My husband and I went to Yummy Thai based solely on the reviews. I am Asian originally from Seattle, WA so I was excited to try this place - as Pueblo's Asian food options are fairly sad. The restaurant was spartan, clean, but the ambiance was akin to the sort of Mexican food joint where you order at the counter. Not a place to take a date or impress. The server seemed harried. One guy, nice, quiet, soft-spoken, but he was taking care of order outs and the dining room. Too much. There seemed to be a very busy take-out business and flow of people. The food: Shrimp shumai - appeared to be straight out of a frozen package. These were not freshly made and they were tiny (tater tot sized). In fact, I think I've even bought this same variety at Lee Hing in COS myself. Meh, unimpressed and way overpriced $8. The entrees were good, nice selection of veggies, steaming hot jasmine rice, nice cutlery and dishes - except - the portion size was very small. The fried string beans were perfectly crispy and the tofu was cooked just right! I would've given this 4 stars if the portions were generous! At $46.60 for 2 peeps, no bevs, and pre-packaged 8-tater tot-sized shumai appetizers, they really need to reconsider their pricing. I would come back for their lunch menu, but will be definitely skipping the appetizers. read more

Excellent on food, (this was a take out order and the host/waiter even bought my order OUT to my vehicle withOUT my even asking and the physical restaurant was lacking in "class" in the style in which it was built but given that fact they made the absolute most of what they they had! The egg-rolls and pineapple fried rice were both fresh, hot altho the friend could have used more than the 3 small pieces of pineapple but it was still very tasty and obviously pineapple friend rice and not tofu or beef or chicken fried- rice! There didn't seem to be anything that could be done to increase the "elegant ness" of a restaurants-ness that happens to finds itself in a strip-mall but they did the best they could, it seems they did the best they could with what they had. The place was clean, organized and tidy the food was the best Thai I've ever had the most amazing fried rice I've ever had and the pricing was excellent. I highly recommend this location. First time trying and it did not disappoint. Ordered the Tom yum soup with chicken wings appetizer, steamed dumplings, and Thai tea with boba. Food came out hot and yummy and the boba was good too! This was our first visit here but definitely won't be our last. Absolutely amazing food! I had tofu pad tie. So delicious then the egg roll and tom kaki soup was so good too. Husband had chicken fried rice and granddaughter had crispy chicken and everything we had was spot on!! Clean and very relaxing. Lunch specials were nice size too!! read more

The sushi and sashimi were fresh and tasted good but it was a bit pricey compared to some of the other sushi restaurants in Pueblo. The service was great and the Thai Yellow Curry was delicious. Looking forward to seeing how the other dishes taste in future visits! read more

Decent thai food. I had the tofu tom kha and when asked spice level I always say thai hot, hoping for very hot, it came with 3 chilis and was a good flavor however I do not feel it is thai hot so next time I will ask for 6 chilis.There was a ton of tofu in it and they do not skimp on the toppings. My husband enjoyed his tempura shrimp and miso. They no longer have sushi which is what I dropped in for, server said not enough people were ordering so that is a bummer but we enjoyed our meals. I'm from San Francisco and the choices in food isn't the besy out here, but I went in and ordered take out and thought I'd get the seasame chicken dish for the first time as I usually get the spicy chicken which I do like. On the other hand, I found it interesting that the restaurant charged the same price for both, knowing that the spicy chicken comes with vegetables, but the seasame doesn't and is sided with 2 small orange slices. When you come in to sit down you would assume that the orange slices are given and not just in take out orders because when I look for any pictures, below are a picture from sit down dining and the other is from takeout. Overall this is a good place for Pueblo West, but pricing is VERY high given the portions, even for their appetizers which I've ordered in the past. read more

This has easily become my husband's and my favorite restaurant in Pueblo West/Pueblo. The food is delicious (we have particularly enjoyed the garlic noodles, yellow curry, pad Thai, Thai fried rice, basil fried rice, and pad won sen). This location is also vegetarian and gluten free conscientious and the staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. If you haven't tried their food yet, we cannot recommend it enough. read more

Hands down the best Thai restaurant in Pueblo/Pueblo West. We had Pad Seew and Spicy Crispy Chicken. The Pad Seew was served with proper torn wide noodles and a savory sauce (with beef). It was as good or better than any we've had in other locales. The Spicy, Crispy Chicken was just that; crispy chunks of chicken in a sweet sour sauce with a hint of orange. Surprising burst of flavor when I sampled it. Service was very pleasant, decor modern and clean. Highly recommended! read more

The pad Thai was seasoned well with lots of fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. The garlic chicken was plentiful had a nice texture and spiced well. Prices are reasonable and a good value. We just had our first experience with yummy Thai the sushi was delicious rolls were delicious and nice sized we loved all the ginger and wasabi they provided. The shrimp pad tai was very good lots of shrimp great flavor. The waiter immediately seated us and was so friendly and nice! We ordered Thai fried rice with shrimp and duck with rice noodles. The fried rice wasn't what we are used to, it had curry in it. I used to travel to Washington state on business a lot and frequently ate at Thai food restaurants while traveling. One of my favorite dishes is Pad See Ew. I have tried it locally here around Pueblo and no one does it right! We tried Yummy Thai today and I ordered Pad See Ew with beef. It was perfect! Portions are generous. My husband had a spicy chicken dish and it was also very good! The restaurant was very clean and nicely furnished. Service was great. I highly recommend this place!
