Jordan sold the business from what was told to me by this new person that claims that she is the manager. This lady is always at either kiosk when I go in! It's like bad luck no kidding!!! I have been going for a few years and was only satisfied until this new manager start service my phone. She messed up putting on my iPhone 6plus four different times. I even told her "no disrespect, but you have been doing a horrific job installing my screen protector" Sooooo disappointed and every time I switch from the Tucson mall location then here she is at the park mall!!! She messed up installing the screen protector also on my iPad mini and not once but 4 different times on my phone. I'm a decades long user of Zagg screen protectors and up until February 2018 I was extremely satisfied with the protectors I've purchased directly from Zagg or from the Park Place Zagg branded kiosk. In February of 2018 I purchased a Sapphire Defense screen protector for my iPhone X and paid for the installation at the Park Place kiosk as I always do when I upgrade my phone each year. Unfortunately, the install resulted in a large fiber being trapped between the glass and my screen. I somehow didn't understand the time limit to go back for a free reinstall and when i showed up within a 2 week time period I was told that a free install wasn't possible and that they'd have to charge me another 10+ dollars for the install. Having just spent $50 + tax + install on the new protector I didn't think it was fair to spend another 10 dollars for a re-install. Regardless, I called support, and they explained that they aren't able to ensure the quality of customer support at the Park Place kiosk however they did send me a new protector. Well, since I didn't want to pay the $10 for yet another install, I did it myself and now i have an even bigger piece of lint between the glass and the screen. From reading other reviews it seems like this business was recently sold to a new owner which would explain the overall decline in service. I wouldn't recommend going to this kiosk for a new screen protector install and instead would suggest going to a Best Buy or other electronics outlet and purchase a screen protector from them that they can install for you. We'll see if I use another Zagg brand screen protector in the future. read more

Honestly, decent product. A little pricey but it is what it is. The life time warranty is pretty nice and being able to swap it for a new one when you crack yours is great. BUT OH MY GOD is the service terrible. I mean god awful, the woman that's always there has the absolute WORST attitude. It's like your existence bothers her, literally she is ALWAYS mad/annoyed. Like okay I get it customer service jobs SUCK, I should know I work at a big box retailer but like COME ON, you literally make me the consumer feel horrible for even asking to replace my screen protector. I dropped my phone in the sand where I work and the y corner of the screen protector got sand under it and started lifting up. I took it to Best Buy where I had purchased it and they told me it was a Zagg and to take it to the kiosk at Park Place Mall. I took it to them and they replaced it for only $10.00! The next day I noticed there were miniscule bits of sand between the screen protector and the phone. Today I took it back and Brittany replaced it for free and started my seven day replacement over! It looks awesome and I would recommend that if you don't have a Zagg screen protector to get one! The awesome service is great! read more

I have had great luck with the zagg screen protectors installed at the kiosk In Park Place Mall in the past, so I sent my mom down to get one for her new iPad from the Zagg authorized warranty kiosk. HUGE MISTAKE. The product is defective and the manager Marci and at least one of the employees were dismissive, rude, and in no way interested in our satisfaction. $55 and a $10 install fee on Dec 26th and the first shield cracked within a few days. It was the holidays and it took her until Jan 8th to get in. again a $10 cost because the free replacement expired. Even worse, when my mom stated she thought it was unfair, she was told by the manager she was being rude. Now we are talking about an 83 year old woman with a heart problem. She does everything she can to be calm. So mom paid up. Two weeks later another crack in the screen. She is upset at having to deal with this person again so I go in today. The response - "Nope, no money back, it's been more than 7 days from the original purchase. And the screen is doing exactly what it is supposed to do as it had been dropped." I'm immediately told "not their problem, pay the $10 for a replacement is the only option. When I state it has not been dropped and even if it had it should not crack, I am told i am being rude and I need to leave. When asked for his manager's contact information I was told I could google it. (not that it would do any good as that is who "helped" my mom). When I tried to use a pen from the cup to copy their warranty he literally tried to grab it, physically grabbing my hand, and threatened me with expulsion from the mall and told me I would have no where to spend my money and how badly behaved I was. And yes I was upset, but I was not yelling, not throwing a fit, and definitely not getting in his space physically, I just wanted him to give me another person to talk to. All this from the employee of the kiosk within 3 minutes of asking if they can help me. Interesting thing is - I get home and look up Zagg's warranty policy - 30 days replacement or refund at the purchaser's discretion. And we are at day 26. Unfortunately, it also requires we get this from point of purchase. Buyer beware with the Invisible Shield kiosk at Park Place. Had my shield installed 2 weeks ago, looked perfect at first, then it started to develop bubbles I know I had to give it time to cure so I waited and the bubbles got worse(installer error) I went back to tell them I need it replaced and they wanted to charge me $6 to replace it, they said its only for the install. I told them it was installer error and it was just done 2 weeks ago, but they said I have to pay if I want it reinstalled.... I will never buy product from this company ever again. i love that you can take your zagg invisible shield back anytime to get another one for just $6. i think that's a great policy to have and keep customers coming back! it's a little expensive for a screen protector for your phone to start out with, but, the $6 replacement makes it worth it. if your screen protector bubbles up or anything happens to it within the first 7 days of installation, take it back and get it replaced for FREE. read more

The employee was blond I won't say her name but if you see a middle-aged short haird blond working here, go to the other Kiosk in Tucson Mall. I arrived all smiles, she explained that I had to be charged for my glass and that was fine with me. She picked up my phone, started to remove the old shield then began serving other customers, a mailman and answer the phone. Then she wold pick my phone up, do something to it, set it down and say, "Don't worry I can multitask." I think she said that to me 7-8 times in the 35 minutes that I was being patient. Finally, my phone was still not finished and she turned to serve a new customer so I said in a nice tone, "Um, I have someone waiting for me in the car, can you just finish me up before you take another person ahead of me?" I was a paying customer and none of them were. She BLEW HER STACK "Well!! You are VERY rude! I have been helping you so here!~" She swiped my card, shoved my phone and otterbox at me and told me to finish it myself then went on ranting about how "RUDE" I was. In total it took 45 minutes and I had to put the otterbox back on myself. Do not go here, don't use this company. Cricket sent me here to replace my phone shield, since it was bubbling. They did not have the proper shield and put on bits and pieces, they did not say that there was any installation cost, and just simply said to return after my trip and they would replace the shield when the appropriate one is in. I return with the original I had with the info they gave me, and then I'm informed they will charge me installation. I called the corporate headquarters, and they do not help. Each place is a franchise, and they are not honest, polite, or helpful. I was upset, and when there was stress in my voice, since I had been scammed by them, they just simply called security and was incredibly heartless. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. I have never been so rudely treated as a customer as I was at this kiosk at Park Place."The Regional Manager" threatened to call security on us for questioning her as to why the screen protector we had paid for was not the correct brand. Another worker had assured us it was their product but the RM refuted the claim and rudely emphasized it was not. Instead of explaining to us about the mix up she accused us of being rude and pushing her buttons. When I asked for Corporates number she said it didn't matter cause it was all on tape and it would prove she was right. We were disappointed with the treatment we received. The lady who was working at 5pm Friday march 9th 2018 with blonde hair is out of control...she told us she couldnt do anything for us since we had 3 phones for atleast 25 mins...my husband asked if he could just pay for the screens and we will put them on ourselves and she got mad and said either way you need to wait!! It was the craziest thing she even called security!!! I should of called on her....i talked to security and he instructed me to file a complaint on her with park place mall but she refused to give us her name...i wonder why..ha. i really dont know how she works there you can tell she hates her job its sad because it scares people away. This all happened because she was frustrated that she was going to have to work on three phones. I was in and out in 10 minutes and my shattered glass screen protector was replaced to the point my phone looks brand new! Furthermore, the lady working the kiosk was incredibly pleasant, helpful, funny, and informative; in fact, she provided an in depth comparison of Zagg glass protection across different models of phones, redirected me to a place I could use my warranty to get my damaged Otter Box replaced, and still had me out the door in almost no time! Very disappointed with zagg service at park mall. Purchased a shield protector for phone clerk stated I would receive receipt thru email. That was October 18th. I called 2 days later clerk stated it takes a long time. Today I called and sales person advised if I needed receipt that I could go to store and get one. I went into zagg kiosk at the park place mall on 9/23/2016 . I originally went in because my glass was broken. The lady informed me that my glass before wasn't zagg and I would have to purchase one for zag for the lifetime warranty to be valid, I had no problem with that . So I went ahead and bought a new one for 40 dollars because I didn't want to risk damaging my phone . She then asked me if I wanted to pay a 6 dollar installation fee for her to put it on. I said sure why not because I was in a hurry to go back to work because I was on my lunch break . As I am paying I notice there is bubbles on it. I point it out and the short blonde haired lady immediately got pissy at me and says" they are just little bubbles it's not that big of a deal". She then said they will work themselves out if it's not gone in a week you can bring it back . So I ask for my receipt and they say we don't do paper receipts we just do them by email so I provided my email . I NEVER GOT A RECEIPT. Mind you have to have the receipt in order to register the product for the lifetime warranty. I even went back and asked them if they could put a new one on for me because it was her fault, and they say yes but you would have to pay another 6 dollar installation fee ... I then proceeded to tell them why would I pay for another installation If the first one wasn't done right and they say sorry we can't do it for you . So I leave upset and angry because at this point the bubbles on my phone have got bigger then they were at first. I am so upset because I payed a lot of money only because I knew it was a good product that would protect my phone. After all this I call zagg corporate customer service and they helped me solve the problem so I appreciate that. Overall I would never revisit this kiosk. Great service, no hassle. I went to their Tucson mall location and saw Rick. I told him about my problem with new galaxy s7 curve HD glass. Rick called his boss about the problem and they did a warranty exchange back to previous glass. For a $12 dollar fee ($6 dollars per phone). Well worth it. Rick was courteous and fast.
