They tried but its exhausting as I have to take days off work to have my teeth fixed. I paid over a 1000 dollars and issues are still not resolved. I would need to do 2 more visits and more days off work, income lost, teeth aching while waiting for them to fix this. I was at the clinic May 14, May 19, May 21, June 4 and today June 30. They placed a temporary crown and it broke twice! They fixed it the first time. I am so grateful for this office! I have been dreading coming to the dentist after previously bad experiences, but awful tooth pain forced my hand. The very first person I spoke with, whose name was Monica I believe, was so caring and attentive and got me an appointment away. During my first appt, Lauren was extremely kind and walked me through all the x-rays, ensuring not to cause any discomfort and being very thorough. Delia was incredible with getting my paper work done and helping me get a line of credit established so I could start my treatment immediately. Dr. Kopel was patient and walked me through my treatment plan and why he felt it was the best course of action. Today I came in for my extraction, and despite it being a terrifying experience simply because I'm nervous about dental work, Dr. Pak and Arlene were WONDERFUL! They checked in every step of the way, and made sure my comfort was a top priority. They were incredibly kind and friendly, and I felt no judgment whatsoever about the state of my teeth or the work they'll need to be back in good shape. The procedure was smooth and I am so relieved at how it went. I have not felt so grateful or comfortable with a dental office in a very long time, and I'm beyond happy to have found a dentist I will actually regularly see. Today, December 26, I had another visit at Zak Dental, and once again Dr. Pak and his Assistant exceeded my expectations. I came in thinking I was only having a cleaning, but I had completely forgotten that my appointment was actually to remove a loose tooth. I was very scared and not mentally prepared at all. Thankfully, Dr. Pak and his amazing assistant were there and took such great care of me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They explained everything step by step, letting me know that my cleaning was scheduled for January 6, but Dr. Pak kindly offered to do the cleaning and remove my tooth during this visit.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Before starting, he made sure I felt comfortable and explained the before-and-after process clearly. Throughout the procedure, he kept checking on me, asking if I was okay and reassuring me the entire time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] His assistant was just as caring and attentive. The procedure was fast, painless, and I only felt a little pressure. Dr. Pak constantly reminded me that we were almost done and that I was doing great. Even though the office is small, I truly believe that the best things come in small places. I honestly hope Zak Dental keeps Dr. Pak, because he is the kind of doctor who keeps patients coming back. I know dental treatment is not cheap, but when it comes to the best care, professionalism, and results, it is worth every penny. Good service is never cheap. Forgot to add when talking to the remote people on the phone I did ask if they can send a pre authorization to my insurance. They said and I quote " we do not do pre authorizations, that's only for medical not dental". But I was told by my dental insurance to ask for a pre authorization. Like I said before super suspicious. I did go to another dentist and asked if they can do a pre authorization and they said yes, any dentist can submit a pre authorization to verify out of pocket cost. read more

Dr. Zama was the best I give it a five star rating because of him his gentleness is kindness just taking his time to do two root canals and completely clean them out in one hour time. I don't have insurance to cover both of them because of my age, I'm on Medicare, but I'm gonna pay for them because you know he saved my teeth my two lower teeth and you're always supposed to save your teeth even though I ruined them with a sugar addiction his sister Marilyn was very good.
