She worked to find someone to assist me and resolve my issues in the meantime. She pointed out the features on a phone I was interested in and helped with an account issue I was having. Tony ended up helping me and he is an ALL STAR! He was so great! He took so much time and was able to help multiple customers at once without anyone feeling neglected. I can't say enough about how great they were and I am thankful for their professionalism, kindness, and patience. They are understaffed so results may vary when you go but they are also hiring so that's a plus too.

We signed in and were 18 out of 25 walk-ins and waited about 35 minutes to be helped. The person helping us said that he couldn't do anything for us and that we had to call customer service first. 15 minutes into being on hold with customer service, the person helping us walked away and made an announcement to the store that anyone returning equipment can just drop it off on the desk. I ended up asking if the announcement applied to us and our helper ended up saying yes, so we chose not to waste more of our time and left the store. The issue is that the process would've taken a significantly longer amount of time if I had not questioned the process that our Spectrum representative was suggesting. Our experience today made us feel like we were not important and that our time wasn't valued.

While they have a great selection of phones, some of the prices for phones are insane! They do have 24 months payment plans and they push them all day long. The staff member who assisted me was very helpful and explaining what options and pricing for all the different models of phones that are out there. I'm going to hold off and see if there's a deal coming up in the future because my trade in value of my particular phone is not that high It seems. Also found out that you get a better deal, depending on the plan you have and I have a grandfather plan in effect at the moment so I get the least amount of trade-in value I was told.
