I happened upon Zach and his company after essentially giving up on finding someone to fix my pool heater that had been broken for more than two months. I not only asked him about replacing my leaking tank but I also asked about converting my system to a salt system. He explained everything to me and gave me a very fair price. Claimed he has over 500 accounts in mission Viejo alone and could not complete the job as promised for the amt he quoted as there was still dirt in the pool after draining. Tried to ask him questions and he giggled like a 10 yr old boy and talked over me constantly. Extremely disrespectful. Nothing g more than a pool boy.
