How is it that someone that works at this store doesn't know how to process a phone upgrade? Walk in with my daughter to upgrade both of our phones and we know exactly what we want. Ask the young lady for both phones and she said that she doesn't know how to do any upgrades and her coworker won't be back for 30-45 minutes. Be ware of "JONATHON"!!! 20+ year customer of AT&T never had a problem until...Dealing with JONATHON, Horrible & dishonest person. Just cares about making a sale. We ordered 3 phones for from him as Christmas presents for our children. A few days later We received a text stating they were in. Upon arrival Jonathan claimed only one phone came in. He claimed the person who signed for them didn't work there. He didn't know where other 2 phones were. However, Our credit card was charged for all phones despite never receiving them. Jonathon provided no help to us whatsoever In Resolving this matter. He said to call cust service...customer service said to call him. Customer service is overseas in a loud and busy call center with no managers available either. Long hold times and language barriers with everyone telling us something different. I filed a fraudulent claim still waiting on that too! It's been over 2 months and this hasn't been resolved. We have recurring charges for phones never received. I Spoke to Jonathan 2 weeks ago in a final attempt so he could re invindicate himself and make it right-since he is also the store manager! I expressed my frustration over the level of service rendered to us and the unauthorized charges to him. He was very nonchalant and unphased. Furthermore, never got back to me. He claimed his manager wasn't available either. He simply doesn't care! I found his district manager Albert Alvarez, prime communications Left numerous messages...still waiting to hear back 2 weeks later. I had left Jonathan 5 star review prior to buying the phones, which I regret! He is dishonest and doesn't care about customers once closing a sale. His attitude completely changed. Consequently, I really believe he stole the phones. The company should perform an internal investigation. So much left to be desired...his demeanor change after making the sale and didn't do anything to help us. We will be switching carriers. My credit card company will be handling the case. We spent numerous hours on this matter during our Christmas holiday season! Awful experience to say the least, for us and for our children, As they failed to receive their phones for Christmas. Simply put, they will bluntly lie to your face. I heard of these stories but I must say it's hard to believe until you experience it. ATT is known to have fees added to your purchase that they don't disclose. I made sure to ask the person that helped us if they were any other fees to getting our Apple watches. He said no and the following day we were charged an activation fee. To top it off it took this man over an hour to finalize the purchase and he still managed to mess up the names on the drop off which was another series of issues. You guys at ATT should be ashamed of yourselves. You're just a bunch of dishonest people. read more

I was transferred my account from T-Mobile AT&T at this store, the sales told me $55 per month with first internet unlimited for Data plus tax, when I got my bill it show 228.19 for my payment with business account, when I ask someone fix it for me so many problems and I only I get $50 credit for next month, and the problem still there I need use my day off to fix it , and didn't know if it can fix or not, it so many trap read more

I went in to ask what my rate was on my bill. Although the service was ok. They didn't anything about phones or the plan rate. I asked about the tech's note, and the lady didn't how to look it up. And she had this attitude of why I was bothering her. It was more like she couldn't be bothered from her YouTube videos. Called ahead of time and asked what time they close and if there's any appointment or is it walk in. Renee the representative from the store said it's just walk in and they close at 8pm. Went there and saw one representative sitting on his phone. He signaled to me that the store was "closed". It's only 3:00PM. read more

Came in to pay my bill since they have a kiosk. I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed any assistance for today. The customer service was amazing which lead into me upgrading my plan since they had a promotion for existing customers. I would recommend this ATT store. read more

My phone shut down the other day and would not power back up. I went to this AT&T and was helped by an associate outside under a tent. He was very helpful and tried to get me the best deal available for a replacement phone. it was good to get in and out fast on mothers day especially since all apple stores near me are closed due to the quarantine procedures put in place. read more
