I've had some expensive curly cuts where they scolded me for not using their specific products and when they styled my hair there was so much product it almost felt greasy. Not the case with Ashlea! It turned out looking great and she actually styled it well too. The cherry on top is that she is nice and friendly. The salon is beautiful, feels clean and has refreshments. I'll definitely be back! However, the quotes were a bit different from expected but especially the bizarre custom and not verbalized expectations about tipping different people and not paying the stylists directly. The older front desk lady was quite rude and loud about it- very brusque. I didn't want to make it more overwhelming as it already was with the confusing situation. However, I'd like to request management to ensure front desk staff be trained with friendly customer service for paying clients especially if they aren't aware of your custom. I'd like to continue seeing the person I saw next time around but I wouldn't come on the day the old rude lady is there.
