Those few men were awesome, however. everytime I visit store at the W.C. I am met with cockey and rude representatives. I kept getting voicemails from a texas number claiming to be A T And T, wanting my code. I probably received over 20 calls. when I visited this location, the representative was no help at all. checked my phone, and even though I hadn't called the number, since I responded to it, it showed I called them. Apparently was a scam, however the rep, was no help at all. rude, and lacks customer service help. In a good note, The A T and T store on south azusa n Amar, are anazingly helpful and very professional. I'll stop going to mall location after the experience I had . My compliments to that azusa amar location.

Slava said there was no warranty, I pushed back a bit and he said ok i'll give you three months. Well today I went back because the battery that he installed on my watch is dead. He tells me there is no warranty, I said that it states 90 days warranty on the receipt. He said that he would honor it but made a mistake by not taking that off. Pretty much if you get a battery installed and it dies in a week, there is no warranty. That is NO good for business. I will never go back or refer anyone here.

He's very fair, will let you know the possibilities upfront, he's not a magician but he will try to do his best and I assure you he did! His customer service was 5 stars and by all the people that were coming in to pick up their electronics I could tell he was a very fair and genuine person (not like other phone repair businesses I've gone to). Mobile iPhone Repair was the only place in the area that did not close at 5pm on a Friday night. My iPhone 14 Pro Max kept restarting on its own where I couldn't get to my Home Screen and I plugged it into iTunes and it went into restore mode with black screen and the laptop & charging cable icon. When I arrived Angel assessed my phone and advised I had a bad battery. After putting in a new battery, he plugged it into iTunes and it still wanted to go to the restore settings instead of "update". He did advise me it was probably going to erase everything which I was already fine with I just needed the phone to turn on. After going through with the process my phone turned and I was able to still access everything which was amazing! It was a 50/50 shot but a chance I was willing to take.
