As a lawyer's kid who has been in similar shoes to Rosa... she's amazing at this job. The most unreasonable people in the world are people who are dealing with fresh trauma, yet it is the duty of the law office to collect the information needed to advocate for them while not diminishing their unique horror. While the office may have seen this 100000000 times, they must never forget that it's likely a technicolor event playing on a loop in the clients head and that it now comprises most of their reality: trauma yadda yadda. She's more patient with me than I would have been back when I worked for my mom. The office itself is not merely comfortable but also well laid out for wheelchair access as well as for low vision people. The first is expected as an accessibility measure that any decent people would consider but the second is a delightful find. It's rare that legally blind me doesn't whack into furniture in a new place but I'm leaving with no new bruises! So kind and accommodating.
