Yes, I paid $11.01 for a bowl of lettuce greens. NEVER WILL I SPEND MY MONIES THER AGAIN,!!!
    Tina P.

I'm wondering how the hell this Zaxby'at this location is still open. This is the worst restaurant for servuce and food. Any given day or anytime you can expect to give of 30 plus minutes of your time waiting in the drive thur or in dining room. After your wait you're luck to get what you ordered correctly. There is ALWAYS a non-moving line wrapped around the building. Also, a waiting line inside. The attached picture is the 2nd salad after driving back to the restaurant and returning the first one due to rotten lettuce greens. I requested the mgr and explained to her I didn't want salad because as she could clearly see the greens was rotten. She never apologized. She only said ' Oh yeah that is bad, do you want another one or your money back? I decided to give them a 2nd chance. She said " I'll make it myself". Well, I really don't feel she remade it. It was to quick. What it appears she did was remove the rotten greens which was on top and added more lettuce. Now as you can see I have a biwl full of lettuce greens and very little chicken. NO MORE BUSINESS FROM ME !!! If you visit the location just off Dallas Hwy near West Cobb Ave shopping plaza you will be in and out in 10mins max. Doesn't matter if your in drive thur or dining room. There you will receive quality service and food in a timely manner. Not to mention friendly smiling faces. I will drive out of my way first to another location. The is ridiculous and unacceptable to say the least. This is the replacement salad

    Clearly explained pickup procedures.

So, I used to eat Zaxby's quite a bit. I started eating here when it was known as Zax in Statesboro. This is the location closest to my house. The reason that I have not gone here much is the quality of the food. My wife talked me into going again last night. While in the way, I pulled over to place and order using their online app. The app clearly states that you can either pickup the order in the drive-thru line or park in a spot where they will deliver your order to the car. When I arrived, it was quite busy. I had selected to pickup the order in the drive-thru. After waiting for nine cars in front of me, I got to the menu board. This is where my experience took a bad turn. I was informed that they no longer handle online orders in the drive-thru. They informed me that I would have to park and come in. I didn't have a face mask with me as I had not planned on leaving my car. I parked and went inside without a mask. After waiting for two orders in front of me, I asked to speak to the manager. I asked her what the point of online orders were when you have to come in. I then showed her my receipt which clearly detains the pickup procedure. She didn't have an answer. I finally got my order and left. As usual the food was disappointing. Expecting warm food when they place celery sticks on top of your boneless wings didn't work well.

    The wrong closing time!

As I sit in the drive thru to pick up an online order, after being told they were closed, I'm confused. They close at 1030p. But it's 1006p. The math isn't mathing. I understand that staff is hard to find but continuing to have young teens and/or adults run your establishment will help run your establishment in the ground. The young lady that gave us the order was such in a rush that she closed the window without providing us with the drinks. After reminding her of the drinks, we had to tell her 3 times what the drinks were. I am not exaggerating either. I guess she had somewhere she needed to be. Maybe she has an emergency. You may need to check on her. I guess we will drive the extra miles to the Thomas B. Murphy location. Please update your online hours if you do not close at 1030p.

First time to this location, they had just opened. I went through the drive thru and was in and out within 5 minutes tops. Food was great and prepared with care. Wasn't "just tossed" into the box. I even upsized my order and they put my extra fries in their own separate small box. 10/10 would recommend! I'm not too sure about the previous reviews, but this location actually EXCEEDED my expectations. Good job guys!

Unfortunately, when I went to order, I was told they were out of rice and not serving it. Very disappointing. I decided to try the 10-piece lemon pepper wings instead and specifically asked for all flats. The order taker said it could be done. However, when my food came out, the wings were mixed. My husband spoke with who I assume was the owner, and she explained that they don't typically sell all flats because it leaves them with too many drums--which is understandable. However, that should have been communicated upfront, as I likely would have ordered something else or chosen to go elsewhere. The dining area also took away from the experience. The tables were filthy, and we had to ask for ours to be cleaned before we could even sit down. To make matters worse, most of the fountain drinks were out. I settled for fruit punch, which unfortunately wasn't good. My husband and son received their meals, and overall, the food was just average at best. Between the unavailable menu items, miscommunication, cleanliness issues, and overall quality, this experience fell short of expectations. We will not be returning.

This is a fairly new McDonalds and is very clean. It has a small playplace that is modern and…read moreclean. Their Wi-Fi is strong and actually reaches to the Kroger gas station next door. It's drive thru is a split-lane system (splits into a left and right order speaker) which I'm becoming a fan of because one person taking a long time to order doesn't slow up the system. In fact, I order so fast that I can usually pass cars that are slow to order. I'm rating this based off other McDonalds and not against other resteraunts. After all we all know what a McDonalds is. I took off a star for one main reason. I go through the drive-thru every day and get two drinks. A Dr. Pepper for myself and a Diet Coke for my wife. And more than half the time they get the two mixed up, So I get a lid marked "P" for Pepper and it's a Diet Coke. This really destroys my one guilty pleasure of the day because of the after taste. I think this is a problem because of their new automated machines where the cups after going through a conveyer belt wind up backwards when looking at the machines labels. You just need to take one look to understand how this happens. But the real problem comes when they don't even mark the lids and I ask which one is which. You can see a panic look in their eyes, and then they guess... almost always wrong. I assume they feel like by the time you take your first swig you will be down the road and not their problem. For that reason I took off a star, but I still go by there everyday for my jolt of caffine. I also took off another star because of the following... I went through the drive thru and ordered my usual Dr. Pepper plus some fries. When I tasted my drink it was all soda water. It happens, the tanks go empty without warning. So I drove back and walked in telling them the problem. They told me it would take 10 minutes to change the tank. I told them I would go to the gas station next door, fill-up my tank, and come back. 15 minutes later I came back and they hadn't even started swithing the tanks. So I had to wait 10 more minutes. They could not get the system working for the Dr. Pepper and asked if I wanted another drink. I told them "no", expecting to get an offer of a refund or a food substitution instead... but all I got was a blank look and a "sorry". I was actually a little miffed and just wanted to get out of there and hit the Wendy's across the street. So I paid Wendy's two-dollars for a Dr.Pepper and then realized that my fries were too cold to eat. So I wound up paying around $5 and wasting over half an hour just to get a drink. For that reason I took off another star. But to be fair, the employees are very friendly. And McDonalds across the board generally has the best fountain drinks anywhere. That is why I always go there instead of to the gas station which is closer and where fountain drinks are cheaper.

Now, let's grant that their A/C broke this afternoon, which likely couldn't be helped, leaving the crowded place toasty & the scrambling staff sweaty. Bless them. They were big on apologies though still didn't always follow through in a super timely way seeming to get distracted at times. Also, didn't see the nice, chatty owner from before so also leads me to think new owners. Possibly the new owner or manager did helpfully bring us big cups of ice to replenish our teas without being asked, so we appreciated that. Now to the food. Wife got a gyro (+ fries for $3 more). Food took 24 minutes to arrive. The fries were only warm & looked like they'd been sitting a while. The gyro was ok but nothing to write home about. It did have some large chunks of meat. I'd had a gyro elsewhere recently so got the Greek meatballs for some reason - I forget the name. I'm almost always disappointed in meatballs so that's on me. These were "ok." The yellow rice was fine. The special tomato sauce comes in a little metal cup. I used it for dipping & it was fine but not exactly a smothering sauce. This is in a strip shopping center so ambiance is limited out the gate & the A/C issue didn't help. The temp inside finally improved a bit at end but the atmosphere was pretty unpleasant. It's a 25-minute drive for us to get here anyway & given the experience, I couldn't see us returning. There was a good crowd though & I wish them well.

I was mistakenly warned all the burgers came well done when I tried to order a medium burger. I'm very glad to have not been served charcoal, and was somewhat impressed that the burger wasn't all grease. We tried the brussels sprouts, sweet potato fries, and sweet potato fries with garlic and Parmesan and to kill us off, a brownie laden mess of a milkshake. The brussels sprouts had the perfect texture of being roasted without ruined. The sweet potato fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and not greasy. You will have to try the milkshake, no spoilers. I cannot say anything about consistency, but if they are consistent, this place is well worth a visit, prices are pretty fair, food is definitely above average.

As the dining area and service areas are open plan you can easily see the duct tape doors to the dishwashers area is in dire need of repair versus patching. Also it is rather filthy along the edges. The wall a/c unit also needs to be completely cleaned as it appears to have some grime building up. Now for the biggest disappointment ... our food. Coffee - yummy Country fried steak biscuit..... yea nope not again. It's just like it says just a huge very thin slice of commercial packaged frozen patty of country fried steak laid across an open faced biscuit. I had a side of fresh fruit. But it was mostly out of season fruit so not sweet and still underripe. Biscuit was light and fluffy but I had to order a piece of cheese and some gravy to hide the flavor of the meat and coating. Chicken and waffles - husband's favorite here but today it wasn't the same at all. Chicken was super dry inside. Waffles he described as no different than ones he makes at the hotel lobby.
