First time we went the special was "Bun" so I tried it. This was live in a bowl...or at least strong like. So a few days later we returned and the special was "Pad Thai". The girl answering mumbles to please hold so fast you have to stop and ask her to repeat herself. After 5 mins, I hung up and called back...again same thing. Today, we arrived around 1:20 this afternoon, the restaurant had a total of maybe 4 tables, 5 including the one my husband and I sat down at. We placed our drinks (the matcha and mango boba tea), we got them about 15 minutes later. At this time we also placed our appetizer, gyoza, and our entree chicken pad Thai and beef pho. We also asked for a larger sushi menu and could never catch someones attention to place a sushi order. The waitresses were too busy dancing around the restaurant, gossiping and discussing their skating plans for their break today. We ended up leaving at 2:00, we never received any part of our order and came to Chili's instead. (Where we were instantly greeted, received our drinks and appetizer within the first 10 minutes of sitting) Sadly, this isnt the first time. Earlier this week a group of us came here on Wednesday for our lunch break before reporting back to base...and the same incident occurred...What a shame to have to leave a place twice, we've been waiting to open since last year. read more

I honestly wasn't impressed with this place. The pho noodles lacked flavor and were over priced. The bubble tea was not good. The boba/bubble was old, hard and no sugar was added to give it flavor. I tried to give this place a second chance and tried the strawberry milk tea with lychee popping pearls. The strawberry powder they use for the tea made it taste like Pepto Bismal. I was very excited when i had seen that they sell pho because we have none in Sumter and only in Columbia. I was highly upset and disappointed.. pho and boba were both tasteless. My husband and I decided to go back for the 2nd time and give it another chance thinking it was possibly just a bad day in the kitchen- but still no changes.
