I had heard about Vuori's buttery soft fabrics and cozy loungewear, but experiencing it firsthand in the store truly exceeded my expectations. Since I was unfamiliar with their products, I brought several and I mean several items to the fitting room. Throughout my visit, multiple friendly associates assisted me, but Le stood out as exceptional. Le was kind, patient, funny, and knowledgeable, setting me up in the largest fitting room and regularly checking in with a smile. Le consistently brought me different sizes and made me feel truly valued from start to finish. The checkout process was just as wonderful, with Le helping me and even offering a hug for Mother's Day. Customer service can be unpredictable these days, but my experience at Vuori was outstanding. Thanks to Le, I am now a lifelong customer, and I will always remember the warm and thoughtful service I received. Le is truly exceptional, thank you Vuori! P.S. This one is well organized, clean, brightly lighted, smells good, has nice and helpful employees. I'm from Manhattan, NYC. I shopped at the 34th street Macy's with my mother when I was a kid in the 1950's - 1960's. Of course nothing about any Macy's will be as good as my childhood memories of cruising the racks with my mom holding my little hand. The real draw for Macy's is to shop when there are deep discount sales. There seems to be one every season. I have literally purchased clothes at 80% discount at Macy's. I was in this store today. My wife needs swim suits for our vacation in 2 weeks. Late August there is a blow out sale on all women's swim wear. She bought 6 swim suits and a couple of cover ups. The bag full of loot cost less than $100. She paid less than $29 for suits that were originally priced at $120. So yeah, there is no cutting edge super modern fashion here. Even as an old guy I tell my wife that too much of the clothes look like grandma crap. But decent clothes at decent sale prices are here in big number. You just have to browse and pick judiciously.

But this time was an exceptional experience thanks to Tavia. She was so kind and understanding when I told her I was in over my head and had no idea what I needed. She gave me two sizes to start and literally eyeballed the right size on the first try! Then she took my preferences into consideration as she checked the inventory and patiently helped me find a pair that fit better than any jeans I've ever owned. Thank you Tavia! I took my granddaughter to start her back to school collection, and was assisted by Mimi up in juniors, who helped us gather quite a few items for her to try on. I love the attention Mimi took to go around to gather items for my granddaughter to try on. She did not have to leave the dressing at all, and I was able to sit right outside her door to give my unwanted opinion. Fale was also a big help with bringing out several choices of shoes and helped me select a pair for the best comfort. My next stop was the skin care items and a few gift sets from beauty, with some cool l gift with purchases as well. Being a valued customer, I was also gifted a nice travel bag, with a coupon for a drink, a lunch, and a $15 coupon for a future purchase in Beauty. This is a great place to be when you want a little attention.

The cashier desk in the men's section is completely incompetent. One cashier took 12 minutes to ring up four shirts. The other cashier, who was new and kept mis-entering items to the purchase while having a high maintenance customer who was asking for help while ringing ....stupid questions like should I do a pocket square with this? There were two other Nordstrom staff looking up stuff on their phones but no one to help a customer. I get to the register, ask for the big & tall section for suits, and Nordstrom doesn't have one. So I waited, waited, and waited just to find they didn't even have what was needed. Nordstrom should staff up for big sales and get efficient cashiers in the men's section. I got a lovely Michael Kors suit at Macy's in a 44 Long and they have a much bigger suit section. Also, their Black Friday in July sale was worth it so Nordstrom's loss is Macy's gain. Take note!

Angie, the sales associate, approached me and was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, welcoming, and asked what I was shopping for. She helped me put together some really cute outfits, made great suggestions, and got me set up with a fitting room. When I checked out, she even made additional recommendations and helped me find a pair of cute jeans. She was just lovely from start to finish.
