Driving through the area, looking for a place to eat. We're fans of shawarma and Mediterranean food and found the place on Yelp. Online, the restaurant boasts a pretty extensive menu, including sandwiches, kabobs, platters, lamb chops, salads, soup and a variety of dips. In house, though, the menu posted at the counter is more limited - shawarma, kabobs, platters, sandwiches and a few dips. We ordered from the in-house menu. I got the falafel wrap. It comes with a small cup of tahini and a few pieces of cucumber and lemon wedge. The whole thing was great. The pita was soft, but not chewy. The falafel was some of the best I've ever had in terms of texture and taste. The other ingredients - onion, parsley, tahini - enhanced and didn't overpower the rest of it. Really good. I recommend the falafel. My partner got the chicken shawarma wrap with a side of fries. Overall, the wrap was good but the chicken was a little dry. The fries were good and a nice portion for $2. The wrap came with cups of sauces - one was mayonnaise-based and the other yogurt-based. My partner wasn't impressed with either one. Sitting inside is comfortable. Nice tables and comfortable, classy faux-leather black chairs. Music appropriate to the restaurant theme playing from the ceiling. The restaurant is small (4 tables plus outdoor seating) is located at the very end of a long strip mall. A little hard to find. My impression is that this is more of a takeout place. Pretty delicious chicken shawarma and gyro combo meals here! I ordered via DoorDash pickup and got 2 entrees that both came with fries for under $20, pretty much unheard of in this economy! The fries were crispy, not very salty; I prefer fries where you have room to salt to your own taste. Would definitely eat from here again. I can't speak to the interior because my husband picked up the order, but passing by a few times I saw that there is a small patio for dining outside with a few small tables. My only complaint is that the DoorDash estimated time was off by about 15 minutes. Unsure if this is set by the restaurant or DoorDash themselves, but the estimated 25 minutes to ready turned into 40 minutes and I was a little too hangry to be okay with omitting that information from my review today. read more

Food, service, and entertainment. We stopped in after a soccer game and enjoyed a family platter of shawarma and some roasted eggplant speak (baba ganoush). It was all very delicious and prepared fresh. The owner shared videos of Morocco and even invited us to have some Moroccan bread her family had sent to her. I've had a lot of shawarma and Middle Eastern food in my life- I know the flavors very well. I had high hopes and hate to give it 3 stars, but it isn't the best flavor/food wise. I've never had to drink so much water with and after my meal. We went inside and ordered carry out. We were told fries would come with the Chicken Shawarma sandwich, but we didn't receive our fries. Service was relatively quick, but the server told us the Sandwich option would come with a side of pickles, fries, etc. The Chicken Shawarma was dry and bland with not enough toum/garlic sauce provided. The bowl was majority plain rice and unseasoned salad. I expected the rice to have slivered almonds or nuts and the salad to have some herbs, spices, or sauce/dressing with it. I could've compiled a raw salad and plain rice at home. I tried a small bite of the Beef Shawarma, but I think the Chicken was better. The Falafel was maybe the best thing, but definitely not the best I've had. The Hummus was so bland and disappointing considering the positive reviews. The Hummus could've used some seasoning like spices, lemon juice, etc. I do like how they used fresh parsley, but still super disappointing for me. I wouldn't come out of my way here. The food tasted great! I ordered a gyro platter. My only issue was that they failed to state on the menu was that it didn't come with tzatziki sauce nor a pita. I thought I was getting a gyro sandwich along with rice and lettuce and tomato and onion but that wasn't the case. Once I asked for the extras which they did gladly supply then it was delicious. Awesome food. Tried this place for the first time last night. We ordered the Shish Tawook chicken platter, the Kofta Kebab platter, the Kibbeh appetizer, and the Tabbouleh. All four were fantastic. We moved here from Baltimore last year and had a go-to Mediterranean place that we loved in Baltimore. I think this food is even better. Travelled 40 minutes from White marsh all the way to Eldridge because the food photos looked so good and when we ate the shawarma and hummus, we were amazed at how authentic and delicious it was. Definitely should try their hummus, it's creamy and rich in flavor. I used to live in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Qatar for work and these shawarmas hit hard. The servings are big, so worth it! I don't understand all of the positive reviews of this place. I ordered the Shish Tawook with rice and house salad and the chicken was SO dry! The salad looked watery like it had been sitting in the cooler for days. When I walked in, 2 workers were in the back kitchen, one was clearly eating (I hope he washed his hands before preparing order but don't know). The other worker came to take my order and was nice.
