We had about 130-140 people. The guest all had a blast! There were many things that I liked about the place. First the venue was big and had parking. The place had a lot of natural light come through. This was a one stop place to plan events. I was able to relax and not worry about desserts, decor, tables, & linens. They all did that for me. I had an elephant theme baby shower. We had a bartender and security guard for the day. I was able to bring my own food, alcohol, and a taco guy. We booked SBL to do the entire lighting for our wedding at South Park Center in DTLA and we could not be happier with their work! Right off the bat, we could tell Angel has a passion for lighting and that he genuinely loves what he does. He doesn't just throw up the lights and walk away. He personally controls the lights throughout the entire event to create a unique light show that dynamically reacts to the moment -- think of him as a professional DJ for lighting. We've talked to a lot of lighting vendors but have not seen anyone else offer anything like it. From the initial meeting, through signing the contract, to the actual event and all the way until takedown, Angel has been nothing but extremely professional. He even personally took the initiative to overcome some crucial last minute logistical hurdles we encountered with the venue, which saved us a ton of headaches during the week of the big day. In terms of equipment, we booked 4 intelligent moving heads on 5ft light-up trusses for the main dancefloor, along with 24 LED up-lights for the rest of the event space per Angel's recommendation. During reception at sunset, 2 heads acted as spotlights while the others projected an elegant spinning pattern on the ceiling. Once the sun went down and the dance floor opened up, we were completely blown away by how all the lights worked together to transform the venue into a high-end nightclub in the sky. We were especially impressed by how the lights came alive under Angel's control - from the way they aptly adapted to various activities of the evening, to how they reacted dynamically to the changing beat of the music to create an electrifying atmosphere. It's impossible to describe how good the lights looked, so I've uploaded a few videos of them in action - hopefully they show up. Similar to another reviewer, we were initially going to cheap out on lights, but we are so glad we listened to Angel and booked the equipment he recommended. It was easily one of the best decisions we've made for the wedding. I'm honestly shocked that SBL isn't fully booked 6 months out because they are such a hidden gem for their caliber of work for what they're charging. Many other lighting vendors quoted us 1.5-2x for similar packages, and I doubt they could've done it better. Lastly, thank you again to Angel at SBL for helping make our dream wedding become a reality! If you're still reading this, better book them ASAP because they're only going to get busier and more expensive!

We used vibrant vibes party planning for our daughter first birthday. It was Alice in Wonderland…read morethemed and they did an excellent job from start to finish!! Jasmine made the most Incredible ballon arch that was perfectly on theme and just gorgeous and huge!! They also catered the food for us and we had over 125 guests. They did an amazing job and also did the food to fit our theme so everything was presented tea party style. So we had mini sandwiches and charcuterie and treats that were exactly what we were looking for. They also decorated it all so cute and nicely and made little menus for each item showing the ingredients that were also Alice themed. They had a tent and chairs guy come the day before so everything was set up in advance with the tent which we were so grateful as it gave us time to prep the space. They also arranged for a bounce house to come the morning of and they got us a cute castle one that went with our theme perfectly too!
