    Thai Sukiyaki Beef/Shrimp
    nate c.

Was in the mood for something with glass noodles so I gave this place a shot. I ordered the Thai Sukiyaki with beef, shrimp & extra noodles. The price was a hefty $27, but it was enough for 2 meals. Most of the restaurants in this area are all on the pricy side, so I get that. Great flavor, perfectly cooked noodles. Very tender beef. I ordered 4 star spicy, had the right amount of heat to it. Recommend.

I come here specifically for the Khao Soi, a coconut curry noodle soup. I get it 4/5 stars spicy with chicken which is a tasty boneless skinless thigh. Highly recommend! Service is always fast and friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside is decorated super charming and colorful, they've made it feel very comfortable and welcoming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    Crab fried rice

Excellent from start to finish. Chicken strips and crab Rangoon to start and they were both well cooked and flavorful. The Crab Rangoon actually has crab and isn't just stuffed with crèam cheese. We've been here multiple times and the standouts for us have been crab fried rice and the beef noodle soup. Both were generous and, more importantly, delicious. It is great to have a great option like this for locals, and is worth a stop even if you are passing through.

This is Franklin Falls back to Seattle on the road, in the middle of North bend stayed a night, [[HIGHLIGHT]]the neighborhood randomly find a Thai food, very family style![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's cute and tasty, and the price is good ~ mainly surrounded by pizza and fried chicken or American/Greek food haha haha rare to find an Asian-oriented, overall not bad!

Pad Thai & Green Curry with Broccoli with was our meal, excellent flavor and just the right spice for both. Friendly greeting and fast service. My compliments to the cook. Also the Fresh rolls and peanut sauce were were tasty. I may not know what authentic is but I know I liked this meal.

There were 4 pieces total. These are caked in a weird sauce and cold :(

Disappointing Experience - Rude Service & Poor Quality This was my second time visiting, and after tonight's experience, I don't think I'll be back. The service was shockingly rude, and the food quality was disappointing. When I arrived, there were two tables occupied. A man who had just gotten up in front of me to order was told to sit back down and that they'd take his order at his table--he seemed visibly frustrated. I then approached the counter to pick up my order, gave my name, and was handed a bag along with a half-full cup of Thai pink milk. When I asked about the drink, the girl at the counter curtly told me it was because I ordered no ice. I explained that I requested no ice so it wouldn't get watered down with wait time- travel time but I still was hoping for a full drink. She dismissively said, "Oh well." I even offered to pay extra to have it filled properly, but she refused. Next, we had ordered a special that included bananas and vanilla ice cream, but requested coconut ice cream instead. She immediately told me they don't allow substitutions. I said I'd be happy to pay extra, but she still refused. I then pointed out that they should have called me before preparing the order so I could have removed it. In response, she rolled her eyes and walked away. When she returned, she replaced the full ice cream container with one that barely had a single scoop--far less than what I had originally been given. The food itself was also disappointing. The chicken satay was drenched in an excessive amount of sauce, making it nearly inedible--we had to wipe it off just to eat it. Even worse, it was ice cold despite us picking it up immediately at the designated time and eating in the car. The soup, priced at $8.50, was shockingly small for the cost, and I wish they had been more transparent about portion sizes on their website. The tofu fresh rolls were the only redeeming item, and ironically, they were warmer than the chicken satay. To top it all off, when I got home, I noticed they had recharged my bill without notifying me, adding extra charges for sides of peanut sauce I never even ordered. It's completely unacceptable to alter a bill without informing the customer. I had planned to leave a $10 cash tip for the to-go order, but after such rude service and unexpected charges, I decided against it. Frankly, I'm glad I didn't leave a tip given how poorly everything was handled. This place has potential, but with rude staff, stingy portions, and unauthorized charges, I won't be returning.

    Mango Rice

I had the panang curry and it was so good! Not too spicy and with the right amount of coconut. Delightful! And for dessert I tried their mango rice. To die for. Can't wait to go back next time I am in Washington!

    Khan Soi

I ordered Khao Soi, 3 spicy. It came less than 10 min after ordering and is DELICIOUS! This is seriously the best Thai soup I have eaten! You will NOT be disappointed! Yes the service is great, atmosphere wonderful, BUT good gracious the soup is good!

New and yummy addition to the North Bend restaurants list

There was a period when they did some remodeling--maybe it coincided with a change in ownership?--and since then the quality has dipped slightly, but not enough for us to stop going. * The pho is good, clean, and fresh. I always order a large now because the portions seem a bit smaller, and unfortunately the broth is more watered down compared to before. There were even a couple of times when the soup tasted completely off--they probably ran out and had to make a rushed batch, and it definitely tasted like it. After two bad experiences in a row, I stopped going for a little while, but recently returned and it was back to normal (though still more diluted than it used to be). * The pork banh mi is one of the best we've had. * We occasionally order vermicelli or rice dishes, but the amount of meat is pretty small. * Their egg rolls and spring rolls are perfect! Just always double-check your order to make sure you get peanut sauce instead of fish sauce for the spring rolls.

Very generous with the portion size for the price. I absolutely love the flavor of my noodles. They must've used some type of chili crisp to cook up with the noodles, which gave it a delicious spice and a bit of a crispness to it. For the value, you get a lot of food and it is very flavorful. I haven't dined in before, but it seems like a nice ambiance. We received a few gift cards which I've seen at Costco for 20% off. Tried the following dishes so far. Pad See Ew (2.5): Most of the time we get it with chicken, but you can get it with beef, shrimp or tofu as well. Since this most resembled Chow Fun, this is our family's staple. The kids just love the fat noodles. Bai Tongs version is just okay. All the ingredients and flavor is okay, there's just nothing special about it. Noodles are chopped up and short, chicken was somewhat flavorless and dry, just nothing really memorable about this. Pineapple Fried Rice (2.5): Similarly, their fried rice doesn't really seem fried. Colored with soy sauce, there's no real crunchy bits or anything that make you want more. Found a few pineapples in there, but again, nothing special. Pad Thai (2.5): There should be a delicate balance between savory, sweet, and spicy if this dish is done correctly. Both times we've tried it here it was either too sweet or just not enough umami. Disappointing since this is a Thai staple. Spring Rolls (3): Generally you can't go wrong with fried stuff, but theirs didn't have many elements that made it special. Sure, dip it in sauce, but I'm not really gonna review a sweet chili or sweet and sour sauce. Beef Panang Curry (4): This dish really saved this place for me. I've never had panang at a place that can really turn on the spice so I got this one at their highest rating and it had a good kick. Just enough for it to pass my flavor test. I actually enjoyed this! The beef was tender and flavorful. They used some sort of brisket or really slow cooked it for a long time cause it was in nice larger chunks and very soft. The curry had good flavor as well. This one disappeared quickly. Overall, we've been here a few times to use up our gift cards. Every time, they consistently miss the mark in terms of food quality. I may come back for more panang curry, but this will probably be lower on our list of options at this price point.
