Dr. Lorenc is a mixed bag. A friend I referred had a facelift which I think was ok. His nose jobs, however, are, in my opinion, very poor. In my circle, 5 had their noses done by him, and all five are unhappy. 4 have gone to other surgeons to correct their outcomes. My daughter is one of the victims. She ended up looking like miss piggy with one side larger than the other. Dr. Lorenc operated on her again to correct it but it was unsuccessful. You may like his nose work if you're a fan of 1980's obvious plastic surgery looks. I had some body work done that left me with obvious permanent scarring. He tried to fix that, too, but unsuccessfully. I've tried to get my medical notes from him on and off for 4 years. I finally got a scan from his office saying that he's a "light writer" and that it doesn't show well on a scan. It's completely illegible. I then asked for something legible to be sent and surprise, surprise nothing. What is he afraid of? There are better surgeons out there. read more

I want to give him 0 stars, because he doesn't even deserve this 1 star rating, but Dr.Lorenc botched up my nose and I want to tell you my story so you can avoid the mistake I did. I came to Dr. Lorenc for the first time in the fall of 2011 to get a rhinoplasty and a keloid scar revision (to get rid of the keloid). I went under anesthesia for both procedures at the same time at 19 years old in January of 2012. Getting a rhinoplasty was something I always wanted to get done because of how large it was and it just dominated my face being a petite woman. As you can see in the first 3 photos (on the left), he completely deformed my nose (see last 2 pictures for what my nose looked like before) beyond something unimaginable. My NOSE and NOSTRILS became crooked - pointing to the left, I developed a bulbous tip, and on top of that, my left nostril developed an arch (which I never had - see 2nd photo). I was devastated as soon as we took off the splint thinking I made the worst decision of my life. Dr. Lorenc (dare I even call him doctor because of the atrocious work he did) told me my nose would adjust in 6 months. I knew he was lying right off the back because how in the world was my nose just going to shift from left to center but I waited and waited. And lo and behold, my nose stayed exactly the same... as I expected. He said this "sometimes happens"... I am sorry, but this only happens because you can not do a rhinoplasty Mr. Lorenc. He then said he could do a revision for "free" but we would have to pay for the anesthesiologist and the operating room. I went under the knife again for a 2nd time in January 2013 (one year after my initial procedure). And shocker, my nose still looked the same when he took the splint off 6 days later. He actually had the AUDACITY to offer and redo my rhinoplasty for a THIRD time, if we paid the anesthesiologist and operating fee again. For a second I thought he was toying with my emotions because how many do-overs did he possibly need to get it right? You know the saying "how many men does it take to change a lightbulb?" Well this was the same concept, but for nose jobs. At this point I felt defeated and heartbroken thinking my nose was stuck like this forever. Lorenc never provided an apology, I never received any empathy nor any type of compensation for his atrocious work. But the story does have a happy ending because I found a doctor who specialized in rhinoplasty's and revisions and he performed an actual MIRACLE on my nose. And here's the kicker, he showed me a video of myself while I was in surgery of all this white scar tissue I had built up from Lorenc from my past 2 procedures, which is what caused me to have a bulbous tip. The first 3 photos (on the right) is what my nose looked like 6 days after the splint was taken off. It was still swollen, but WHAT AN IMMEDIATE DIFFERENCE!! When I tell people I had a nose job now, no one even notices because the new doctor did a phenomenal job. If I can give you any advice, it is to REALLY do your research before going to any doctor who will be performing any type of work, especially on your face, because Dr. Lorenc is NOT it ladies. His lousy work is not worth your time, sanity, money, or energy! read more

I had ThermiTight with Dr Lorenc in November. He melted the fat in my lower face (jowls) along my jawline and under my chin and tightened my skin at the same time. I'm in my early 40's and was starting to look really tired. The procedure was minimally invasive - he lifted my earlobes and made his incisions where no one will ever be able to see. I had a surgery with Dr. Lorenc in his California office in January. After the surgery I had some issues with pain and discomfort due to the surgery. His California office contacted his New York office with the info as well as the pictures showing them the outcome of the surgery. I paid over $15000.00 for 2 procedures with him. The breast procedure I had was a total fail. Nothing was fixed and I ended up looking exactly like I had prior to the surgery. But now having painful issues with it and looking like someone chopped me up. After seeing the California office they agreed that I needed a revision. I also had a second opinion and that surgeon too said that a revision was needed as well as a new implant ect since the other one is sitting almost in my armpit. I will spare you the awful pictures...... N.Y. office has refused to work with the California office in fixing the situation. I have called and emailed and asked to talk to Dr. Lorenc personally. That has not happened. I was told by his office manager Lorriane in New York that it wasn't there problem and if I wanted it fixed they would be happy to fix it if I fly to N.Y. and pay for it...... $15000.000 and that's what kind of service you get? Being the fact that I am in pain and haven't been able to wear an underwire bra since January I think something should be done? Its morally and ethically not ok to not address these issues. The California office has made every effort as well as myself to try and fix this problem.
