawns, scallops, and wagyu curry. The Sukiyaki was a bit sweet for me so I'm glad we had both options the meat quality was also really good, and my favorite were the Ribeye and Chuck roll. The beef nigiri and the toro uni bowl were also really good. As for the sashimi/sushi stuff, it was OK to me so I'd recommend getting more of the meat for this place. They also have a self serve bar area where you can pick out your own veggies/sides/teas/sodas/ice cream/dipping sauce so that was a nice option. Vibes: we came on July 4th lunch time and actually it was very empty and chill, which we appreciated since we had a 1 yr old in our party. Came to Yumiyaki to eat for my birthday and was amazed at the quality of their meat and seafood. My friend and I ordered their diamond menu which is $88 per person or $78 if you are a member. Since it was my birthday I got an additional $38 off which is applicable on the day of or +/- a day. The only difference between the gold and diamond menu is that you get a speciality dish, 2 extra meats and some sushi options and the price difference is $10. Everything on my visit was delicious and fresh. We ordered the uni toro bowl and otoro bowl with caviar for our speciality item. Both of the dishes had a good amount of toro on top which was flavorful. The uni and caviar was more of a garnish in my opinion. The A5 ribeye was grilled at table side. Since we ordered sukiyaki for our broth they gave us egg to dip our meat. Our server grilled our meat and placed it in our egg. The meat was soft and literally melted in our mouths. I could eat 20 orders of that and be satisfied. Our server ordered 1 of each of the meats for us to start off. It went down the menu so make sure which one you like. My favorite was the A5 chuck ribeye and full blood M9 chuck roll. All these are unlimited so order as much as you want. Those two cuts were most tender and not too fatty. They have scallops at the self service bar which were gigantic. I basically ate the whole container there since they were that good. Make sure not to cook it for too long as it will get rubbery. About 1 min in the boiling water is good. The sashimi and nigiri were delicious as well. The fish was buttery and thick cut. It came with salmon, yellowtail and tuna. This is my wife and my date spot. The place is not big and loud as Chubby Cattle down the street and the Sukiyaki is amazing. When you dip the beef in the egg and take that first bite you know you're in a great meal. The service has always been top notch and the last time went, Nicole and Lisa were cheerful and attentive. Yumiyaki is one of the most worthwhile AYCE restaurants I've had the pleasure of enjoying in a long while! Genuinely worth it! My two fav foods are hot pot and sushi, and Yumiyaki gives you a little bit of both. The menu is small and straightforward. A list of high quality beef for sukiyaki and a handful and sashimi and nigiri options. It may be limited, but always fresh and of course unlimited. My husband is more of the meat eater, and goes ham on their sukiyaki and wagyu nigiri. Their cuts of Wagyu are fresh, perfectly marbled, and melt-in-your mouth delicious. His favorite is the chuck roll, but loves them all. I am more of a seafood & veggie eater so I love getting their fresh scallops from the bar, along with all my favorite veggies like mushrooms, watercress and kabocha. I also order their entire raw fish menu lol. Otoro tartar, sashimi platter, bluefin tuna nigiri, carpaccio, hand rolls--everything!!!! If I don't leave with mercury poisoning, I'm not doing it right! I appreciate all the extras and appetizers included in the AYCE available at the bar as well. Definitely one of the top ayce sukiyaki spots I've ever had. Around $100 per person if you order a bottle of sake. They have plenty good decent saki bottles to order from. The nigiri and sushi rice were solid. The meat quality, perfectly marbled, perfectly fatty. We tried every cut of the meat but our favorite has got to be the ribeye. Great selection of veggies and soft drinks in the huddle room. Would recommend to a friend and would definitely consider coming back. Our friend made reservations the day before, it's a pretty small restaurant so having reservations just gives you a piece of mind. read more

Yumiyaki delivered such a satisfying and memorable sukiyaki experience. Everything from the quality of the ingredients to the variety of sides made it a meal worth coming back for. The meats were excellent -- rich, beefy, and incredibly tender once cooked in the broth. Speaking of the broth, it was perfectly balanced with that classic sweet and savory sukiyaki flavor without becoming overly salty, which made it easy to keep enjoying bite after bite. The side dishes really elevated the experience. The curry was especially impressive and easily one of the best sides on the table. To finish the meal, the ice cream and milk tea were both top tier and a perfect sweet ending. We also tried the bluefin and yellowtail nigiri, which were very fresh and well prepared.
