Finally went to look at the set and they had sold 3 before I got there and was left with one set. The set they had, the washer was broken, so they told us they would get it fixed and deliver it to us. Instead they offered us a different one. Once delivered we paid them with a check. It has been 4 weeks and I have contacted them about cashing it and they said they would the following day. That was 2 weeks ago and they still haven't cashed it.

Well, the guy who answered when I was told to call back was a snarky one. In the 18 months or so since we got it back, we've had nothing but the same problems with the brushbar assembly. I took the vacuum apart myself and saw the problem right away. I'm no professional, but apparently I could see something they missed. I posted a pic of the problem. The brushbar end had crumbled and cracked, and had seized onto the endcap assembly. It's a dang shame these people weren't able to see this obvious problem when we took it in and it was still under warranty. I know it didn't happen after because we were having the same issues before and after they got their hands all over it.

He arrived at the early part of the communicated arrival window and he was kind enough to notify me by text when he was on his way. When I explained my issue on the phone initially, he had told me that he would probably not be able to fix the problem. I understood that there is a charge for the visit. Sure enough, when he arrived, he quickly determined that he would not be able to resolve my issue. In hindsight, it would have been very helpful if he would have asked the model number of my fridge on the call to determine for sure if it was something that could not be fixed before we scheduled the visit. To be completely fair, Mike was upfront and transparent about everything from the beginning. I scheduled the visit knowing full well that there was a good chance he was going to tell me that he couldn't fix my issue and that there is a charge for the visit. I will try again with my next appliance issue and I'm confident Mike will earn the fifth star.

My riding lawn mower started missing, lacked power, and was pressurizing the oil pan. I assumed it…read morewas either a valve or ring problem. I contacted another local Toro service center, Honest Engines, and they told me that the cost to rebuild the engine would be about the same as replacing it, $2500. They said they do not do rebuilds any more. I called BC Small Engine and he told me it might be something like a head gasket, but bring it down to examine. I took it and they had it repaired in about 4 days. It turned out to be a stuck valve. They repaired it, did a full service and tune up for about $250. While I was there, they also serviced and repaired a snow blower for me that had a broke gear handle. I am glad to find a place that it willing to open up the engine and find out if it is a simple repair or needs a full blown rebuild/replacement. This is now my place to go and I would highly recommend it to others.
