We signed in and were 18 out of 25 walk-ins and waited about 35 minutes to be helped. The person helping us said that he couldn't do anything for us and that we had to call customer service first. 15 minutes into being on hold with customer service, the person helping us walked away and made an announcement to the store that anyone returning equipment can just drop it off on the desk. I ended up asking if the announcement applied to us and our helper ended up saying yes, so we chose not to waste more of our time and left the store. The issue is that the process would've taken a significantly longer amount of time if I had not questioned the process that our Spectrum representative was suggesting. Our experience today made us feel like we were not important and that our time wasn't valued.

Kai greeted us when we entered the store. He was with another customer at the time but after a couple of minutes, came over to help us. He was very informative, patient and professional. Kai made sure we understood the new changes we would experience with the phone, informed us about accessories we were interested in and made sure the new phone was set up properly. Because we had purchased the phone elsewhere, he knew he would not be able to receive commission on the sale. However, he treated us exceptionally well. Sam, the rep who assisted us, was kind enough to take my phone in the back (I wasn't able to hear my dad's voice yet) and make a copy of the voicemail on his phone so he could send it back to me in an email attachment that could be saved permanently with no risk of losing it.
