The food and service was excellent! The guy taking my order asked about my day, and then when my food was ready they brought it out to us and asked did we need anything else! I have avoided Zaxbys for a while. The quality at all of them around here has been subpar since covid hit. I saw the ad for the new quesadilla and figured hey, why not. Well the order was placed online and ready early, staff at this location were friendly enough in our quick interaction. The food, which should not be a shock, was still subpar. The "huge" quesadilla was on par with the one you get at Taco Bell, like half the advertised size. This will probably be my last visit to Zaxbys. Zaxby's is one of those places we make sure to stop at when passing through GA. The chicken is on par with Chik FIl A. The menu is different and unique when compared to the other main fast food chicken restaurants, so take your time when looking over the menu for the first time. We really enjoy the zalads. You get a good piece of chicken and lots of fresh ingredients on the salad. They also have Coke Freestyle machines, which are still a differentiating factor for us since most restaurants do not have them. read more

This place is pretty good. I ordered a large chicken plate with no cole slaw and extra bread. I got the tongue torch and ranch instead of the Zax sauce. The only complaint I have is I was jipped on the tongue torch sauce; I only received a bit more than half a thing of it. The food was good as I expected from most Zaxbys. There is no wifi in the store that you can access. They received a 100 on their last health inspection. The bathroom seemed a little dirty. read more

I got a house zalad from S. Slappey in Albany, Ga. They barely put any lettuce on my salad. They are usually pretty good and make a full salad, but this is so sad. The price was not worth the salad. read more

Ehhh, food was good, or, at least consistent with Zaxby's standard for quality. In other words, the quality was what was expected for what I paid. My main two complaints for this chain still stand... Be prepared to wait one thousand years for them to cook a chicken finger and charging for sauce is an archaic practice abandoned by most, if not all relevant chains in 2020. Zaxby's, you are better than KFC burnt chicken sadness but Popeye's has much better sides, chicken breading AND the sauce is completely FREE, no matter how many you ask for. read more

Arrived to a nearly empty restaurant and one car in the drive thru. It still took over 20 minutes to get our order at this "fast food" restaurant. Bit the bullet and went back once more! Ordered 2 high priced salads that were 99% lettuce and not much else! A Cobb salad that consisted of 2 small thin tomato slices, no cheese or boiled egg! No croutons and very little grilled chicken! I will make my own salad if this is what they are serving now! I know of a another restaurant who did this here and they are gone now and this one will follow their path if they do not improve their food and service! read more

The food here is usually great, but the staff can be hit or miss. The young lady today managed to take our entire order without ever speaking a word to us. We approached the counter and she just stared at us until finally one of us started speaking our order. If you have any special substitutions or additions (like an extra sauce or toast), they'll often ignore it, so be sure to check for that before you take your food to sit down. I had to go back to the counter three times today because I kept sitting down to eat and then realizing they'd left something off that I paid extra for. The cooks often ignore that stuff, and the staff up front doesn't check the ticket when they pull the food down to call your number. read more

I prefer this location to the one over there by KFC off of Dawson Rd. It's newer and the crew there seems to be friendlier. It never seems to be as crowded, too. Food is good. I usually get a Wimpy 10 piece wings order and it's great. read more
