We were in the area and came across this restaurant on Yelp and figured we would stop in for dinner. The restaurant is located in a store front. There is one large 6 person low table, four 4 person low tables and two 2 person low tables. There are two bathrooms (one for men and one for woman) When we were seated they gave us menus and water in glasses. We ordered and shared a large Wonton Soup and the Pad Thai w/ Tofu It is 30 degrees outside and you feel a blast of cold air everytime the door opens, they have double doors... wish customers knew how to use them to keep the extreme cold outside. The Pad Thai came with a slice of lime and it really freshened up the soup and Pad Thai! So glad they included it! The food was great! Served hot and very well seasoned. The tofu was also perfectly cooked. I.enjoyed the chicken in the wonton soup too. If your in the area I highly recommend dining here. I don't think I would come here if it is too cold outside. We got here around 6:30 and the by the time we left the restaurant was full. They also had at least 5 people came in to pickup to go orders. read more

My wife and I stopped into Zaab Thai today for lunch. This is a cozy little place that just opened up a few weeks ago. The lunchtime rush was on and there were only 1 or 2 tables left. Right as we walked in there was a table of 5 or 6 Buddhist monks enjoying their lunch. I said to my wife, "Ooh boy, this is gonna be great!" And it certainly was. The staff is very nice, polite, and downright friendly. Heck, the chef even came out to greet us. What a wonderful smile he has! I've attached his picture. Am I right or am I right? Their menu has a lot of options and it was really difficult to choose, so we over-ordered, knowing full well that we were bringing some great Thai food home. We ordered crab rangoon and egg rolls as an appetizer, followed up with roast BBQ pork and Basil Duck as our main entrees and a sampling of their homemade ice cream which was in two flavors, durian and coconut. Everything was perfectly done, fresh and delicious. The flavor of the real crab came through in the Rangoon. The egg rolls were densely packed and crunchy. The roast BBQ pork served over rice had a great flavor and the star of the show, the basil duck blew me away! Just when I couldn't think of eating another bite, our lovely and sweet server offered us their handmade ice cream. So light and creamy, yet so flavorful, the ice cream was a perfect ending as it cleaned up our pallets beautifully. I can't wait to get back. Please, get over there and enjoy! read more

We continue to return to this hidden gem Thai restaurant. We try new dishes and have never been disappointed. They use the freshest ingredients. Today we had Crab Curry Noodles (a creamy dish with fresh lump crab with sweet noodles, what a great flavor!) Deep fried ground catfish topped with red onion, roasted peanuts and a homemade house sauce. Incredible. Mixed vegetables with bbq pork with another homemade house sauce. Simply delicious. Ordered their special pork leg, very disappointed that the pork has stinky pork taste, probably skipped the step of water blanch with wine and ginger, and the portion is too small for a $15+ dish. The crab fried rice, also another $15+ dish, is a normal fried rice added a few crab crumbs, and very oily. The spring roll wrap with cream cheese and avocado, didn't wrap properly and things inside scattered everywhere once picked up. The egg rolls are not bad though. Coconut shrimp soup is ok, but the shrimps are all overcooked. Believe me, I really tried to give you more stars. read more
