I could have do e without the doctors, they were useless and just walked around like gods and acted like they were in charge and knew what they were doing. They did not. It was very apparent. When my father was transferred to the ICU all family were invited in, we are had accepted and new it was our final hours. This is where Carlee stepped in, she was the angel we needed. She was our nurse and handled the whole process with love in her heart and actions. Again the doctors up there came around talking in circles and I had to correct them on the events of the day because they were just making things up and acting like they knew. Treating us like idiots. All the doctors I had an interaction with could have never shown there faces or talked in circles and just not been there and they would have never been missed. They were useless. The staff on that floor, besides the doctors, were angels and let us have our last hours with him be what we needed to let him go peacefully. Language barriers beside, the bedside manners of these doctors is ridiculous, they know nothing of "care" without Carlee, Erica and surrounding staff, that place would be abandoned. As my Father was passing and after he passed Erica came up stairs to see how he was. She was human, and compassionate. After he passed and we had our time, there were hugs and tears on both sides. The Doctors, absent. I enjoyed that, I am afraid I would have shared my feelings with them in a bad way. I plan on going back and thanking the staff that did there job as soon as I can do it without losing it. Thank you Erica and Carlee and God bless you and staff for doing what you do. Both the lady and male security guards went out of their way to locate my grandma's cane we had left a month prior. The nurses (Kaitlyn in med surge) and Carmie (CNA) at her most recent hospitalization were thorough with both managing her care, but also sharing her discharge information. I really appreciated the encouraging words from them as well. I can't speak on much of the doctors themselves, but my grandma's alive and doing well so I'd say that's been good. My only complaints are: the small ED lobby that feels like a bubble of germs with the circle of seats to cough onto each other. The lack of communication with wait times in between information given once you're in a room in the ED... and bedside with some ER doctors. But that's par the course for most hospitals.

The skin had grown over it and even though I got the earring out, the back wouldn't budge and it hurt. We were happy with the care she received, that's why we brought her back again. First of all, it's a very clean facility, small and personal, but most of all great staff. The nurses my Mom had were professional & helpful. The CNA's were amazing. The ones I will mention were the very best. Mario, Smile, Rain, and one special CNA on swing shift named Michelle. Jessica on the weekends was also an excellent help with my Mom, Nursing director Teri was extremely helpful, always available to help. Vanessa social worker was also fantastic at assisting with so much. The physical therapists & occupational therapists were also great. I hope my Mom never has to go back, but if she ever did, Legacy would surely be our number 1 pick. Much love & thanks to the staff. I had to complain to severl people before anyone would do anything about the moldy water they were storing her dentures in. Very few people here care. Good luck trying to get someone on the phone "They're in a meeting and will call you back as soon as it's over" was the standare lie I was told. There was no set level of care at which my mother would be released so as long as they could bill for her she was stuck in a hostage situation. My mother's health declined horribly while here, she lost a lot of weight and she died a month after they FINALLY agreed to release her.

From the moment I was admitted, I felt cared for with so much warmth, empathy, and genuine good intention. Every person I encountered made me feel safe, heard, and supported during one of the most vulnerable and emotional moments of my life. A special shoutout to my nurses. Shawna, who cared for me during my early labor and made me feel comforted and encouraged from the start. I'm also so grateful to Sarah and Evelyn, who were with me during my delivery and showed such patience, kindness, and professionalism. During postpartum, Connie and Liezl were absolutely wonderful -- they cared for my baby and me with so much compassion and attentiveness. Even gave me tips on newborn cre and breastfeeding. The doctors were astounding as well. I'm especially grateful for my main OB-GYN throughout my pregnancy, Dr. Dela Merced, who advocated for me and truly tried to help me have a vaginal delivery. I also want to thank Dr. Nahar, who was very reassuring when I was admitted due to labor exhaustion, along with all the in-house physicians who supported me throughout the process. A very special thank you to Meghan, my anesthesiologist, who was not only amazing at helping with pain relief and a smooth epidural experience, but also somehow took great photos during my C-section! She was absolutely wonderful and made me feel calm, safe, and cared for. Beyond the medical care, I also want to recognize the rest of the team. The food was surprisingly great, and the celebratory meal was such a sweet touch. The people delivering the food were always friendly and kind, and they even gave me extra food sometimes for my husband, which we truly appreciated. The security guards at Labor and Delivery were also consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My heart truly goes out to every person at the Sutter Health Delta Labor and Delivery unit. Thank you for giving me a beautiful and positive birth experience as a first-time mom. I felt supported from beginning to end, and I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. A special shoutout to Patrick, the CNA, who was always attentive and responded to his call lights promptly. I highly recommend Stonebrook for short-term stays.
