    Cashew Shrimp-only 4 shrimp :(
    Jessica G.

Ordered Cashew Shrimp (upcharge) and as tasty as it was I won't be ordering again with only 4 shrimp. I don't know what an acceptable amount of shrimp would be, but it's not 4. This would not fill up an adult's an entree. I'd say at a minimum 6 but probably 8 for the price. Ground Chicken Basil Leaves is delicious but VERY spicy and it doesn't even mention spicy in description (there are ground chili peppers so a kick was expected).

On Google, it does say they open at 12pm on Sunday. But it turned out the opening hour is at 11:30am, as on other weekdays. It looks like a sweet "mom and pop" style restaurant. They have a cute garden and little tables outside and inside. The lady in the entrance was friendly. Our orders: Drink Ramune soda Thai iced coffee Entree Green curry (rice dish) Pad Lard Nar (wide noodle dish) Ramune was refreshing, I liked the plain one. Thai iced coffee - 5 stars It looks a little cheap in the plastic cup, but the coffee itself had a really strong and bitter punch! Also sweetness and thick cream balance the flavor really well. I loved it. Very refreshing drink in early afternoon. Green curry - 5 stars I have carried a craving for Thai green curry for a few months. This order absolutely satisfied my expectation. It was not super spicy. First, it felt very gentle, but the herbs and coconut flavor piled up as I went on. Especially fresh Thai basil and mint leaves randomly show up in my mouth, which pleasantly surprised me. And the best part of this dish was eggplant. It melt in your mouth like very-well-cooked pork, and changed the flavor mixing with the sauce. Pad Lard Nar - 5 stars I have never had or heard of this name before. But this ended up being the meal of the day! They used thick sticky rice noodles. I think they deep-fried (maybe stir fried in high temperature oil?) the noodle then put them into their special sauce. So that created crunchy texture outside and soft inside. A lot of vegetables inside too. We tried vegetarian style this time, but you can choose a protein for texture too. Very much recommended! So my total experience here was 5 stars. If you wanna try some Thai dishes which are not too spicy. You can find great products with various flavors here!

The owner/staff there are always really friendly! The food comes out piping hot and they never skimp on your dish. I come here with my sister almost once every week cause their pad thai is so good, great in both spicy and regular. I've also had their crab meat fried rice and I give it a 9/10!! I've been eating at thai town for a few months and I keep coming back. I highly highly recommend their pad thai!

Zaab House Noodle Beef (6/10) - was different. Not my favorite but it was unique! Had to get bc it was the 'Zaab house'! Pad sew Chicken (8/10) - Standard fare. Good. Mainly got it for the kids. Mixed reviews by kids using collard greens instead of the familiar brocolli. Pad ped Catfish (fried) (7/10) - Not what we expected. Good but portion was too small. Also a note for all, this is Thai eggplant, not the purple one you might expect. Fine with us, but just an fyi. Shrimp Roll (5/10) - It was good, but was so small. Description said stuffed with bunch of stuff... but it was basically shrimp wrapped in eggroll wrap. Green Curry Tofu (8/10) - positive was there was a lot of tofu in there! Pad Thai Beef (10/10) - star of the night. You make it the way I like it. Wet, saucy, flavorful. Yes please. Glad to see you are doing well. Can always use more Asian food around here! May not order some of these again but with your big menu, happy to try out more in the future!

This spot is not much for ambience inside or outside but on the day of my visit they had brisk takeout and the dining room was packed...real quick. I'm sure a lot of folks go here for the Chinese menu items but I was there for the Lao goodies! They did not disappoint! We had the fried meat balls; a mixed app plate with chicken wings, Lao sausage, and beef jerky; lap beef; and a healthy serving of sticky rice (ok maybe we had 2 to sop up the lap beef). Flavors were on point. Medium spice had us excited and rolling at the same time as it got spicier throughout the meal for the lap...but it was so good! I can't wait to go back and try more! Service was friendly and attentive. Parking was easy since they have their own lot.

Time for an updated review, as I've since started eating meat again!…read more My sister and I popped into Pho 95 to satiate a pho craving on a crisp mid-December day, and it did not disappoint! There was just one waitstaff member that was taking care of all the folks that were dining (there were about 6-7 parties, including us) so it took a few minutes to put our order in, since he was busy taking other orders and bring out entrees to other diners. With that being said, if you're looking for a "supremely quick service" kind of spot, this might not be your go-to. After those few minutes had past, we'd put in our order for the crispy egg rolls, spring rolls, the grilled pork banh mi, and two orders of pho: the Pho 95 Special for me and the Steak & Fatty Brisket pho for my sister. We waited a handful of minutes for our apps and our pho (this was quick!) then we got to digging in. The egg rolls had a perfect CRISP exterior and a flavorful interior. The spring rolls were delightful and fresh (however, I prefer them without the thin sheets of pork), and our pho - after dressing it up with the accoutrements) was hot and delicious! Honestly, the Pho 95 Special wasn't for me, as I realized that I'm not attuned to or prefer the tendon or tripe. The rest of the meats were delicious though and I'll definitely order the Steak & Fatty Brisket Pho - since my sister loved it! I also didn't favor the pork banh mi. I just couldn't get behind the smokey flavor and didn't enjoy the seasoning. Perhaps pork just isn't my kind of protein. I will add, my sister did enjoy the banh mi, so it's certainly subjective! I'd be curious to try their other banh mi's in the future. Overall, Pho 95 was a great spot to visit and I recommend it to all locals in the area looking to satisfy their pho cravings!
