    Beautiful Store

I love their style. I have collected clothes, bags , and accessories, The color and design is timeless. I do a lot of TikTok and the clothes are remarkable. They make me look stylish and modern. Their sales are amazing great clothes and affordable prices.

Love Zara sale season. I've been to all 3 Zaras in SF, and this one is the only one where the fitting room is closed, so I had to put on the pants on the top of my own pants. I will say they are trying to arrange the clothes by the colors, but the display is less organized than the one in Westfield, but a bit better than the one on post street. When I was there, there was one person working behind the counter, and the line was long. I had to wait 15mins, but the guy was very nice and helpful. I also returned 2 items that I bought online here, I would say the return process was easy.

    Rude store manager, Toka

Horrible customer service and workers are so rude. Wanted to buy stuff from the kids section, but they closed the registers right as we were wanting to check out and said we had to check out in the woman's section. The store manager rudely walked away as we were talking to her and wouldn't give us her name saying that "we don't give out names here". Another worker gladly told me her name, Toka, probably cause she's a bitch. Wouldn't give us her district manager's name or anything. I hope people realize how shit this place is.

So horrible every time. The line and checkout process is a complete mess. And it doesn't help that the staff is so rude.

One of the pairs I brought in was the Concord 11 from 2018. I know for a fact they are real because my friend bought them directly from the SNS when they released, and I was literally with him at the time. I saw the order confirmation, the receipt, and the shoes when they arrived. I have never bought fakes in my life, and everyone I buy from either gets them directly from Nike, Adidas, or another authorized source. I am extremely careful about authenticity. When I handed over the Concords, the employee looked them over and said they were fake. The reasons given were the bottoms were yellowing, the soles had the wrong print, the box was wrong, and the glue smell was not right. They even compared my pair to one of theirs and decided mine did not match. Also worth noting, if your shoes have yellowed at all, they count them as used even if you have never worn them once. I have nothing against that policy and just wanted to point it out. I can respect if they are not comfortable making a deal, that is their right. What bothered me was the commentary that came along with it. They made repeated remarks like, "You should get your money back from your friend," "Are you still friends with him?," "You can just wear these fakes because no one will know," and "You got ripped off." Between these comments and the reasons they gave, it honestly made me doubt how well they can authenticate shoes. Yellowing happens to many older shoes, box variations can occur with legitimate releases, and a glue smell is far from a definitive test. When you factor in that I know the full history of the shoes from purchase to now, it is hard to take their verdict seriously. Even after deciding to pass on the Concords, they did not move on. While looking at my other shoes, they kept circling back to the Concords, continuing to explain why they thought they were fake. It just felt like overkill, especially after the decision was already made. On top of that, they started asking me for proof of purchase for my other pairs, as if I might be trying to unload multiple fakes. I get being cautious, but the tone felt more like they were accusing me of something rather than just doing due diligence. The store itself is well kept, clean, organized, and visually appealing. They have a cool key machine for prizes, which adds some fun to the place. The other employee I interacted with was friendly and professional. Pricing on shoes is about what you would expect for a resale shop in a mall. If you are selling, just know their offers tend to be StockX buy now price minus around 30 to 40 dollars, which is reasonable for a business trying to make profit. Bottom line, I did not walk out upset because of the deal. I walked out feeling insulted because of the way they handled it. If they had just said, "We are going to pass," and left it at that, I would probably be giving a completely different rating right now.

When she got home, she realized she needed a larger size, so she came back to exchange the exact same dress for a different size. The cashier refused the exchange, claiming there was a small makeup stain near the neckline. My sister explained that the stain was already there when purchased and that she simply wanted the same dress in a larger size-not a refund. I had the receipt at home since it was a gift, but the cashier also stated that without the receipt she could not honor the exchange. My sister asked for a manager, who initially refused as well, again blaming the stain. When I arrived, I explained that we had literally purchased the dress there two days earlier and nobody had mentioned or checked the stain at the time of purchase. The manager then smugly and reluctantly agreed to "let it go this one time" and told us that customers should inspect items carefully for stains before leaving the store. I responded that the retail team should be just as responsible for checking merchandise instead of immediately blaming customers. What made the situation even more frustrating was that my sister grabbed another larger-sized dress directly off the sales rack, and when we checked it closely-surprise -it ALSO had a stain around the neckline that the cashier failed to notice. So apparently customers are expected to catch every flaw, while staff are not held to the same standard? Who is to say that perhaps Uniqlo intentionally puts stained clothing on the racks to avoid refunding customers??? The cashier even turned her name badge around so we couldn't see her name to include in a formal complaint, which felt incredibly unprofessional. Eventually, the manager apologized after we pointed out how poorly the situation was handled, but it did not feel sincere at all. So customers make sure you check inside out all your purchases for any little stain or markings - - they will not honor any exchanges or refunds even if they put them on their racks. This was the team working on Mother's Day, May 10, 2026, in the early afternoon. Be better and do better, Uniqlo.

Unfortunately, I leave empty-handed about 9 out of 10 times because they never seem to have the newer items I'm looking for. I especially love collecting blind boxes, and this location often feels behind on stocking new releases. One interaction I had here a while back really stuck with me. An older employee told me about a promotion while ringing up my purchase. After checking out, I grabbed a few more items so I could take advantage of the deal she had mentioned. When the discount didn't appear, I asked her about the promotion, and she responded in a rude tone, saying she had no idea what I was talking about. I understand that people may not remember every interaction, but this happened within just a few minutes of our conversation. The response felt dismissive and unnecessary, and it left a negative impression. I still love Miniso as a brand, but this location has been disappointing compared to others I've visited.

Alas is the world of having an "older" model phone that isn't USB-C. Pain, misery, agony. Luckily enough, I was able to find an iPhone charging cable here (I got 2 just in case) and it was around $5-6. Pretty steep, but it's high speed and I was in dire straits. It's still working, so it's not a super cheap garbage one, yet. There was one worker here when we went and a good number of people looking around at stuff, but there was no wait for me to check out. I'll be honest, this is the smallest and most barren, cleared out Miniso that I've been to. Canmake shelves were decimated and it a lot of the make up samples were broke and dirty. I wouldn't want to touch any of it or purchase any with my bare hands. NorCal doesn't have an equivalent of Ebisu Life or Fukuya Life, so aside from some other miscellaneous places, this would be the only place I would think to get imported make up off the top of my head and to see it in that state, especially if I really needed something (for a con, etc.), I would NOT be happy. Other than that this location is mostly gifts, blind boxes, make up (no matter how decimated) and very little other goods (electronics, home goods, snacks). There are better, bigger Miniso out there, but this served it's purpose at the very least.
