Worst Zaxby's I've ever been to. The wait times are insane and the customer service is horrible.

This is the slowest Zaxby's EVER! Expect to be in line at least 20 minutes every time. It takes so long just to order. And then you have to wait even longer to actually get to the window and get your meal. The line is always wrapped around the building and employees are rude and get short with you. This is my neighborhood location and everyone I know has had the same experience. Hopefully they get it together! read more

GHETTO service. POISONED food. I had to keep asking the drive in order taker to repeat herself because I couldn't understand her thick ghetto accent and she was rude when I got to the window. Then, about an hour after eating the mediocre tasting food, the food poisoning kicked in. I spent hours curled over in the bathroom and called to warn the manager that something was wrong with the food I received. There was a roach on the floor today when I went inside. The food was regular very small chicken tenders. Rushed fries.

Whenever I come here the is always a line but I love the fact that the food is ALWAYS fresh and the customer service is great!

I guess it is a roll of the dice on the quality of the food and the customer service you will receive on any given night at this location. Tonight I think I crapped out because the food was barely edible and the service was extremely slow. I also made the mistake of ordering the fried pickles. They were cold and dripping with grease. After one bite I quickly tossed the rest in the trash. I also ordered a cookie with my two meals, however, when I got home, there was no cookie to be found in my bag. I know good help is hard to find, but this location could have been shut down tonight had the Health Inspector come in. All around unacceptable. read more

Service is verrrrrrrrrry slow! Order after order was incorrect. It took ten minutes for my order and my salad was suppose to come with the bread and guess what; no bread was in with my salad. i would give it no stars if i could, i dont even blame the staff this is completely managerial and low standards. ive never gotten a correct order from this location whether it was wrong sauces, missing condiments, bad food theres not one time i was satisfied with the food i ordered. corporate really needs to look into this location and train this franchise to meet the standards of other zaxbys. read more

My husband and I have been out of the country for a while so I haven't had Zaxby's in a while. This one hit the spot! I ordered the House Crispy Chicken Zalad with honey mustard and honey French dressing. It was really good as expected. The service was good, no complaints. The food at this location is somewhat great. The drive thru service is the slowest everyday of the week no matter the time. I recall sitting at the order box for 15 minutes one day with no one taking orders. I had to drive to the window in order to get someone's attention. I know they could have seen me sitting there in the camera waiting along with the ten cars behind me. The most annoying thing here is the layout for driving around this place. I never understood the concept of the people that built this place. Maybe I should be the security guard for this place because of the amount of circles I drive around this building. Fries cold, no salt. Fast food does not mean sloppy and nasty. You all could do a lot better.

The line is always super long. They are always running out of things, but you won't find out until you wait in line for 20mins because they never answer the phone. Guys were taking trash out tonight while I was in line. A box fell and almost hit my car. Instead of apologizing they became confrontational and used so much profanity that I couldn't hear the lady trying to take my order. I reported the incident to a manager, who was very nice and professional. She did address her rude employees in regards to the situation. As much as I love the food I can't see myself eating at this location again. It's the worst I've seen. read more

HORRIBLE! 11/29/18 at 6:30pm the restaurant didn't have any soda, only sweet tea. ALWAYS double check your drive thru order as 9 times out of 10 it will be incorrect. UNDERSTAFFED. Always a 20-30 minute wait inside or drive thru. read more

The worst service, not only was it slow and took well over 30 minutes to receive the 2 salads but the employees didn't seem to care about the customers wait. In addition the order was wrong which added more time to our wait. Won't ever go back to this location and unfortunately it is the one closet to my home. Very disappointed. read more
