Title: Poor Botox Injection On December 3, 2025, I went to Dr. Connie Yang for Botox on my jawline. In my experience, Dr. Connie Yang demonstrated very poor skill in administering Botox. I clearly told her medical assistant that I did not want Botox injected into my chin because I naturally have a beautiful, sharp pointed chin. However, Botox was still injected into my chin. Due to Dr. Connie Yang's poor injection skill, my chin developed wrinkling and a shortened appearance, and my face became sagging. This problem has persisted for over three months. I regret choosing Dr. Connie Yang, who appears to be relatively new in practice. The outcome of this procedure has been very distressing and has significantly affected the appearance of my chin. After her poor Botox injections on my chin and jawline, my chin now looks shorter and unattractive, which was not the case before the treatment. I now need to consult a plastic surgeon to try to correct the damage to my chin. I saw Dr. Frank a while back to help me with a minor problem and little did I know at the time it would be the biggest regret of my life! What I found out later is that Dr. Frank performed the completely wrong procedure on me for my condition and it caused such extensive damage to my face that I did not recognize myself in the mirror after all the the swelling went down. When I reached out to Dr. Frank about my concerns he was verbally abusive and treated me in a totally disrespectful and dismissive manner. He did not care in the slightest that he had just permanently ruined his patients face and instead of trying to help me he tried to feed me any lie or excuse that he could come up with to try and cover up for himself. This guy is not like any other honest and ethical doctor you've had in the past that want to help their patients and do the right thing. Dr. Frank is a slick used car salesman that will sell you any expensive treatment even if it is the wrong thing that could cause harm to you. This doctor does not care about you in the slightest and will do anything to keep the money rolling in to fund his expensive lifestyle. I have never encountered such a selfish and self-serving person in all of my life. The damage Paul Frank caused to my face is something I will have to live with for the rest of my life and causes me emotional pain and suffering everyday and even gives me nightmares frequently. I walked into his office as an attractive, outgoing and happy woman and walked out looking like a circus freak. I can tell you with absolute certainty that this is someone that doesn't care about you in the slightest and has no desire to help you with whatever problem you think you have. He wants your money plain and simple and all it takes is one single instance of trusting this guy to have to live with a deformed or disfigured face of body for the rest of your life. I left a review on Google and received a condescending and dismissive response from the owner so making it a point to post here as well. I went to see Dr Jarrod many almost 16+ years ago - for laser hair removal. He used the IPL laser on my darker skin which felt like being burnt with a blow torch. I screamed in pain and tried to push his hand away but he continued with the treatment saying "beauty is pain". And when I went to see him with the burns he was completely dismissive, refunded the cost of the treatment, gave me a cream for it - and made it clear it was my problem now. He also had the AUDACITY to say "but you should have less hair now". After burning my skin with scarring that is still present 16+ years later - so you can imagine the severity of the burns. And please note this is already documented since I filed a case with the NY small claims against Dr Jarrod for the pain and scarring he caused due to his negligence. Dr Jarrod sent his lawyer to argue to the court that it was not neglient to use IPL on my darker skin for hair removal and the pain and scarring I suffered as a result of his treatment was not life changing (since it was on my underarms) - and requested the case be dismissed. The judge requested me to present an expert testimony that the burns and scarring I suffered from his treatment was due to neglience. Since I was young at the time I did not want to invest in a lawyer or pay over $2,500 for an expert doctor's testimony. Hence, luckily for Dr Jarrod, he was never held accountable for his actions and was able to completely dismiss the pain from being burnt and permanent scarring he caused me with zero consequences - or remorse. It has absolutely IRRITATED me to read some articles recently with references to him acting as an expert on lasers and claiming that IPL should never be used on darker skin etc. Hence my decision to post this review. As a doctor - first take responsibility for your actions and error in judgement. Second - if you cause injury to a patient try to correct the issue instead of sending a lawyer to intimidate and dismiss the issue. What an amazing experience!!!! Five stars doesnt cut it! Dr. Frank is absolutely amazing and his staff too. I had a Bodytite Procedure done. Felt very comfortable the entire time. It was painless and very quick. My hubby picked me up after the procedure was done, at the Doctor's request (some patients feel a bit dizzy, i did not). To be honest, i felt so good, i could go back to work right after the procedure! The following day i felt a bit sore. If i had to compare, the pain was more like the muscle pain after a nice workout the day before (which i didnt mind at all). I was back to my regular day routine. This man is the most condescending, demeaning, judgemental Dr with an EGO that is as large as his pricing. If you want to feel awful about yourself& lose money at the same time, I would recommend Dr. Frank. If you don't care to have that feeling, stay home& call a different Dr. I came for a consultation for fillers, planning to have the treatment done the same day. I was a bit overwhelmed at the pricing, so I wanted to speak with the dr again to see what I could have done for $3500 (my budget) to improve aging (im only 38). The office manager came in 3 times during this wait to tell me it was best I just go home for the day, which upset me because I had just had all of my imperfections pointed out in order to be treated& was now being told to go home feeling awful about myself. This made me cry. When Dr.Frank finally came back in he said my "energy" wasn't "zen" enough for his practice& he was not at all comfortable doing my fillers or even speaking to me further... I was shocked. I was not loud, yelling, cursing, rude, any of the above. Just silently cried while alone. Never raised my voice once or displayed "non-zen" energy. Since I had paid the deposit and 80$ on an Uber round trip, I finally said as his back was turned leaving the room refusing to treat me, okay, I'll pay the full amount& overdraft my account, I'll apologize to your office manager for my "energy", I'll do whatever you need to just be treated today bc I really feel low& ugly right now. The last thing he said to me was that i was now psychologically not appropriate to be treated bc plastic surgery is not done for feeling "ugly"... insaid, I think we're just caught up on semantics, Dr. I mean that I want to improve my appearance... the things I find "ugly" I want to improve. He was already out the door& on to the next patient. I was stunned. I was then "walked out" as if I were volatile or a possible threat to the "zen" on my way out. I could not even take 1 minute to "re-group" from the experience bc they wanted the room empty. As I was being escorted out of the office (first experience in my lifetime of being escorted out of any establishment) I asked if I could quickly sit in the outside waiting room to order my Uber. I was told it was best not to do so. I left this office out so much money, zero treatment& have never felt worse about myself. I don't think being overwhelmed by a price quote is reason to throw someone out.. especially when they are willing to pay it, just found it to be higher than expected. I don't think it is appropriate for a plastic surgeon to be commenting on my mental health after a 4 min chat about fillers. I also don't think a patient should feel scared to say how they are feeling bc they may be deemed to have negative energy. The whole experience was awful.
