The food wasn't bad but the service it's the worst shit ever, they have some talk back when you tell 'em that the food it's not the right one. I don't recommend it to eat there.

Hubby found this place on Yelp and basically dragged me here as soon as he could because he loved it so much....and he was right! As we were doing some home improvements in our home, we decided to take a break and venture off and get to know the area more. Hubby suggested Yummy Asian first and at first I thought it would be like any other Chinese restaurant, but it had so much more to offer with it's variety of Japanese and Thai dishes as well. Now having come here many times we have had a few of their dishes and each one has been delicious and fresh. If you order something simple like a chicken with broccoli, you get bright green and crisp broccoli versus a soggy mush. We have also had the BEST General Tso here, very crispy and just the right amount of kick. As for their other dishes, I highly recommend the chicken red curry with pineapple, it is a bit spicy but what an amazing array of flavors. It literally is a party in your mouth from the milky coconut sauce to the citrusy pineapple chunks, you will not be disappointed. Another one of my favorites is the Walnut Chicken, although it is really for those who enjoy sweet flavors, it is amazing. The chicken comes out pipping hot and crispy with a decadent cream sauce drizzled over it, topped with giant walnuts- somehow all these textures come together to form the perfect dish. We have yet to try their sushi, but I'm sure we will soon. The restaurant itself is always very clean and plenty of empty tables. Most of their customers seem to get their food to go. The only downfall of this place is that it doesn't deliver, so many times I've wished they did! Overall it is an excellent option for Asian food in the area and definitely worth the drive to check it out.

    Green Curry with shrimp

Terrible Food. I ordered green curry with shrimp. It was a brown mess. Old over cooked vegetables. I will never go there again. I should have known what I was getting myself into when I noticed a foul smell when I walked in the door. I've gone the Yummy several times. The last three visits were disappointing but this order is the very worst. I will never waste my money again. I have pictures

Came here on Easter Sunday. The place wasn't busy, so enjoyed a nice quiet family lunch. The service was good, but what stands out is the food. Tried the chicken corn soup, which came in a huge bowl, enough for 2+ people. It hit the spot, true comfort food. For our entrees, enjoyed szechuan beef, which was pretty standard, and mango chicken (Thai dish). The mango chicken is absolutely delicious! The right spice level complemented by sweetness. For dessert, you can't go wrong with the fried banana and Mango ice cream. The mango ice cream tasted fresh, not artificial. So yum!

I have been to Yummy Asian twice and have had positive experiences both times. The service is quick and very friendly, and the food is pretty good as well. I have tried various salads, including the seaweed salad and shrimp avocado salad, the hot and sour soup, and chicken with broccoli/shrimp with broccoli, and all were tasty and fresh. However, their entrees could use a bit more spice to really bring out the flavor. Despite its lackluster appearance from the outside, the interior decor is very modern and aesthetically appealing. Definitely worth stopping by!

Yummy Asian (no relation to Yummy Sushi) is a surprisingly decent Chinese restaurant. Their menu has a large Japanese Roll offering, but little actual sushi, nor Thai cuisine. If you stick with the Chinese dishes, you should be quite satisfied. We came in for a Friday dinner. The house was nicely appointed. The service was attentive. We ordered the Walnut Shrimp, Beef & Chicken Hunan and a Dragon Roll. The shrimp dish consisted of 8 or 9 Jumbos, Tempura breaded, with a sweet mayo sauce covering the entire pile of crustaceans. It wasn't the best I ever had, but was still quite enjoyable. The Hunan style beef and chicken was also well done. This approach uses less straight ahead red chilis, and substitutes a mix of chili and black beans. It retains a lot of heat, but not the fire breathing kind. The meat was tender and did not seem to have been frozen. The Dragon Roll was only okay. The small amount of fish within the construct of rice, avo, seaweed, etc., was not the freshest. The ginger was colored orange, rather than the natural white, and the wasabi was likewise artificially dyed green. Clearly, the sushi guy had gone to Sushi College and finished the basic course in slicing and rolling, but was not working with top ingredients. My friends enjoyed the chance to speak with management in Mandarin, and that seemed reciprocal. Probably don't get many organically grown Chinese stopping in.

We really enjoy this restaurant. Friendly host. Delicious general Tso chicken. We will definitely coming back! My husband love the chicken rice soup. He said that was the best soup he ever had.

Their sushi selection is great, and they put a thick slab of fish on each piece of sushi. Worth it for the price you pay. Service was kind of slow when I went on a Friday night, but they have their whole family helping out. If you're looking for authentic Chinese food, this is not the place for you. All of their dishes are Americanized, which still tastes good, but it's just not authentic. Presentation is quite nice.

That said, undeterred we were seated a a booth and pleasantly surprised the rest of the way. We all started with teas. I had the iced hibiscus tea and it was wonderful and refreshing after an exhausting day. It had a mild natural sweetness, but no sugary flavoring. For an app we ordered the seafood pajun. It was a bit cakier that I would have liked but it was delicious nonetheless. Nice big chunks of seafood in every bight. And for mains, we ordered a few large sushi rolls, along with some wakame (seaweed salad). And all was very good. Big chunks of fish, not too overdone with dressings or sauces. And the staff was very friendly. The owner came by to check on us as we wrapped up our meal and she was very sweet. Overall the environment was open, clean, and the ambiance was just what I was hoping for. Will try to stop in when I'm through that way again.

Inside were shrimp shumai, gyoza, Chili Korean Bao, a two-protein poke burrito stuffed with crab meat and spicy tuna, plus a spicy tuna roll and a spicy scallop roll. This is more food than any two people strictly need, which is one of civilization's finer achievements. The good news: nothing was bad. Not a single bite asked to be forgiven. The shrimp shumai were the clear overachievers: plump, warm, and reassuring, like a friendly lecture from someone who actually did the reading. The spicy scallop roll was their equal, delivering that perfect balance of heat and sweetness that makes you briefly optimistic about the future of humankind. The poke burrito was ambitious, a bold little manifesto wrapped in rice and seaweed. Crab meat and spicy tuna got along just fine, though the whole affair leaned more toward "good" than "revelation." The spicy tuna roll was solid and dependable, like a Midwestern uncle who always shows up on time. The gyoza and Chili Korean Bao did their jobs honorably, though neither demanded a standing ovation. Everything arrived intact, flavorful, and prepared by people who seemed to care, always a comfort in an indifferent universe. Four stars, then, because perfection is suspicious and because it's nice to leave something to strive for tomorrow.
