First thing she did was tell me that her main priority is to get me out of pain. She was very thorough and encouraged me to be my own advocate. Two years since I have been coming to this dental office and it's definitely like no other! This staff is extremely welcoming and kind. They not only care about you as a person but they really strive for long term dental care. I was able to schedule an appointment with a hygienist and they showed me step by step what they were doing and what I needed to do myself to improve & maintain squeaky clean teeth. I am a grinder and clencher sadly so they always provide recommendations and what I can do to ease that pain. No exceptions were made under any circumstances, they took $100 because they were stating that the hygienist came in specifically for us when that was a lie because they stated that we had to make an appointment on a Wednesday because that's when the hygienist comes in so they we're not specific that the hygienist would come in just for the patients if they were slow, they shouldn't have the hygienist come in at all and make that clear when making an appointment with the patient. Have not had time to go get the small amount of my refund because we are busy working . Experience were horrible. They very money forward if money wasn't the issue they wouldn't charge so much for a cancellation. read more

BEWARE!! This practice is under new management and they are pushing unnecessary treatments to make more money! I went in for my standard cleaning after I had just got a deep cleaning 6 months prior. I saw a new dentist who told me I had 10 cavities and the pre stages of gum disease which would require at $1500 laser treatment on top of the $3000 to fill my cavities!!! Upset and confused because I had just been in 6 months ago and was told my teeth were in PERFECT condition and the dentist told me it was my own fault because I should have come in every 3 months?! They pressured me into applying for a cal credit loan to cover the cost of this "emergency" treatment and I finally snapped out of my shock and told them I would be back to confirm moving forward. After crying for an hour at the shock of having to pay $5k unexpectedly my boyfriend told me to GET A SECOND OPINION! Not only did I get a second, I got a third as well. Both dentists reviewed the original treatment plan and were shocked and horrified at the UNNECESSARY procedures they were suggesting. Turns out my 10 "cavities" were nothing more than staining on my teeth and showed zero signs of decay. And the pre stages of gum disease that required a $1500 laser treatment??? Also a LIE!! What a wonderful and fun experience today! How can a dental office be fun right? But this office has it all! Two months ago I had a root canal done but forgot to post a review! If you need one done or honestly, any dental work, come here!!! They have a specialist come in once a month if needed so I was happy to not have to be referred out. The specialist put me at ease and the work was done quickly and most of all pain free. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but this place puts me at ease. The Dr. and staff are always great and easy to talk to, very informative and patient with me! Today I went in for my cleaning and I was pleasantly surprised as the Dr. and staff all dressed up for Halloween as "famous" cats and they held a pumpkin decorating contest for us to vote! If you are in need of a dentist which let's be real, after Halloween we all are, then definitely GO HERE!!! Started using PerioGel about 6 months ago that Dr. recommended for my gums. Due to Gingivitis my gums recede. I have sensitivity in my teeth. When i would get a cleaning my gums bleed & hurt a bit. I started using the Gel in the teeth trays every evening before bed. Went in for my 6 mth cleaning today and no bleeding & no pain except normal lil tinges from cleaning. No other Dentist ever offered me this treatment. The treatment other Dentist gave me cost me ovet 400.00 and didnt do anything. I feel this treatment is well worth it. It's a lil expensive but i would rather do this than end up having to have any Gum Grafting due to loosing my gums. A BONUS , it also Brightened up my teeth!! read more

I felt this doctor was out for making money ...I went in missing a tooth and the first thing he wanted To talk to me about was invisaline and veneers I got upset because I was hurting missing a tooth and I wanted to fix that he was pushing and peddling his product so hard made me feel like he just wanted to make money didn't really care about the problem that I went in with. Then when I asked him to help me with my tooth he Said he never does any work on the first appointment. I left work early to get this done and he said he couldn't do anything I thought that should've been said when I made the appointment or somewhere on his website would never go there again go there if you......
