This is a huge Zara across 2 floors. I like their styles. The con was that it was busy and it was hard to get any help.

    My new winter coat:)

My very first visit to Zara and I found the perfect winter coat. Made me so happy!!! My mission on this particular day, honestly, was to find a raincoat. Still wearing the Banana Republic raincoat I bought on sale ($60...yeah, it was a great sale and really cute.) way too many years ago. But as I and the GF were strolling through the Galleria she popped into Zara. This is one of her favorite stores. It is a high-fashion concept store. She enjoys the European flair of the clothes designs and that they have men's and women's as well as children's clothing (ZARA Kids). Wait there's more:). Accessories, shoes, swimwear, beauty and perfume. And if that is not enough, in May 2021, Zara launched its first beauty line, ZARA Beauty! So as I was saying...raincoat! We had not been there for 5 minutes and the GF brings me the cutest coat. I tried it on and OMG. Well made, 100 percent Italian wool and perfect fit. I loved it! So who needs a raincoat:)? Aren't we in the middle of a drought! Plus the GF says for the few times it is going to rain carry an umbrella! Made sense to me! While not inexpensive it was reasonable and there were only two left. And one fit me! Enough said...right! I am not sure there would be a lot of products I would be interested in and the clothing line is pretty trendy. The target market is composed of men and women, 18-40 years of age with mid-range incomes (according to one of the sales people.). It was a fun store to buzz through and check out. Zara stores are located worldwide. Founded in 1975, it is a Spanish apparel retailer based in Spain. And the Company has had its share of controversies but that is for another review! p.s. It rained the next day!!!

I'm amazed that this location has decided to permanently close dressing rooms so that they may use the areas for storage. The dressing rooms have been closed every time I've visited since Covid began. When I asked why they were still closed during a visit this month, an employee told me the store had too much merchandise so they needed to store it in their dressing rooms ... in every single dressing room on both floors. Whenever an employee has told me the dressing rooms are closed, they follow it up with the comment - "BUT you have 30 days to return something" which is hilarious because that's a standard return policy, nothing extra. If I am going to burn a day driving out to the mall with my children to shop for clothes, it's because I want them to try things on to see what fits. Why would I go to a physical store just to purchase a bunch of things that will necessitate a return visit, which, at this place means standing in a ridiculously slow line? Why not just move everything online and close all the stores down? In truth though, I can't blame Zara itself for this issue. I took my daughter shopping in San Francisco a month ago, and we went into two different Zara stores there; neither one had closed dressing rooms, so this is not a corporate move. It appears to be more the decision of whoever is (very poorly) running this specific store. And as other reviewers have already noted, the employees here consistently range from unhelpful to downright rude. Stick to online or other Zara locations.

I purchased a jacket at a Zara in Europe, and when I brought it home to wash the dye completely ruined the jacket.

I come to Ross! LoL! and don't expect anything fancy here, no frills meaning --no window displays, mannequins, fancy fixtures or decorations. They are similar to bargain stores like a TJ Maxx or Marshall's. They have a 30-day window for returns. Why do I shop at Ross? Because I prefer to have more $$ for vacations and getaways :) Review #0960

Visiting friend and killing time, it was a given to check this place out. It's quite big if I say so. Obviously another Westfield chain which is one of the better one. There's loads of shops to add to it. Could be the main shopping center in town. One stop shop with furniture and home and retail. It's nice to walk into a mall which had all three big home furnishings. Plus they were all pretty close to each other. Crate and Barrel, Restoration Hardware, and Pottery Barn. There's also a strip where it house the higher end retail shop. Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent, Tiffany and so on. Of course you have all the classic shop that's pretty much in all the malls. Department store, Nordstrom, Macy's and JC Pennys. A beautiful layout of everything with a nice modern decor. Two floors of shops and more shops. There's also a movie theatres located inside. Honesty, I'm sure there's more things which I didn't even have the chance to wander through the whole place. Both some restaurant nearby as well as the food court. If you have a nice mall, you know it's going to bring people in. There was plenty of parking both with the parking structure and lot.

On two separate occasions, she has physically taken products out of my hands without asking a single question. The first incident was when I wanted to purchase a makeup brush. The box was not sealed, and I simply wanted to feel the bristles before deciding to buy it. She immediately snatched it out of my hands and said I wasn't allowed to do that. The second incident happened with a nail polish I fully intended to purchase. I tried it on to see the color, and instead of asking whether I planned to buy it, she once again grabbed it out of my hands and told me it wasn't allowed. Because of her behavior, I walked away without purchasing either item. She has directly cost your store two sales. If there are policies regarding testers or opening products, they can be explained politely. There is absolutely no reason for an employee to snatch merchandise out of a customer's hands or treat them with such disrespect. A simple conversation would have handled both situations. I hope this behavior is addressed, because if this is how customers are treated, I won't be returning while she is working there.
