    Peking wonton soup
    Bee W.

Introduced another friend to this restaurant. She wasn't sure about portion size so she ordered the pork potstickers. I love the Peking wonton soup so I didn't deviate from the norm. She tried some of the wontons and liked them. Her next order will be the Peking wonton soup. Glad she likes it. We had a great time. The servers are friendly and we chatted about the upcoming mid autumn festival. And she liked watching the noodles being made. Like magic!

Small little noodle shop in Lone Tree where you can watch them hand pull noodles. There isn't a ton of seating and it can get busy. This isn't a great place for large parties ( 4+) or to linger and chat. Most tables are 2 and 4 seaters. If there's a wait, they'll hand write your name and number of people in your party on a notepad old school style. We went on a Friday evening around 6 and waited about 15 min for a table for 3. The food is okay. I liked the beef rolls (appetizer) and the noodles were good, but the broth could have been more flavorful. The spicy dishes are not very spicy at all (they're American spicy I suppose). Given the size of the place, they sort of do rush you out by giving you the check the moment you're close to being done.

Dumpling soup. Comforting and delicious. More subtle but yummy!

This place actually lived up to the reviews! We arrived just before 6:00, were promptly greeted and didn't have to wait too long for a large table to open up. They did a great job cleaning the table and seats. The service is efficient, and not super friendly, but courteous enough to feel taken care of. You can tell they're used to a speedy turn around time because they get the food to you quickly, and it somewhat feels like they expect you to eat quickly as well because they're busy! This place is a gem in an area where great food is almost non existent! The noodles are hand pulled right before your eyes. The broths and dumplings are outstanding. Not a single item we tried was bad. The only low point was the pork rib soup. The pork itself was extremely dry. I would definitely choose the pork belly over the rib. Anything on the menu was seriously delicious and the prices were extremely reasonable for the quality. I highly recommend this place and we will be adding this into our regular rotation of new favorite restaurants. Get there early if you want to beat the rush. They need to consider expanding to a larger space.

What a great place. The bowls of noodles are more than generous and so tasty. We started with the chicken potstickers and they were devoured before I could even get a picture, the xiang bao was next and my granddaughter loved them, she called them little bao yums!!! Then came the noodles, the girls shared a bowl and I got my own but honestly we could have split 1 bowl 3 ways. Everything was perfection and it was fun watching them make the noodles

Yu's Beef Noodle Soup. It's that good.

If I were in heaven, this is the restaurant I would envision myself eating at daily. It's just that good. Yu's Noodle Shop truly delivers. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with the sight of a cook pulling noodles at an extremely fast pace. Very satisfying and interesting. We sat down and got some water, which was promptly refilled as soon as anyone took a couple sips-what I like to see. We got the Dan-Dan noodles, Yu's Beef Noodle Soup, Beef and Jalapeño Noodles, and Beef Shank Noodle Soup. The broth in the soups was absolutely unmatched flavor-wise. The only thing that could have elevated it with some spice was chili oil, which was conveniently provided in a bowl at our table for us to add to our liking. The noodles in all of the dishes were definitely the main component, hence the name of the restaurant, and they were truly the star of the show. Slightly chewy yet light. The perfect thickness, as well. And the meat was also magical. We all got some form of beef or pork, and in all forms, it was perfect. Tender, juicy, and good at soaking up all the delicious flavors from the broth and/or chili oil. All in all, my experience at Yu's Noodle Shop was intensely flavorful and utterly enjoyable. Please stop by if you're close. Or even if you're not close. It's a place that deserves a try, if only once, to set your standards for every other noodle shop way too high.

Yu's has it going on with the noodles. They hand-pull them fresh on the spot, and they're beautifully thin. Because they're made to order, the texture is perfectly chewy with a nice bounce--fun to eat and incredibly satisfying. I especially appreciated the dan dan noodles. They had more meat than most I've tried, so I wasn't fighting for that noodles:meat ratio. The flavors were rich and well-balanced. My husband ordered the beef noodle soup, and the broth transported us straight to China. It's deeply flavorful yet light on the palate, with a complex umami that comes together beautifully. Not pictured: chili wontons, which were incredible. The wontons were so juicy that I'll have to try the wonton noodle soup next time. Service was great, and the interior felt thoughtfully designed with a classy, welcoming ambiance. Highly recommend--Yu's sets a high standard 10/10

This place is poppin' and now I know why! - Cozy interior with limited table seating (gives off authentic Chinese dining vibes!) - First class view to where the noodle magic happens! (worth a watch!) - Friendly staff who can accommodate a crowd! (just wish we could make reservations!) - Insane menu offering a variety of delicious options! (Get the spicy cucumbers and crispy egg rolls! The spicy wontons and lotus bun sampler, also look amazing!) - FRESH and abundant noodles! ( I got the dan dan noodles while my husband got the Beef and Jalapeno rice dish, both were massive in size, pretty in presentation and fantastic!) - VERY reasonably priced!! Yu's is a welcomed addition to the Lone Tree neighborhood, and I look forward to returning!

So happy we came to check this place out. We got a slew of things so that we could share and try a lot on one visit. The service was attentive our entire duration and everything was pretty quick. Was happy we got in. - the beef soup was great and we loved adding some of the spicy stuff to it. The meat was tender and the noodles fresh - the egg rolls were crispy and delicious - pan fried pork dumplings were one of our favorite items we got. Even our toddler ate them up. - spicy wontons we plan to pass on. They tasted fresh but we didn't care for the sauce they were in and they didn't seem spicy at all. - Xiao long bao were good but were no Lao wang but they were good. I think I'll forever be looking for the same goodness as Lao Wang. We will be back and we will get the below next time: - beef soup - pork belly soup - pan fried pork dumpling - egg rolls

My favorite Colorado pulled noodle shop! Yu's always delivers with fresh noodles, a broth that will bring you back to life, and spectacular appetizer choices! I always look forward to returning to this spot. I leave feeling fulfilled by my soups and rejuvenated. This is a great spot to come for these colder months! The service has always been wonderful and fast. I'll be back so soon!

From the reviews I thought the service was going to be pretty slow but it ended up but a quick lunch experience. I ordered the beef noodle soup as a baseline, they have a disclaimer at the bottom of the menu that says if you don't like cilantro, let them know. They truly hook you up with cilantro here which I wasn't expecting, Food came out quick, the noodles and beef were delicious. You can tell the noodles are fresh and made on spot. The broth was....ok. It was light and a bit floral which I wasn't expecting since I'm used to Taiwanese style beef noodle soup. They seem to be making a good rep for themself around town, all of their IG posts are collabs so there's that. The portion was enough for two meals so that's a bonus!

Oh wow this place is awesome! We stopped by for lunch on a weekend & were greeted by very friendly staff & seated right away. The menu had soups, noodle dishes, and sides, and our server had lots of good recommendations. We got a seafood soup, a noodle dishes, and 2 apps- veggie dumplings and crab wontons. Everything was amazing & o it toddle enjoyed everything too that wasn't spicy! That's a win! Well definitely be back- great south Denver spot.

We arrived about 15 minutes after they opened on a Sunday. We we immediately greeted with a smile. The bright and cozy restaurant was already bustling. We started off with the Spicy Wontons and Crispy Egg Rolls. And my favorite - Chicken Chow Mein. It has never disappointed me. By noon, the restaurant was packed. But service never deteriorated. We were checked on and our drinks did not linger. Service and food was still great, just like almost a year ago.

Rice beef and jalapeño. I forgot to take a photo when it first came, so this After eating a bunch.

    Is there plenty of seating?

They could use more seating for weekend rush.

Do they serve wine and beer?

    Not currently, unfortunately.

Does Yu's have a liquor license? Thank you!

I didn't see any sign of beer, wine, or liquor when I was there. Didn't see anyone drinking any either, but I was there at lunchtime.

I liked the people, the place, the menu, the location, but honestly I paid $30 for leftovers that I can't eat. It's a shame. I've never before seen anything this greasy. The owner came out to my car after I exited and asked why I didn't like it. While I respect that, he explained that what appeared as grease was instead, sauce, and that it was flash fried. The problem is that neither the sauce nor grease had taste or spice. When I placed several pieces of beef on a napkin, they saturated the napkin with oil. Maybe it's an oily sauce? They were generous with the beef. The beef quality was pretty good, and the vegetables were unique enough to merit praise. If it were me, I would ramp up the taste quotient in either the marinade or sauce, eliminate 90% of the oil, as it's unnecessary, and add spice. This could be a healthy dish if they used avocado oil, way less oil, and reduced the salt.

We arrived around 6:30 p.m. It was busy, but we were seated right away. The restaurant is cute and has a welcoming atmosphere. We ordered several dishes to share, including the fried green beans, cucumber salad, mini fried pork bao, and beef and onion dumplings. The green beans and cucumber salad were definite highlights--both were fresh and delicious. The mini fried pork bao were also excellent, and with 10 in an order, they were surprisingly filling. We ordered only a few items but left completely satisfied. Lupe was our server, and he was attentive and quick throughout the evening. Our water glasses never sat empty, even on a busy Friday night. We finished with the sweet taro buns, which came with three per order. The buns were wonderfully soft, and the sweet taro filling was delicious. The only thing I would love to see added is a selection of mocktails on the drink menu. A few thoughtful nonalcoholic options would have made the experience even better. We had a great evening and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We're excited to visit the Broomfield location and continue eating our way through the menu--especially the crab fried rice, mango pomelo sweet buns, and more of the dumplings!

Despite having a reservation, we weren't seated promptly because the restaurant didn't have a table available. We were offered a spot at the bar, which we accepted. About 15 minutes after us, another couple arrived and were seated immediately in a booth we had been promised. The waiter spent about 20 minutes chatting with them, even though the restaurant was completely booked. We also noticed that the diners were handing him a large wad of cash when they paid their bill. Another issue we've had is that the food is not properly spaced out between courses, which makes the meal feel rushed and poorly managed. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unnecessarily uncomfortable. For a restaurant that should know how to handle reservations and provide professional service, this was a major disappointment. In the future, we'll stick to takeout instead of dining in. The food is always excellent, and we'll just enjoy it in the privacy of our own home.
