Usually I don't leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. I ordered a DJI Mavic 3S package that was supposed to include multiple batteries, a charger, and ND filters. The package itself arrived sealed and packed very well, and the drone and remote were both in perfect condition, so I honestly don't believe this was directly the company's fault. However, the order still arrived missing two batteries, the charger, and the ND filters that were supposed to be included. For a purchase at this price point, that's still pretty unacceptable. If I could give negative stars, I would. I purchased a Sony a6700 camera through Amazon from Beach Camera on March 8. The package was delivered March 11, but when I picked it up it was a thin envelope the size of a sheet of printer paper. The envelope was completely sealed, but when I opened it there was no camera inside. It would have been impossible to fit a brand new Sony a6700 camera in its box inside that envelope anyways. The only thing in the package was a random plastic "Extended Warranty" card with a barcode to register it, no receipt, no paperwork, nothing else. For a high-value purchase like a camera, this is completely unacceptable. After looking through other reviews online from Reddit and other online review platforms, I noticed several people reporting similar issues or receiving completely different items than what they ordered. A majority of their "positive" reviews are most likely botted and paid for (unreliable and fake). I tried calling them and messaging them privately, to no response and no answer over the phone. Returned this item 1 month ago after arguing that I want a return not a discount and have been getting the run around since. I did some digging and found out the item I dropped off in its original box to UPS was delivered to their facility in NJ and they claim the box is empty and no refund will be issued. WTF?! I was so happy to see a camera store locally in Edison NJ , and thought they will do camera repairs / sensor cleaning etc .. but they don't ! Not many companies around for sensor cleaning and wish beach camera had someone who could clean sensors . The location also had buydig - used devices . I actually liked some used electronic products and got some . Good price ! The guy was very helpful and helped with this purchase. Had the binoculars I purchased throughAmazon worked for me, I'd rate Beach Camera a comfortable 4 stars. The customer service is despicable. The IPD on the Nikon Trailblazers did not work for my very narrow face. Beach Camera asked if I'd keep them if they discounted the price. A less expensive pair was not going to fix the fact binocs did not fit my IPD. I said no thanks. I made arrangements to return them and did so correctly. 5 weeks after the return and refund, Beach Camera claims the binocs returned were not those they sent. They claim the serial numbers do not match and they weren't returned in original packaging (untrue, it was the exact same box they arrived in). Serial number issues aren't my problem, the company owns that. What, I'd go buy the exact same item somewhere else and then intentionally sent a bogus pair? Really? Why? Makes zero sense. My 69 year old self decided criminal activities were going to be my new thing as a shut in who just wants see the birds well so I decided to learn how to change a serial number? Stupid! To clarify, Beach Camera has possession of the binoculars. They most recently told me to send prepaid packaging so they could send the binocs to me and they plan to charge again. I did check into claims like this and it usually has to do with the inability of the company to square their inventory with their vendors or they're attempting to scam on small items hoping people don't fight them on it so they can get away with a few more $$$. So, in a nutshell, I DO NOT recommend Beach Camera. Go somewhere else. Better yet, find a local store and purchase in person. read more

Wow, I have just wrapped up a horrific experience with this company. My advice to potential buyers is "Run as fast as you can away from this company". They cheat, they lie and they deceive. I returned a TV to them on Sept 26, 2025. They refused to give me my money back and simply made excuses for more than 2 weeks. In the end they tried to say that the set was damaged in shipping, though they provided no evidence. The TV was in perfect condition when I shipped it. Given my discussions with this company, it would not surprise me if someone in their organization sabotaged the set, but I have no proof since I wasn't there on the loading dock. Just my feeling based on dealings with the company. Very BAD people! Sometimes you just get a gut feeling, right? I wish I would have read online reviews before I bought the set. We purchased a DJI Neo bundle and only recieved part of the order. After lengthy attemps to make it right by emailing and calling direct, we were brushed off and told management would investigate it. I had a terrible experience with Beach Camera and would strongly advise others to avoid them. I ordered a monitor from their website (Order #BC100036880). The package was supposedly delivered by Amazon Logistics, but the GPS tracking clearly showed it went to a different house. I never received it. I contacted Beach Camera and provided proof, including the GPS screenshot on the tracking page showing it was left at the wrong location. Instead of helping, they completely deferred responsibility to Amazon, claiming the delivery was "close enough" and that they couldn't do anything--even though it was their responsibility to ensure the package was delivered to the correct address. They made no real effort to make it right. Their customer service team acknowledged the issue but told me to file a dispute with my credit card company rather than issue a refund. I had to write in to question what was up because it showed getting ready for shipment for days. No one even contacted me to say was out of stock and not shipped. They can not tell me when it will be in stock. It has been two days now to tell me that. In last letter i asked who charges the card when out of stock and can not ship. I do not know anyone who does that. If they can not get it out the door they need to refund the charge plus a credit for lousy service. This is very bad. If it is now in stock no one has told me. I purchased a 'renewed' DJI FPV drone from Beach Camera via Amazon. Upon receipt, the DJI Goggles' battery was not functional, so I initiated a return. The return request was approved, so I packaged the equipment I received and shipped it back. They are now claiming that the equipment that I returned does not match their inventory, despite being the same equipment that they shipped me. They're only giving me the option to pay for a shipping label to ship the equipment back to me. I received a product in defective condition, attempted to return it, and they are claiming that it's not the equipment they shipped me. Update: Beach Camera replies to my reviews with their generic response on all review sites, advising me to reach out to the nclaudio email. I've done so on 3 separate occasions and have received no response. They've had my return since it was delivered to them by UPS on April 1. It is now May 4th. In the past month, I have called Beach Camera directly numerous times and have been told each time that a representative/manager would reach out. I have not heard a word. They are scammers and do not care about correcting their own mistakes. I have had to resort to initiating a dispute on my credit card as they're trying to keep the product that I returned (which they approved) AND my money. Please consider the information below before purchasing from this vendor... Their online reviews are manipulated to remove damaging reviews in exchange for money. I ordered through Amazon a Ninja CFP307 DualBrew Pro coffee maker, but received a CFP301. The Permanent Filter Basket ($25.18 including tax & S/H) was missing. Also, the Removable Brew Basket (another $25.18 including tax & S/H) was slightly broken, though that may have happened during transit, not sure. I attempted unsuccessfully to superglue the broken part together, so I had to replace it. I also purchased a replacement permanent filter basket. I contacted the seller about these issues and was offered a $50+tax refund, which I accepted. However, before the refund was processed, I was contacted by a representative of Beach Camera named Charlie S via phone. I didn't answer the unrecognized number, so he left a voicemail suggesting I call him back on a different number, which I did later that same day. I got a recorded greeting asking me to text him with my name and the Amazon Order #, which I did. I also gave a summary of the issue and the current status, indicating I was content with the refund offered and would consider the matter closed once that was received... But Charlie had a different motive. He asked me if I would remove my Amazon review in exchange for a full refund of the purchase price. I was disgusted & offended at this and made it known to him. He tried to rephrase his offer and insisted that wasn't what he meant, but I called him on his bullshit because that's exactly what he meant and was trying to do. Read the attached screenshots of the entire conversation and decide for yourself. I advised him that I would be notifying Amazon of this violation of their policies and that if it were possible to update my review on Amazon, I certainly would do so, but not in the way he wanted. Sadly, there is no way to update an Amazon review, only to delete it, and once it's deleted, you cannot add another seller review for the same transaction. Here's the exact phrasing of the policy displayed on the review delete confirmation dialog: "Please note: If you remove your feedback, you will not be able to submit any other feedback related to this order. In addition, your current rating and comments will no longer be included in the seller's feedback history or visible to other customers."
