Adj: Quality clothing at Reasonable prices Uniqlo is a Japanese clothes company. It known for its high-quality, affordable, and functional casual wear. I like how even though Uniqlo is meant to be casual, they don't just abandon the apparel design part of their business as their clothes are thoughtfully designed and the quality is not compromised. Another thing about Uniqlo is that the styles of their clothing are pretty timeless and trend-resistant so that you can wear it years later and you don't look out of style. The quality may not be the highest at these price points, but I think Uniqlo provides a really good balance of quality with value. So basically what they offer is still made with good material and stylish, but will not break the bank. Overall, I'm glad there's a Uniqlo store at the Roseville Galleria because I like to shop online first and then come to the store and look for those particular items to try out or at least see and feel in person before buying. This store was nicely organized, clean, bright, and provides a good shopping experience with pretty good customer service. read more

Quality, Affordable Clothing [Roseville CA] Last year my daughter gifted me with a Down Parka jacket and it worked perfectly and kept me warm during our trip to DC last year in January. Just lately I've only recently began shopping at a Uniqlo store for their line of clothing and I really like the feature that for any jeans purchased at the store (or online) they can do alterations onsite. If the item is over $20 the alteration is free. For any item that is below $20 is only an additional fee of $5. I've taken advantage of this service often and they've always done a great job. The material is soft, comfortable and trendy and they are arranged neatly and presentable on racks and shelves (except for the shelf where they have sale items) LoL! Today is near Christmas so we could see a lot of holiday style clothing. Excellent service and it has a super cool AI self check machine . Once it goes on sale and all the sizes would be sold out . Uniqlo's finally in Roseville (they've been open for a while ). I get most of my clothes there now. The material quality is worth the price. They have self-checkout where you don't have to scan everything, you just toss your stuff in the bin. The staff here are really friendly. read more

Wife was so ecstatic to see Uniqlo was already opened in Roseville! We had been out of the country & was totally out of the loop as we didn't realize that this past weekend was the opening weekend until my wife researched it online. Wow! You can try on 8 pieces of clothing at a time. The cash registers were all in the back by the right side if you're facing the back of the store. Employees were very helpful & polite. Best to download their Uniqlo app to get a discount if you spend a certain amount. Seriously. The female employee who checked out my wife's purchases noticed she was purchasing many of their fall pieces. My wife was certainly on a mission with her shopping this day. And she definitely came out a winner! Will she return? Of course! She was told this store was larger than the Sacramento Arden Store which we had not shopped at yet. Aw in time. It's because they had more inventory. And that they did! Woohoo! Thanks for finally coming to our Roseville Galleria store! And now we don't have to drive all the way to the Bay Area. Even though we have traveled so much in the past & have been to their stores in other countries like Japan, Singapore & Germany we love that they are now in our Sacramento region! Yay! read more

They are FINALLY hereeeeee! Yippie to no longer having to buy online and pay the hefty shipping price..oh wait, unless you want the cute collab pieces. (Sigh, can we please include those as well?) Perfect place for basics as anyone familiar with the company knows. The set up is slightly annoying because the front display seems to be mostly male-I would think females shop more? Faster service if you do self checkout, as they have two cashiers if you have returns or using cash. Uniqlo was a wishful shop on one of my Japan trips but didn't get to explore. I'm glad that this mall had it and it's definitely worth the visit. Service is fast and high tech. Had no issues with staff or anything. Clothing is cute but expensive and it has a variety from men, to kids, and woman's clothing. Went to shop tonight and the taller gentleman that was assisting in the dressing rooms was super sweet and helpful. Kudos to him. Went to check out with my sister and was approached by two workers, a young Asian man and a young slender Asian woman. We wanted to check out at the desk with a clerk but was declined as she stated since we are paying with card, to go through self checkout in a rude tone. Then, we had to have an associate come out to take off the security tag and I asked the associate if only cash transactions were accepted at the check out with the clerk and the associate said, "no, you can check out with card too." Please train your employees to DO BETTER. When customers need help, help is not there but when we don't need help, help is there. If you simply don't want to help customers who are paying with card at the clerk desk, please make a sign stating so. Only giving it two stars because the gentleman in the dressing room was very helpful. read more

I'm not a mall person. I'm not a shop-in-person person. But, when Uniqlo invites you to their preview event, you go. So, I went. And I'm glad I did. If you like simple pieces that all go well together, this is the place for you. I knew nothing about this brand prior to going so I was surprised to find that they had everything- undies, bras, socks, bags. And the expected items- pants, tops, blouses, sweaters. They also have dresses. I will be back at their Arden Mall location as it's closer to me. I really like how easy it is to style and put together an outfit at this store. read more

This store has horrible customer service. I tried to exchange a shirt that was damaged (it had a hole) and the manager refused because the tag wasn't on it. I have never encountered such a poor way to treat a customer. read more
