A couple minutes later he returned with our waters and an apology about the beers taking a long time because "the bartender was too busy talking." Several times throughout our visit we kept getting hit with the smell of cigarette smoke because the patio is off the main sidewalk and no one monitors that people are actually far enough away from the building.
