I inherited my mother's engagement and wedding rings and wanted them made into a pendant. Brian and his staff listened to what I wanted and even scheduled a meeting with the craftsman who made the piece. It is now finished and absolutely gorgeous - more than I hoped for. And the price was unexpectedly affordable. I also had him repair and appraise a 5ct tennis bracelet - flawless work. I would trust Brian to repair any piece. His new jewelry is also beautiful. I bought my daughter in law's engagement and wedding rings here many years ago. Brian worked with our budget and our son and d-i-l were thrilled. We went to Zalman's for a custom design ring and are thrilled with the results!! We took the diamonds from my wedding ring and my deceased mother in law's wedding ring and used them to create a beautiful engagement ring with matching wedding band for me and a new wedding band for my husband that used some of the smaller diamonds. Brian also used the gold from our three original rings to make our new rings, making them incredibly meaningful for us. Brian took his time and educated us and then searched and found new diamonds that perfectly matched the existing stones. He also suggested and created an exquisite setting for the new ring! We had been looking for someone we felt we could trust with this project and after visiting two other larger jewelers and not feeling right about them, we stopped in at Zalman's because it was local. Best decision we could have made! Wonderful family owned business with stellar customer service! I've been to many jewelers in my life and am so happy to have found this "gem". I recently walked into Zalman's for a custom piece I wanted to have made. They were extremely professional from start to finish and exceeded my expectations for the piece. I wasn't fully satisfied with the length of the chain we had picked out so they took the extra step to shorten the chain by just a half an inch to ensure I was 100% satisfied and believe me I am! Also to note was the cleanliness of the business. They required face masks upon entry and had hand sanitizer available to ensure the health and safety of everybody who walks in the door.
