If I could put ZERO stars I would. They only cater to you when you pay. I spent $140 plus tipped ! The same exact day my nails broke. I called the next day in the morning to come have it fixed and was informed to come in to get it fixed in the afternoon. I go in, and was turned set based on them being "too busy." I informed the tech that I have to come in the morning since I had something to do in the evening. She said, ok. The next deal I call at 10 am, mind you I informed the tech the day before I'd come back around 11 am/12:00 pm, I was hung up on twice ... TWICE. I immediately got dressed and came in. WHOEVER goes here understand they have trash customer service mainly the women with shitty attitudes! I WILL NEVER return here again. read more

Went here today to get my nails and feet painted as well as eyebrows waxed. The main guy who asks you what service you want when walking in spoke in their language to the girl who was painting my toes at the time, she immediately stop painting my toes and asked me to pay for my service as if I was going to walk out. I asked her did they ask everyone else who was in there to pay for their services upfront like they was requiring of me and she said "yes". I asked her was this a new policy because I had been coming to this nail shop since 2016 and never been asked to pay upfront. I have always gone to Emily for my nails and microblading when she used to work there and when she left I still continued to go. I also came here not to long ago and got a manicure from the older guy and not one time did he ask me to pay upfront! So for them to single me out in front of everyone was ABSOLUTELY WRONG! I watched everyone get up and pay for their services after they was done. So for her to say they required everyone to pay upfront was a complete lie! I will never go back here and I encourage my people to do the same they don't deserve our money at all! When the manager arrived I explained the situation to her and she kept trying to make up an excuse that did not make any sense and kept apologizing. Why apologize after the fact when this was not a standard rule! I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding how I got treated today! read more

I used to recommend this spa to everyone and I will no longer be doing so. I went in for a regular french tip pedi. I was actually in a rush, so I asked for the most basic pedi of $29 and even opted out of the lotion massage. They removed my previous shellac even though I wasn't going to get shellac. They charged a total of $34, giving me a $5 discount because of that mistake. I got up to pay, and noticed immediately that my french tip was messed up before I even left the store. The man fixed it for me and asked me to sit for a longer time. i did not move at all, I stayed sitting down and noticed that my big toe was once again messed up! I told a nail tech sitting by and another woman fixed it for me. When she started to fix it, she started cleaning under my nails which is when I realized that the first man didn't even do that to begin with! She ended up fixing every single toe because they were not looking good. Once again, they got messed up even when I did not move at all! At that point, I asked how much additional would it be for shellac. $15, they didn't even apologize or anything. I was over it and just paid the $15 then left. Keep in mind, I had been in a rush. I WAS THERE FOR AN ENTIRE HOUR AND A HALF. They did not apologize for the inconvenience, I still ended up paying $49 for a pedicure with shellac and french tip. I will NEVER come here again. 0/10!!!! read more

This experience was nicee. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars because they do not speak when u walk in. Hopefully you guys see this and know speaking when a potential customer walks in sets the tone for the atmosphere!! They gave me 2 glasses of wine. I got a classic pedicure which is $29 with acrylic overlay on my two big toes and sheliac by HANNA !!! My total was $59 She did such a good job. I never had french on my toes before but she did a great job. Please ask for her if you getting a pedi. I LOVE my red and black ombré powder dip nails. I've been coming here on and off for manicures and pedicures and am always happy with the final product. They get busy during the last two hours they're open on Saturdays and Sundays, though, so be definitely come earlier on those days. My seven year old has gotten a manicure here as well and they're always super sweet with her. read more

Second to worse service I've ever had. Got a simple take off done. Nail tech began to manually take off my SNS set. Requested a soak off, my request was ignored as she proceeded to take the nails off manually. After completing one hand, she spoke to other nail techs in the salon then took off the remaining nails by soaking. Apparently SNS is supposed to be soaked off and the technician made a mistake. Which upon realizing, was found amusing by other technicians who all laughed. I asked one what was the problem, and she explained the mistake. My eyebrows were being waxed at the same time as my nails were being done in the middle of the nail salon. No private room. Will not be returning. read more

The manicures and pedicures I've received have been very professional. I have also had my eyebrows threaded and I think they do a great job. However, this is not a spa to go to if you're in the mood to relax. The first time I went there they were showing movies which wasn't too relaxing. They did a decent job on my nails so I thought I would try again. The next time I went they were playing some graphic shoot 'em up movie. So not "spa like". Super intense and rather annoying. I would come here because it's convenient to my home , but today was my last time. I've had issues with them before opening the shop on time and the quality is just ok depending on who you go to. Today, after the nail tech painted my nails , 2 of them got messed up and she acted like it was the end of the world. To set the scene - it was rainy and business was slow so I'm not sure why this was such an inconvenience for her when no one was waiting. She literally tilted her head back as if it were all 10 nails or as if this wasn't her job ! The whole interaction made me really uncomfortable . Top off! When I got ready to pay, another tech came to assist me at the register. She takes my card and proceeds to put it in the card reader. This is a card reader I have used many times and it is detached from the register and intended for customer use (has pin pad). After sliding the card , the customer is prompted with the option to tip or not tip - she took it up on herself to press yes to the tip option! This made me upset because while I always tip, it is not mandatory especially after the service I received at this appointment . Also, when I tip I usually tip in cash and give it directly to the tech who performed the service. I felt as though she was trying to force me into giving a certain tip on MY card. It's a no for me. I haven't been here in a while but place is always clean , a bit upscale, they'll offer you wine white or red ( of course if you're 21 or older ) they also have sodas/waters the techs are very sweet. But beware of Danny! Short older man who always wears a vest lol ! He's really sweet & service is fine but he will mess up your nails !!! I got a pedicure here on a whim and I was pleasantly surprised! They have a bunch of different pedicure options, all for fantastic prices. I was able to get seated as soon as I walked in, and they really took their time for the pedicure which I appreciated. My feet look great and I'm going to be wearing sandals as often as I can now. The reasons I took off one star is because a) I think their nail polish selection could be better and b) the experience was lacking- when I walked in I was a little skeptical because the place looks a little run down. It's by no means a fancy nail salon or even a nice looking place, but the service was good and ultimately that's what matters. read more

I just recently moved to this side of town and I have to say that this Nail Salon is by far one of the best I have ever been to. Thomas Tran who I believe is the owner of the Salon has been extremely professional every time I have visited. When visiting, I typically get a full-set or refill on solar nails. After leaving, my nails are always done with excellence. I must say I did have an instance there where one worker seemed to not have the drive as the others and that person is no longer there. Thomas made me feel welcomed like family and offered a discount on my next visit, which he stood by his word. I never once asked for any sort of discount and I was surprised by this. The last time I visited there was an extreme outrageous customer who didn't understand the pricing or understand the different nail sets. She made a scene and every one on Thomas' team acted professional and was able to calm the rude lady. I know from experience in the retail industry that customers at times can be harsh, rude, and foal. At the same time, you have to keep your composure and give them customer service. Thomas and everyone demonstrated this. I honestly feel for people that work in any customer service industry because it's not an easy job. I will continue to get my nails done at this salon because it's my new neighborhood salon. read more

I went in for a full set. The majority of their products aren't named brand and do not have any labeling on them. And their polishes are all over the place. I wanted a powdered neon yellow and the young lady kept insisting on shellac...in the end I said no powder. So she proceeded, it took her two hours to do the set. Her application was horrible and it got so bad that I told her midway to stop , that I would tKe them off. Keep in mind I had my son so I had to go after 2 hours being here. It was a strong smell, I've never smelt it this bad in the past. I told the young lady she should have been honest with me and told me she didn't know how to apply powder , then I would've either picked shellac or requested Someone else . Of course they blamed the powder, that it's an uneven color. So she apply two coats of shellac on top of the powder , but you could still see the empty spaces where she didn't apply enough and filed to much . Horrible set ever. I was ready to get out of there bc my toddler was done and the smell was bad. I spent $48 dollars on this bad job, she didn't finished filing my right hand and didn't bother to clean my cuticle, so I had shellac all over my fingers. The last time I was here I had bumpy powder on a few fingers but I overlooked it cause it wasn't noticeable only if you were really looking hard. But after this experience never again! And I drove 25 min for this crap, only bc lilli does a badass pedicure. I did see this one young lady sitting by the door creating some badass nails and it seems everyone goes to her bc she had back to back clients and a wait.
