We are so happy we found this place! My husband wanted vietnamese food but wanted to stay close to the area. We ended up going here because of how good the banh xeo looked in photos and it exceeded out expectations. Be prepared for a wait but it was 100% worth it. Great place for Vietnamese food! I am so glad to have found this place. It is closer than driving to Little Saigon and just as good. I ordered rice noodles with pork. It was seasoned perfectly. Ordered the Banh Xeo to go. Drove it home 15 mins. It was STILL CRISPY!!!! Heck yea. It was sooo dang good. I forgot to request it without bean sprouts... they made the bean sprouts taste good! I usually only like them cold and not cooked but they did a really good job. I would definitely eat these again but next time I'm hitting them up for the Banh Khots. And I'm soooo excited to! If you call ahead of time, there's no automated message explaining they're closed. It'll ring endlessly until you give up. Very helpful staff if you have questions. Decided on the spring rolls, bahn xeo, and bbq pork bahn mi sandwich. Plus: excellent value for large servings, good flavors, friendly service. Minus: little things like bahn mi bread was not as good as I'd like but ok, spring roll wrappers split open making it difficult to eat but still tasty. Would also like more lettuce and herbs for the bahn xeo but just added my own. Wait time is long but everything was made fresh to order so can't really complain about that. It's called Luna Rice cake with shrimp - I highly recommend :) It's warm and crispy when it comes out. It comes with pickled carrots, vietnamese fish sauce for dipping and a side of greens to wrap it. Their lychee soda and milk tea was pretty good too!
