I love this Zaxby's. This is NOT the location by Movies ATL, by the way. That location is at the Princeton Lakes Pkwy address, and is off Camp Creek sorta near the airport. This Zaxby's is much better. Not crowded, kind of out of the way as it sits off of Fulton Industrial. Easily accessible from Cascade Rd, though, which is a nice option since there's not a lot of fast food places along Cascade. The food is much more consistent and the service is excellent. Come here if you have the choice. They have the Birthday Cake milkshake right now too. That plus a Kickin Chicken Sandwich just made my day (and my daily caloric requirement). read more

I've heard so many great things about this place. I am from Jersey, so when I came down to Georgia I was super excited to try Zaxby's. But this was a huge mistake! When I walked into this establishment, it was freezing! I didn't even want to sit in and eat because it was so cold! On top of that, it was extremely dirty! As I was walking to the counter, I could see that people were in the back, looking pretty busy, so I just figured they hadn't had time. I then began to order my food, and the cashier was speaking extremely fast, acting as if she was in a rush or didn't want to be bothered. I ordered my food at 6:10pm and didn't get my food until 6:40pm! When they gave me my food, I was missing two of my orders which made the wait even longer! The cashier didn't even apologize! As for the food, I had an order of traditional wings and they were fried super hard. The only thing I'd say was really good, was their fries! This zaxbys location has TERRIBLE SERVICE IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR I WOULD! I went there this week and I ordered a the Blue Salad without cheese in drive thru. I told the lady on the speaker numerous times no cheese and the employee on the speaker repeated my order without cheese. When I got my Salad it had cheese I told employee who took my order and she acted like she didn't recall me saying no cheese on my salad. The employee said I had to give her my salad back and I told her no I want a fresh salad. I ask to speak with the manager and she walks to the window doesn't even introduce herself and says in a nasty rude tone I have to give her the salad back if I don't want cheese. Just go ahead and shut this place down...please. I went on Wednesday April 7, 2021 around 8:20 pm. Customer service is horrible! I walked in and it looked like Mrs. Jones 2nd grade class was running the joint. It took 10 minutes for the cashier to assist me and she then she walked up and pointed at me. What is that!?!?! I placed my order. My ticket was number 39. 36, 37, 38, 41, 42... I asked for a refund. I absolutely love Zaxby's but this location is by far the worst I've ever experienced! Very unprofessional managers and staff! On my visit tonight.. I ordered a wings and things meal... I got the wings but my fries were old and my tenders were not even in the tray!!! Ordered a sweet tea and was given a coke!! Zaxby's definitely needs to evaluate this store and do a hard reset. This store doesn't care about its customers. It's bad enough that the normal wait time in the drive-thru takes as much as half an hour but it closes at random times while you're still waiting in that line. Yet here I am waiting in line again because the food is good. Too bad the service is awful. read more

It's not a bad Zaxbys but probably the worst one I've been to. I've been several times and gotten food that seems like it was sitting out for a while. Customer service is great though. No bad experiences with the staff. They are very nice and welcoming. read more

Went in today to get mediocre service, had to ask for ketchup and my zaxby sauce that I paid for and I got attitude from that! The lady acted like she didn't hear and didn't want to do it, it was all over her face! This location has the best customer service. They are fast and very responsive if there are any issues.

The grilled chicken house salad is perfect for everyone, the chicken is seasoned perfectly, and it's a good choice even for the dieter! The place is clean and the good is fresh! Lunch can be so expensive but here it's not so expensive, you can get a meal for $5 including the drink and the food is filling! read more

The ZB nibbler is delicious it's just they always forget one or two thing in the bag and they always end up annoyed with the customer and it just gets on your nerves sometimes but besides that they are very neat no matter what happens I always see one cleaner pick up something. This is by far the worst excuse for a restaurant I have ever seen in my life. This place is absolutely atrocious. The server at the front counter was rude and paid zero attention to anything we ordered. If you eat here, you basically get whatever she wants you to have. Don't bother ordering a drink because the Coca Cola freestyle machine in the lobby is out of everything but water and a select few diet items. When your food finally comes out wrong and messy it does so with no straws and no napkins. Don't look for any in the lobby because there aren't any. To get something from behind the counter literally takes an act of God. Expect rude service every time you are forced to go back to ask for any amenities that should come with an order. Trinity has a disposition that would warrant a negative review at a morgue or maximum security prison. Once you finally sit down to eat your meal you are forto sit in a dining room full of dirty tables and a foul sour smell where everything had been wiped down with a sour bar towel. That is not how you slow the spread of covid. Be prepared to wear a mask or get screamed at. I'm okay with this except that the staff wears their masks under their nose or even their chin. I'm not sure why company policy only applies to customers and not employees. DO NOT AT ANY COST EAT AT THIS DUMP!!! read more

They have AMAZING sweet tea and slow service. The fried came out mushy. I'd go when thirsty.

They are in no rush to get you out of there. Expect to get put on hold at the drive thru. My biggest complaint is that their customers service is lacking. You feel as if you've put them out by being there. read more

The food is great and will accommodate it to your liking especially with the Zalads ... The only negative thing that I do have to say is the if your in a hurry during a lunch break it can be hectic and a bit confusing and at the end of the whole experience you may only have a few minutes to eat your food. I like zaxbys but this location is hit or miss. Last time I went they forgot to include my fries. If you eat inside you will have a bit of a wait but you can correct their numerous issues. The quality of this place really depends on who is working and who is managing. read more

Usually have sub par service here. But today took the cake. My family was in the drive thru line at 9:20 pm. As we ordered, my 5 yr old said she needed to use the restroom. She was really in a tight, so I took her out of the car to use the restroom in the store. The signage clearly stated the restaurant closed at 10 pm but the door was locked and the girl standing behind it wiping it down refused to open it. I explained that my daughter needed to use the restroom and that they should be open since it was not yet 10. She said she was following her managers directions, so I asked her to get him. He never came and my daughter's need to urinate was growing. We walked to the drive thru window and asked again to use the facilities. The manager rudely declined. By now my daughter is doing the "I have to go really bad" hop and dance. So I cut the back and forth and ask him for the corporate number. He claimed to not have it.
