The dumplings were called rolling because I assume they were rolled out and shaped into balls - spherical meat stuffing balls covered with a thin dumpling wrapper. I've eaten dumplings my entire life but this type of dumpling was a first for me so I was very interested in trying this out. Turns out the dumplings were pretty good. It does fall apart pretty easily when picking them up with chopsticks to dip into the sauce which was a bit annoying, so you should be mindful and careful of that if ordering them.
