This review is solely based on the schools out camps over holiday break…read more I signed my child up for camp and we were very excited about the program so I even shared with two other parents - who in turn signed each signed their children up. One child was 6, while mine was 5, but I called ahead and spoke with a kind lady who just returned from maternity leave, she confirmed the 6 yr old could join my kids 5 yr old class. Here's why it was so important that the 6 yr old join the 5 yr old class, this child medically can not get in any public pools, and the 4 and 5 yr olds do not have pool time so this worked out wonderfully. At the first day of camp, we again reminded them about the situation. Howecer, they didn't listen and had the child in the 6 yr old class, the child was terribly upset when the entire class got to swim. This all could have been avoided if they listen to our communication. My child did have a good time running around all day, but the point is that the breakdown of communication is scary and untrustworthy when dealing with a medical child.

They give great instructions on how to achieve the look and color you are hoping for. Anyone can paint!! The prices are listed on all the ceramics and there are small to large pieces. You will have to leave your art for about a week before it's baked and ready. They also offer glass making and clay pottery classes. They offer spring and summer break camps too!! You can walk in any time to paint, which I love! This is a great rainy day activity! There is not a studio fee that most played charge. Great service and experience! Plan to be here an 1-2 hours.

On top of all that, I forgot my plates, cups, wine opener, napkin... Pretty much everything at home! And she dug around to find all of that for us. She really went out of her way to assist us and explain the best way to paint our items. After four hours of painting and laughter, we left! I seriously can not WAIT to go back!!!!! It beat out every other place in Kentuckiana that I have visited to do this.

The teachers are great and really care about the kids. It makes me feel wonderful knowing how great the staff are with my kids. The owner and office staff are so nice and really make you feel at home. My kids LOVE the lunches and snacks offered. Even my picky 3 year old eats! The summer camp has been AMAZING! They took the kids to do fun stuff every single day! From water parks, fishing, movies, zoo, paint spot, Old Spaghetti Factory... and soooo much more! They really made my daughter have a wonderful summer. The facility is new and has a lot of room for the kids to have fun and interact at their own speed. The brand new natural playground is WAY better than some old plastic junk at other centers. Now, they are a bit more pricey than other facilities that my friends use, but I feel that you get what you pay for. It is worth it to me.

I do not recommend this place. If I could give it zero stars I would. In short, my daughter was bit…read morerepeteadly by other classmates, she had a head injury on the playground resulting in an ER visit and two staples in her head. We kept her home for a week, and her first day back she was bit by another classmate. Please read my full review. My daughter had been at Providence since she was 6 months old. It was the hardest decision I have ever made to decide who to trust my first born child to care for. In infant care, there was stability and regular teachers there, and it was great. When our daughter became a toddler (she is 2 now) there was a lot of instability in the teachers in the class and level of care. Our daughter was bit repeatedly. On one occassion, it drew blood and she had a scar. We also tried to give a margin of grace as things do happen and we were never irate or punishing, we just sought to come to a solution. Recently, an older kid dropped a piece of PVC pipe down the slide resulting in an open head wound on my 2-year-old. The staff did not transport her to the hospital despite acknowledging that "she probably needed stitches." Her father and I immediately take to the ER where she gets two staples in her head and we monitor her for signs of concussion. This happened on a Friday and the director and school officials never emailed, called, or checked on her. I had to seek out the daycare director, Lisa, on Monday to ask her what happened and what they were doing about it. A conversation I shouldn't have had to prompt in my opinion. At the time, I calmly talked to Lisa and she seemed apologetic and receptive of feedback, which made me feel like it was an honest mistake. We keep her home for a week until her staples were removed. Her first day back was today, and she got bit by another classmate. I go into the daycare admittedly livid, but this time the director just spouts off statistics says "these things happen" and she hasn't had a hospitalization incident in x amount of years and her record speaks for itself. She just told me how Providence is a top notch facility and everything else. She was very condescending. It became clear to me that they see kids here as statistics. I don't care if this was the first time a hospitalization incident has happened, as a parent, whose kid was hurt stats are not comforting. I removed her from Providence, and I won't be bringing her back. I care about protecting my kiddo and other parents being able to protect their kiddos, so I wanted to share my story.

This place is a lot of fun! It's big but not huge, but has plenty of variety on the rooms. I do…read moreknock off one star for a couple reasons which I'll explain below. When you buy a pass, it's good for all day and you are allowed to leave and come back. Being located in a mall with a food court makes this incredibly awesome. Pause, walk to food, come back, amazing! Also makes coming with multiple family members great cause some can go shop while the others play. For the play areas, there is a smaller toddler area that's awesome. Small slights and things to climb on and this real cool bubble looking structure to climb into. It's big enough to keep them busy for a bit but eventually they'll want to go explore the "big kids" area. Next is an area with chairs to sit and eat snacks, parents to chill while their little play and there is an interactive floor that has a projector on it. You can step on graphics and they blow up. Pretty cool, kind of like a science center. Next is a big ball pit room! It has some crazy slides, TONS of ball, maybe a little deep for toddlers. There is a volcano like tower that normally would blast balls out the top but it's not very powerful and was barely working for us. The slides are pretty steep but very fun! While it's cool there are tons of balls, it's really deep for some of the kids to get out of the stairs part cause it's so deep. After that there is a room with cannons that launch balls at an interactive screen. This would have been the coolest part but the cannons don't shoot hard enough and often get clogged if someone sticks a big ball in it. Last is a slide where you have to get on an inter tube with a hard bottom. The worker sprays soapy water on the bottom and you go down suuuuper fast then immediately STOP! This is because the floor at the bottom is rubber and it stops you way too quick. I watch many kids get whip last from this. I get it, cause there isn't much room if you didn't stop but man it can be rough if you aren't expecting it. Other than that there are corridors with cool parkour type obstacles and things to jump on. Very fun! There are also snacks and waters to buy, the bathroom are in another room with plenty of space and they are family bathrooms. Also a good space that's away from the rest in case a kid is over stimulated. Great place! Great value since it's all day long! Way better priced than similar players in Louisville.

This comes in very handy when there is an age gap between kids and as the parent you don't want to go in the play area. My 4, 5 and 6 year old nieces loved playing on the slides into the ball pit and the climbing areas. My 12 year old daughter and friend felt just as at home as the little ones. The staff is very nice and accommodating, especially by opening up the colorful tube slide so my kids could enjoy it even though they were short staffed. I appreciated that very much. There is plenty of indoor seating for parents to keep an eye on the littles. As an extra perk they have the riding animals and the kids love going through the mall on them. For a full day of indoor play the price is not bad at all. My only suggestion is that they had free wifi so I could work on my computer. I never asked if they had it, I just assumed since I didn't see any signs up. Otherwise, I will gladly come again and again to this place.
