Store was empty and service sucked. They need to grasp what customer service means. If you are serving a customer you give full attention not walk away and serve the next person that walked in. My son who is 5 picked up a plastic container that was displayed and the sales associate just yelled at him to place it down. I turned around and said its plastic it won't break secondly if it got damaged I would pay for it so no need to yell at him. Not all little children are misbehaved there are few that are disciplined. It was nice as the crowds were nonexistent (nice during the pandemic). I discovered this store on the 2nd floor and adored this place. It's small in size and has little or big treasures in every corner. It's not over crowded like many of the little stores in PPM. It as a nice boho feel with African, Indian and other culture art, trinkets, jewelry + more. I found a beautiful crystal snowflake ornament (I wish I purchased more than one). The price was incredible and I look forward to looking at it next Holiday season. Nice staff, beautiful items - I highly recommend this store!
