Looking for a new stylist was a nerve wracking experience, and finding someone whom could blend and has an eye for color was something I didn't believe I would find easy. Matt not only is an addictive, kind, friendly soul, but someone who feel you have known forever, just comfortable. His education and knowledge that flows through conversations just sitting in his chair is most delightful. His golden hands styled my hair with ease and the outcome was pure perfection. Julia got the pleasure of fixing the horrible mess which was really the color of my hair. I was a complete project. She counseled me with ease and just knew by looking how to bring together the most beautiful blend of colors. I AM HOOKED!!!!!ILove these talented souls. One word amazing!!!! This salon is very expensive and most important thing is I am not even happy and satisfy with their service. I went to this place a few days before a new Year's Eve get a perm with my longer hair. I was surprised I paid $ 145 ? Wow !!! At first I been told perm will cost about $ 95-100 and then BUM ! Speechless and disappointed. It is only 20 days and my perm it's gone, all curls just disappeared. What I have right now is only dry, damaged, frizzy, coarse and tangled hair, no shine and I am afraid to do something with them because I am also pulling out so much of hair, not to mention do style / blow-dry, using brush or more /. I am terrify and I feel like cry every time I look at the mirror. I trusted the technician and I thought Zano is a goo salon and should have an experienced people. But I assume I were wrong. Every day I am asking myself a question how can they destroy your hair like that ?!!! It is really horrible, frustarating and obviouslywasn't worth the price. I had perm many times in my life but never came like this ! One thing I learned and I know for sure: I will never go back to this place I still I wonder how they can keep their customers?! I went to Zano's for the name, because I figured they would do a good job and it had a nice atmosphere. It doesn't hurt either that they give you a neck rub. The prices, however, are ridiculous. I saw Carly a few times and unlike the others who rave about her, I found her a little offputting. She did a decent job, but her personality was lacking. The person there however that is really the pits is one of the colorists - Tiffany - woah! Major attitude. Never again. They did a decent job but it's just as good if you try a cheaper salon. It tends to have a young vibe, so if you're not in your twenties it might make you feel apologetic. (Which shouldn't be). I showed a picture to the stylist and she made a comment about how it might not look that way because it's someone else, and ahem! It was ME. I like to go to a salon where the staff is complimentary and professional. They could do much much better here. read more

There is no one else I'd let cut my hair, and fade my undercut. I've always been apprehensive to cut my hair because of the way my texture gets shocked with a fresh cut. But Chelsea does an amazing job and I feel fabulous after every appointment. Chelsea is great with her clients and makes them feel comfortable and at ease. She is extremely professional, her station is always so clean (which is super appreciated during these times), she gets to know her clientele and ensures that their voices are heard with what they want for their hair. I've been seeing Carley for years now, and I can't say enough good things. She is a true professional, thorough, knowledgeable and really aims to please. She'll listen to what you're asking for and then make suggestions based on your hair goals you've communicated. Ex. She knows I like to keep my hair long, so every time I come in with some "great idea" to do something new, she listens, tells me her suggestion for doing something new but reminds me that I like it long so helps me compromise on an end goal. I'm always so thankful she does this and always leave an appointment feeling great. Once business started opening up last September, I went to see Chelsea after almost a year of no haircuts. My hair was a disaster and Chelsea helped me tame my mane. Several stylists have done my hair there over the years but I have to say that Kelly is my favorite! She does my highlights beautifully and is down to earth and professional.
