    Thai Sukiyaki Beef/Shrimp
    nate c.

Was in the mood for something with glass noodles so I gave this place a shot. I ordered the Thai Sukiyaki with beef, shrimp & extra noodles. The price was a hefty $27, but it was enough for 2 meals. Most of the restaurants in this area are all on the pricy side, so I get that. Great flavor, perfectly cooked noodles. Very tender beef. I ordered 4 star spicy, had the right amount of heat to it. Recommend.

I come here specifically for the Khao Soi, a coconut curry noodle soup. I get it 4/5 stars spicy with chicken which is a tasty boneless skinless thigh. Highly recommend! Service is always fast and friendly. Inside is decorated super charming and colorful, they've made it feel very comfortable and welcoming.

    Crab fried rice

Excellent from start to finish. Chicken strips and crab Rangoon to start and they were both well cooked and flavorful. The Crab Rangoon actually has crab and isn't just stuffed with crèam cheese. We've been here multiple times and the standouts for us have been crab fried rice and the beef noodle soup. Both were generous and, more importantly, delicious. It is great to have a great option like this for locals, and is worth a stop even if you are passing through.

This is Franklin Falls back to Seattle on the road, in the middle of North bend stayed a night, the neighborhood randomly find a Thai food, very family style! It's cute and tasty, and the price is good ~ mainly surrounded by pizza and fried chicken or American/Greek food haha haha rare to find an Asian-oriented, overall not bad!

Pad Thai & Green Curry with Broccoli with was our meal, excellent flavor and just the right spice for both. Friendly greeting and fast service. My compliments to the cook. Also the Fresh rolls and peanut sauce were were tasty. I may not know what authentic is but I know I liked this meal.

There were 4 pieces total. These are caked in a weird sauce and cold :(

Disappointing Experience - Rude Service & Poor Quality This was my second time visiting, and after tonight's experience, I don't think I'll be back. The service was shockingly rude, and the food quality was disappointing. When I arrived, there were two tables occupied. A man who had just gotten up in front of me to order was told to sit back down and that they'd take his order at his table--he seemed visibly frustrated. I then approached the counter to pick up my order, gave my name, and was handed a bag along with a half-full cup of Thai pink milk. When I asked about the drink, the girl at the counter curtly told me it was because I ordered no ice. I explained that I requested no ice so it wouldn't get watered down with wait time- travel time but I still was hoping for a full drink. She dismissively said, "Oh well." I even offered to pay extra to have it filled properly, but she refused. Next, we had ordered a special that included bananas and vanilla ice cream, but requested coconut ice cream instead. She immediately told me they don't allow substitutions. I said I'd be happy to pay extra, but she still refused. I then pointed out that they should have called me before preparing the order so I could have removed it. In response, she rolled her eyes and walked away. When she returned, she replaced the full ice cream container with one that barely had a single scoop--far less than what I had originally been given. The food itself was also disappointing. The chicken satay was drenched in an excessive amount of sauce, making it nearly inedible--we had to wipe it off just to eat it. Even worse, it was ice cold despite us picking it up immediately at the designated time and eating in the car. The soup, priced at $8.50, was shockingly small for the cost, and I wish they had been more transparent about portion sizes on their website. The tofu fresh rolls were the only redeeming item, and ironically, they were warmer than the chicken satay. To top it all off, when I got home, I noticed they had recharged my bill without notifying me, adding extra charges for sides of peanut sauce I never even ordered. It's completely unacceptable to alter a bill without informing the customer. I had planned to leave a $10 cash tip for the to-go order, but after such rude service and unexpected charges, I decided against it. Frankly, I'm glad I didn't leave a tip given how poorly everything was handled. This place has potential, but with rude staff, stingy portions, and unauthorized charges, I won't be returning.

I've been coming here for years since I was 15 or so. Don't be shy, order anything from them,…read moreeverything is high quality, noodles and fried rice are wok fried and delicious, service is quick (they will let you know how long it is and their time claims are accurate). The ambiance varies, usually there are people in around 12pm to 2am, and the TV is seemingly randomly on or off. They have multiple TVs, sometimes one is playing cartoons, another might be playing Thai street cooking videos, though often most of the time they're all off. Whether you are sitting down for a meal or ordering take out from their app (great app by the way, never had any problem with it), there's always something on the menu that can strike your fancy. I've ordered the majority of their fried rice at some point or another before, along with their majority of their noodles, and the spice is even toned down compared to the Thai restaurant at the front of Bellevue mall. This is because Sno Thai's scale goes from 1-10 while Bellevue Mall's Thai place goes from 1-5. 3 is a comfortable amount of heat here, 5 is slightly challenging. Unfortunately I've never asked if they offer spice levels between 5-10, as 5 jumps to 10 at Sno Thai. That's really the only criticism I have of them, though also their new-ish fried chicken dishes have too much bone and not enough meat. The food itself is what it says it is and as an enjoyer of Thai food, it's definitely authentic for an American Thai restaurant. The portions are reasonable too, slightly more than enough to make you full but not exceedingly generous to the point that it's too much. The prices are average for Washington state, around 20 dollars for an entree and 30 to 40 after tax if you order a combo pack (their app and machine in store offer combo deal meals, which are the most efficient cost wise to have both a speciality drink and an appetizer with your entree). Nowadays I go at least once or twice a week minimum, I sometimes order something new, and they've always exceeded expectations. They treat regular customers very well and I'd even claim this is the restaurant with the best variance on their menu around here. If you're stopping by Snoqualmie definitely try this restaurant!

I recently enjoyed a happy hour at the Redmond location, with an excellent dish of Pad Thai with a very dense sauce that most other Thai restaurants in the area would do well to emulate. This was followed by a full dinner at the Issaquah Highlands location. The selection and quality of food were on par with the best local Thai restaurants, and the hardbound menus with photos of all the offerings are a particularly nice touch. Another very nice and professional touch was that the waitress who took our order repeated the order so that we could confirm it was exactly right. If you like spicy food, don't hesitate to be aggressive with the spice numbers, or to ask for a side of hot sauce. I could easily have lived with more than the three out of five stars that I ordered, but now I know for next time. I am very enthusiastic about this enterprise and wish I could express my unqualified approval. Unfortunately, there was one thing that prevented me from giving five stars, and that is that most of the food was flat out cold. I do not know what the solution is, but it is an issue that we have not encountered at other Thai restaurants, so we know it can be managed. Perhaps it would be with less aggressive air conditioning, serving dishware that better retains the heat, or something else. It was exacerbated by the way everything we ordered was brought out pretty much all at once. This should not have happened. The entrees should not have been brought out until we were finished with the appetizers. They would have tasted so much better if they had been hot enough. I addressed this issue with one of the wait staff and was given some kind of explanation having to do with heat lamps in connection with the food needing to be all ready at once. This is not acceptable. I sincerely hope that the restaurant will address this issue. We took most of our food home for later consumption, and of course it won't be a problem when we can heat it at home ourselves, but it had me less enthusiastic than I wanted to be about returning for on site dining. In sum, very, very good, but it could have been excellent. Please watch the timing of serving sequences and ensure that the dishes are hot before they are brought to the table. I hope to be able to revise my review to give five stars next time!
