I've only shopped here a few times getting the Zagg Invisible Shield put on my iPhone 5s and my mothers & fathers iPhone's as well. The guys who work at the Zagg Kiosk are very nice and friendly. They have many different selections of cases and protection screens for your phones depends on what they have in stock at that current time and day. I've never had a problem with my iPhone 5s glass screen protection Zagg's newest screen protector for the iPhone 5s it looks really great and excellent quality. This is one of those reviews I was mixed on. I have been a Zagg customer for years, having put one on my last couple of phones. I also have a cover on my current and previous Apple Watch. The covers are great! Yes, they are more expensive than other brands on the market, but the service and replacement usually make up for the higher cost. I just recently relocated to the Tampa area, and the cover on my Apple watch was cracked. While this location is not really close to me, it is only one in the area and I headed over for a replacement. I have found from experience that for a few dollars, it is worth it to have the tech put it on. This ensures a proper install of the cover with no bubbles or other problems. Walking up to the counter, I told the tech that I needed to replace my cover on my Apple Watch. He went to check, then came back and said they were out of stock of the Series 3 covers... yea, I know that the series APP 101 Current Score and Update is what is used, was just surprised he was not aware of this. I told him that they use the series APP 101 Current Score and Update and he came back to the counter and told me it would be $29. I again shared this was a warranty replacement. To my surprise, I was told there is a $10 installation fee. Have been to other Zagg kiosks and was always $6; seemed a bit steep for what is about 4 minutes of labor. Nonetheless, I agreed and waited for the install. Another tech came back to complete the install and was done in about 4 minutes. It then took about 10 minutes for the first tech to complete the transaction in the register. Overal, 5 stars for the cover - they are the best! However, 3 stars for the service; they could use some imporvements. read more

I just had a hard time with Verizon about a problem I was having with the invisible shield and the person who waited on me was very nice and helpful she gave me a number to call Zagg did things right and i will get a new shield Verizon on the other hand were not very helpful read more

Long time Zagg user. I put Zagg protective products on all of my electronics. I have always been happy with their products. I have also never had an issue claiming warranty either. I was in Brandon and decided to purchase the new Series 3 Apple Watch to replace my Series 1. It was a gift from my soon to be ex wife the year they came out. That explains why I am replacing a perfectly good watch. I purchased it from Best Buy. Unfortunately, they did not have the glass protector in stock. The salesman was kind enough to tell me that there is a Zagg Kiosk in the mall. So I head over to the kiosk and this is where the experience goes south. Nobody working the kiosk. I call the number online and it rings the counter. I call a number on a business card and it to rings the counter after a ring it two. Normally no big deal, but both phones were on the desk and the voice mail was full. I waited approximately 15-20 minutes for the person to come back to the kiosk. I great him as he walks up with a "I don't want to be here" look on on his face. He starts the conversation with some remark about being alive in the stereotypical "millennial" attitude. I inform him of what I was looking for. He told me he had to check his stock and let me know that only Series 3 covers will work on that watch. I let him know that I am aware and let him know where they are located with in his set up. He then informed me of the price, which was fair. He then let me know that there is an installation charge for him to put it on. I asked the price and my jaw about hit the floor when he told me. To install the protector was 33% of the cost of the cover. Most places put the cover on at no charge, but apparently not he Zagg Kiosk. Normally $10 is no big deal for good service, but this young man had zero customer service skills. My review of this Company is that they have these young kids selling a product that they have no idea what they selling. Don't know who trained them but I just find out that they tell you anything to sell the item. I was told that the glass protector that sells for 60 some dollars was the best in the market and that the item was to be protected by any drop. Call Corporate and they were sorry that I was miss inform that the best they could do was to send me a 10.00 dollar replacement. This is sorry i said don't buy it from them you are just as good with the one that you will get at any other store. read more

My fiancé and I both hav Zagg shields on our iPhones. We paid the original price a long time ago and now whenever they get a scratch (due to our lovely pets) or keys its a very nominal fee to have it replaced. It only takes about 10-15 min and the staff there are always super nice! read more

This company is unethical, they charged my daughter a $ 10 fee to install a screen protector on her smart watch. The young man did not install it properly onto her smart watch. My daughter returned the screen protector , the the full amount was not returned. The young man behind the counter was unaware of who the Manager was nor did he show any concern of addressing this issue. After calling their corporate , their cooperate office did not acknowledge this location as one of their own , even though the phone number was on the receipt. this company has no integrity what so ever. I receive a refund my personal financial company. I will never purchase from this company again. read more
