I should've stuck with my usual order of the original chicken sandwich because the chicken cheesesteak wasn't as good by a long shot. The price of the onion rings seems high, but they are hand battered and come in a filled paper bag. There's definitely enough to share! Two double bacon cheeseburgers, a large fry, and two shakes. Almost $50. I guess that's just the way things are these days. My daughter and I went here. We've talked about it a bunch of times but we're usually in a hurry to get someplace else, so this was the first time we've stopped. And honestly, I have no regrets. The people behind the cash register were nice. The fries were really tasty, the signature sauce is great for dipping fries. The burgers were really good and the shakes were awesome. Yes, it was expensive for two people, but I had a great time hanging out with my daughter eating a burger, making jokes about it being "z-licious". This place was very dirty when I came on a weekend afternoon. No customers but bathroom was filthy with no soap to wash hands. Floors throughout the restaurant are extremely sticky. Easy parking and conveniently located right off of Rt 1 in Beltsville, Z-Burger offers arrays of milkshakes and concrete as well as burgers and other items. I got the double patty cheeseburger with jalapeños, tomato, fried onions with Z-sauce. I didn't realize the sauce and ketchup has to be put on the burger myself as it came in separate containers. I had eaten my French fries and onion rings with them beforehand so I had none left for the burger. Well, as you can see in the pictures, it was a lot of fries and onion rings!!! This was 1/2 portions of both items too. As for the burger, I think it would have tasted incredible had I known that the sauce I got is all I got and used it not for the sides. The patties were perfectly grilled and the cheese was melted just right. I loved the crunchy spicy jalapeños too. The burgers have an excellent taste to them. The real treat here for me, though it was the batter on the onion rings. The seasoning on the fries is also outstanding. Don't get regular fries, the season ones are marvelous. Only downside of this restaurant is the prices feel like they're a little bit high for the size burger that you're getting. Same philosophy applies to the sides. Just seems to be a little bit more money than I thought you would spend. That being said, the volume you get in the Onion rings and fries is quite good- easily shareable. But the volume you get on the burger is little small. Come here for the taste!!! Hubby and I came for burgers, and got a "half and half" fries and onion rings, which were more like a full order of each. We took home so many fries, thank goodness for air fryers. I really liked the burger as far as fast casual burgers go, it was very good. Not a gourmet burger like you would get at Quarry House or Big Buns but better than Five Guys, Burgerfi etc. The seasoned fries were pretty good, but not amazing. The onion rings had a thick batter rather than a super crisp texture; I personally prefer the crispy kind but these were still quite good for this style. We didn't get shakes this time but I am thinking next time I will skip the sides and get a shake instead. The double burger is about the right size, the patties are 3.4 oz so one is going to be like McDs cheeseburger size weak sauce, you need two to actually taste the meat, and 3 would be overkill. Very nice cashier and workers, i came here a few weeks ago and this is byfar the best burgers and fries i've ever had, food is quick and hot, orders are not messed up and the atmosphere is perfect for 2 people or for just chilling, shoutout to the cashier guy for being a very nice person! There are 75 milkshake flavors. The food is great. The new staff are all students who have a very good relationship with customers. Parking is very easy. The food tastes great. I just left this place. The cashier sneezed while taking my order and wiped his hand on his pants. He then went to wipe off the trays that people eat off of. When my food came up he bagged it and i noticed that he touched my top onion ring that was falling out of the bag. He never once washed his hands. I was mortified and it took everything in me not to cause a scene in there. I really don't understand how people can be so lack luster with hygiene while serving people food. He is already handling dirty money but then to sneeze and not wash your hands is freaking disgusting. Was looking for a cheaper alternative to Five Guys and was not impressed. The manager/owner took my order. I asked for a double cheeseburger, fries, and a drink. He rang up my order as to go and seasoned fries instead of regular. Never asked me what kind of fries I wanted (didn't know there was a choice) and he also never asked if it was eat in or carry out. I also had to ask for a cup since the guy didn't hand me one after I paid. The card reader also asks you for a tip while you're paying and there isn't a skip/no tip option initially. You have to select other, and enter $0. They also charge a $1.16 "packaging fee" for carry out apparently. While I was eating he told one of the employees to ask if the order is for here or to go so they don't waste bags, even though he took the order as to go. So they might just always ring it up as to go so they can charge a fee. Food itself was alright. Burger was comparable to five guys except they don't toast their buns so the burger just becomes a soggy mess. The sesame seeds were also super hard for some reason. You get the same amount of fries as Five Guys. Overall atmosphere was unfriendly. The employees weren't talking to each other and having fun, no one said anything as I left and I was the only customer there. This place was pretty much the exact opposite of Five Guys other than price. For $21.59, go somewhere else. read more

Everything was a la cart, if I ordered a sub, fries and soda it would have easily cost over $21. ZERO lunch specials or combos, that's a slap in the face for fast food. The place was clean and quiet, but the staff were silent. The building sits on an irregular lot off Route 1, tight parking. Manager took our order and provided recommendation which we thought was great. The burgers were very juicy and beef quality was top notch. This place has gone badly downhill. On 12/19 I ordered a single cheeseburger which was priced at nearly $10. The single meat patty was pathetically thin, comparable to a McDonald's single burger (and I'm no fan of McDonald's) which would've cost me 1/4 of zburger's price. Obviously zburger has reduced the size of their patties.The toppings were wrong and I had to send it back. The "small" fries are ridiculously large, easily enough for two people and causing me to waste the leftovers. Loud, blasting Latin music and I had to tell them to turn it down. No other customers during the noon hour. It says "and pizza" outside, yet after six months there is no sign of pizza. Something is seriously wrong here. How can they stay in business? When you see a place like this, you may not expect much, but let me tell you something. I dropped by on a visit to the area, this place is wonderful, a nice staff and great enviorment.
