Pretty delicious chicken shawarma and gyro combo meals here! I ordered via DoorDash pickup and got 2 entrees that both came with fries for under $20, pretty much unheard of in this economy! The fries were crispy, not very salty; I prefer fries where you have room to salt to your own taste. Would definitely eat from here again. I can't speak to the interior because my husband picked up the order, but passing by a few times I saw that there is a small patio for dining outside with a few small tables. My only complaint is that the DoorDash estimated time was off by about 15 minutes. Unsure if this is set by the restaurant or DoorDash themselves, but the estimated 25 minutes to ready turned into 40 minutes and I was a little too hangry to be okay with omitting that information from my review today.

I've had a lot of shawarma and Middle Eastern food in my life- I know the flavors very well. I had high hopes and hate to give it 3 stars, but it isn't the best flavor/food wise. Nice interior and I love supporting small businesses, but the food overall was incredibly bland and salty compared to other good spots in DC/Virginia. I've never had to drink so much water with and after my meal. We went inside and ordered carry out. We were told fries would come with the Chicken Shawarma sandwich, but we didn't receive our fries. Service was relatively quick, but the server told us the Sandwich option would come with a side of pickles, fries, etc. The Chicken Shawarma was dry and bland with not enough toum/garlic sauce provided. The bowl was majority plain rice and unseasoned salad. I expected the rice to have slivered almonds or nuts and the salad to have some herbs, spices, or sauce/dressing with it. I could've compiled a raw salad and plain rice at home. I tried a small bite of the Beef Shawarma, but I think the Chicken was better. The Falafel was maybe the best thing, but definitely not the best I've had. The Hummus was so bland and disappointing considering the positive reviews. The Hummus could've used some seasoning like spices, lemon juice, etc. I do like how they used fresh parsley, but still super disappointing for me. I wouldn't come out of my way here. It's worth a try to support this business, but there are better options in the area or in DC/Northern VA.

We ordered beef shawarma wrap only, chicken shawarma w fries and pickles, and gyro platter with rice. All were solid entries in the local shawarma scene. The standout was the fragrant basmati rice scented w cinnamon. Also: the pickle game was strong at this establishment

Really good platters, the meat was smoky and flavorful. Good salad, sauce was good too. ( you have to ask for it) the meat can go with or without sauce. They were recommended by my brother and sis in law. The place is small but they have extended their dining area a bit. It was good food all around.

I have to say this place has the best Shawarma in Maryland. Everywhere else gives you gyros and says it's a "Shawarm." The fries were crispy, and the garlic sauce was amazing. The service was quick, and it's a pretty chill place. I'd come back again.

Awesome food. Tried this place for the first time last night. We ordered the Shish Tawook chicken platter, the Kofta Kebab platter, the Kibbeh appetizer, and the Tabbouleh. All four were fantastic. We moved here from Baltimore last year and had a go-to Mediterranean place that we loved in Baltimore. I think this food is even better. This is immediately going to be my go-to carry out spot around here when I don't feel like cooking. Service was friendly as well. They're in a bit of a weird location that doesn't get a lot of foot traffic, so I highly recommend giving them some support.

Travelled 40 minutes from White marsh all the way to Eldridge because the food photos looked so good and when we ate the shawarma and hummus, we were amazed at how authentic and delicious it was. Definitely should try their hummus, it's creamy and rich in flavor. I used to live in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Qatar for work and these shawarmas hit hard. The servings are big, so worth it! We dined indoor but they have nice outdoor seating too. The staff's hospitality was utmost; attentive, kind, and generous. Highly recommended!

    Soggy French Fries

Mid. Rice was too strong, Garlic sauce was good. The side salad for the platter was both warm and had a spicy sauce for some reason? The fries were also soggy.

Mix platter for two and hummus appetizer.

For our entree, we split the family combo and ordered 6 add'l lamb chops because they are exceptional here. Cooked perfectly and nicely seasoned, these aren't the tiny chops you find at most places. These are huge, pork chop size and by far, the best entree on the menu. The family combo came with lamb chops, beef/chicken kababs, lamb/chicken adana, kofta, rice, salad, and more pita. With the exception of the overcooked beef kabab, all other meats were moist, tender, and really flavorful. Service was also very good on a busy dinner evening. Will return soon.

We started with Saganaki, which included pita. It was flambed table side and delicious, we all loved it. We also had Calamari, I don't eat it but husband and daughter really enjoyed it. For entrees, husband had the special (filet mignon w/crab cake and shrimp on top), that came with mash potatoes and veggies. The steak was good but undercooked, the crab cake was good. Daughter had the pasta, she didn't really love it. I had the lamb shank with orzo. I don't usually like lamb but it was very tender and didn't have the aftertaste that usually comes with lamb. The service was very good, waiter was very attentive, replenished waters often and made good suggestions. Although we liked the restaurant, we felt that as a Greek restaurant there should be more Greek styled pork, chicken dishes. We also felt that some items were overpriced, specialty dish was $75, rib eye was $68, lamb shank was $55, roasted chicken was $39, etc. We will not return for another dinner, but might consider going for lunch to get gyros and Saganaki.

For a couple of months my friend, who is of Turkish heritage and lives out in Germantown, wanted to meet me closer to my home to go to Cazbar. If I came back, I'd maybe get something like what he got. My friend (& me to a lesser extent) were cogitating on getting a dessert. It took a minute to come out but I quickly noticed they gave me regular butter instead of the honey butter it's supposed to come with. I inquired and was informed they were out. That would have been okay accept the "maple syrup" was not . . . . I'm guessing it was maple flavored syrup which really sucks because I keep corn syrup out of my diet and the waffle was tough. Not sure if it was from being overcooked or sitting so long after being prepared while I was awaiting for it to from the kitchen. Additionally, the chicken thigh was unseasoned.
